Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Living Faith Christian Church with the Rev. Valentine Martinez, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Magdalene Cemetery at Brackettville. Arrangements are by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home. Mrs. Gloria was born in Brackettville and moved to Olton in 1953. She married Rudy Gloria in 1955 at Olton. She was a homemaker and attended Living Faith Christian Church. Survivors include her husband; a brother, Ruben Morin of San Jose, Calif.; and two sisters, Rosa Rodriquez of Hereford and Ester Morin Saldivar of Olton. The body will be available for viewing at Living Faith Christian Church until service time. Rosetta Castleberry PAMPA - Rosetta Castleberry, 75, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1997. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Dr. Jim Prock, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Mrs. Castleberry was born in McIntosh County, Okla. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1976, moving from White Deer. She also was a former resident of Perryton. She had been married to Richard Castleberry for 17 years. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Shirley Nunnelley of Pritchett and Carol Sossamon of Arlington; a son, Robert D. Brown of Lewisville; a brother, Gene McCoy of Shawnee, Okla.; a sister, Dovie Hernandez of McAllister, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to the American Lung Association. Howard Eugene Taylor CLAUDE - Howard Eugene Taylor, 76, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1997. Cremation was Monday at Memorial Park Crematory in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc. of Clarendon. Mr. Taylor was born in Balko, Okla., and had lived in Armstrong County since 1926. He was a graduate of Claude High School and an Army veteran of World War II. He had been a farmer most of his life and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a sister, Ninva Kay Bell of Camarillo, Calif. Jo Caryl Mace CLARENDON - Jo Caryl Mace, 60, a former Clarendon area resident, died Thursday, Jan. 16, 1997, in Sumter, S.C. Services were at 1 p.m. Saturday in Elmore-Hill-McCreight Funeral Home Chapel at Sumter with the Rev. Carol Rawlinson and the Rev. Jerry Watson officiating. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc. Miss Mace was born in Lelia Lake and raised in the Ashtola community near Clarendon. She had lived in Sumter most of her adult life. She was employed by Young's Food Stores in Sumter for many years and had been a member of St. John United Methodist Church in Sumter. Survivors include her foster mother, Alice Jeanette Peebles of Gable, S.C. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity. Winford Glenn Downs FRITCH - Winford Glenn Downs, 50, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 1997. He moved to Amarillo in 1948. After moving to Amarillo, he was a truck driver for the Whittenburg Estate. He was a member of Coulter Road Baptist Church. He married Pearl Robinson in 1940 at Memphis. Survivors include his wife; a son, Jimmy Vaughan of Woodland Park, Colo.; a daughter, Mary Jean Penny of Canyon; a sister, Clara Stewart of Antlers, Okla.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Robert Field, chaplain at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery's Garden of Mt. Aaron. Mrs. White was born in Collingsworth County and attended Samnorwood schools. She moved to Amarillo in 1944 from Dozier. She married Roy Melton White in 1950 at Amarillo. He died in 1974. She was a waitress and a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was a Baptist. Survivors include two daughters, Martha Fern Davis of Beaumont and Ruby Jean Burney of Amarillo; four brothers, B.F. Essary, Buck Essary and J.C. Essary, all of Amarillo, and Marvin Essary of Houston; two sisters, Margie Carpenter of Amarillo and Lucille Dudley of Cortez, Colo.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
