Mr. Passmore was born in Protem, Mo., and had been a Stinnett resident for 25 years. He ran the grocery store near the Sneed Plant from 1952 to 1971. He was a former chairman for the Democratic Party. He was a member of First Christian Church, where he was Sunday school superintendent for 27 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys Mahan Passmore, in 1982. He married Roberta in 1990. Survivors include his wife; a son, Bill D. Passmore of Longview; a brother, Ben Passmore of Mountain View, Ark.; a sister, Tot McCutcheon of Mountain View; three grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren. Anderson, 85, of Amarillo, a former Wildorado resident, died Tuesday, May 20, 1997. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Palo Duro Cemetery at Wildorado with Dr. Harold Daniel, associate minister of Polk Street United Methodist Church of Amarillo, officiating. He was a resident of Wildorado from 1930 until moving to Amarillo 21/2 years ago. He retired from the Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service and had operated a Sealtest milk route for 10 years. He was a member of Vega Masonic Lodge 899. He was a former member of the Texas Panhandle Railroad Historical Society. He married Ethel Davis in 1933 at Tucumcari, N.M. Survivors include his wife; a son, Jim Anderson of Whitesboro; two daughters, Jen Carter and Beth Heatherly, both of Wildorado; a sister, Faye Sweet of Amarillo; a brother, Curtis Anderson of Alvord; 10 grandchildren; and 18 greatgrandchildren. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She married William M. Cornelius in 1957 at Plainview. He died in 1979. She graduated from Paducah High School with the class of 1936. She moved to Lubbock in 1938 and was employed as a bookkeeper for the Baker Company in Lubbock. She later was a bookkeeper for Highland Hospital. She returned to Paducah about 14 years ago. She was a former member of the Business and Professional Women's Association of Lubbock and Beta Sigma Phi. She also was a member of First United Methodist Church of Paducah, the Delwin Club and the Cottle County All School Reunion Association. Survivors include four sisters, Fern Hart of Columbus, Ohio, Joyce Matney of Paducah, Annette Campbell of Big Spring and Charlotte Whitley of Crowell. Mrs. Morrison was born in Parnell and had lived in the Estelline area all of her life. She married Jake Morrison in 1933 at Hollis, Okla. He died in 1990. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Memphis. Oklahoma Michael Robert Grimsley VALLIANT, Okla. - Michael Robert Grimsley, 42, died Monday, May 19, 1997, at Idabel. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dell Glenn officiating. Burial will be in Valliant Cemetery by Huckleberry Funeral Service. Mr. Grimsley was born in Fort Monmouth, N.J. He married Joan Waters in 1976. He was a supervisor in the truck shop at Weyerhaeuser Co. at Wright City. He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a Sunday school teacher and a Royal Ambassador sponsor. He also was in the choir and played hand bells. He coached little league baseball. He graduated from Tascosa High School in 1973 and attended West Texas State University. He had done sales work most of his life and was a salesman for Erickson Construction at the time of his death. He was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church. He married Glenda Stephenson in 1979 at Amarillo. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Tasha Ward of the home; a son, Jacob Ward of the home; his parents, Ardus and Mary Etta Ward of Amarillo; and two brothers, Gary Ward of Lubbock and Billy Ward of Amarillo. The family will be at 3617 Thurman St. They suggest memorials be to a favorite charity. Eula Mae Dickerson Eula Mae Dickerson, 85, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, May 20, 1997. There will be no services. Her body was donated to Texas Tech. Arrangements were by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Mrs. Dickerson was born in Reed, Okla. She moved to Amarillo in 1950 from Tucumcari, N.M. She married A.S. Dickerson in 1950 at Clovis, N.M. They ran a grocery store in Amarillo for many years. She later worked as a grocery clerk for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband; and a longtime companion, Roy Reed. Lucas Jr. W.H. "Luke'' Lucas Jr., 74, of Amarillo, died Sunday, May 18, 1997. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Journey Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Coy Wylie, pastor, officiating. Cremation will be by Memorial Park Crematory. Mr. Lucas was born and raised in Cameron. He joined the Army in 1940. He served in World War II in the Signal Corps and was honorably discharged in 1946. He re-enlisted in 1947 into the Air Force. He helped develop the D.E.W. line and the Vulcan weapons control system while in the Air Force. He retired in 1969 as a chief master sergeant. In 1970, he began working for Birko Chemical. He retired in 1980 as a sales representative. He was a member of Journey Street Baptist Church. He married Kathleen Lucas in 1980 at Clovis, N.M. He was preceded in death by a son, Lary Len Lucas in 1984. Survivors include his wife; a son, W.H. Lucas III of Amarillo; a stepdaughter, Donna M. Burks of Quitman; two sisters, Edith Frances Stanley of Beaumont and Dorothy Lamey of Ithaca, Mich.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family will be at 5130 Royce Drive. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. McDowell was born in Hollis, Okla. He moved from Amarillo to Colorado and then to Artesia. He married Ruby O'Dell Tucker in 1937. He was a mechanic for Amarillo Bus Co. and Hermsmeyer Motor Co. and Toyota. He retired in 1987. He was a member of the Good Sams Travel Club and First Baptist Church of Artesia. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Glenda Devine of Sumter, S.C., Mary Elliott and Elva McDowell, both of Topeka, Kan., and Margaret Brooks of Amarillo; three sisters, Anna Ellethorpe of Denver, Dixie Sontenot of Opelousas, La., and Norma Bruce of Clarendon; two brothers, R.V. Georgia St. Mrs. Chew was born in Granite, Okla., and had lived in Amarillo since 1968. She graduated from Consolidated School Ozark in 1925. She attended Oklahoma University and Central State University at Edmond. After attended college, she taught at Ozark and Granite. She married George Chew in 1931 at Mangum, Okla. He died in 1996. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, LuOtta Warren in 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of Westview Christian Church. Survivors include a sister, Georgia Dodge Clayton of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was a Red Cross volunteer for 13 years and a member of the YMCA, where she was a swimming instructor for 12 years at Fremont, Neb. She moved to Clovis in 1982. She was a member of Kingswood United Methodist Church at Clovis and the Plains Regional Medical Center/Clovis Auxiliary. She married Omer Z. Todd in 1935 at Hutchinson. He died in 1995. Survivors include four sons, Melvin C. Todd of Reevesville, S.C., Terry L. Todd of Blue Springs, Mo., Phillip J. Todd of Edgewood, N.M., and Raymond E. She married Natividad Garcia in 1933 at Dilia. They moved to Clovis in 1945. Mr. Garcia died in 1975. She also was preceded in death by a son, Natividad Jr., in 1962. She was a cook for The Silver Grill and El Monterrey. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Community. Survivors include three sons, Andrew Garcia and O.T. Her husband, Cyrus Eugene Davis, died in 1982. Survivors include a son, Thomas M. Harlan Wells Hysmith KILLEEN - Harlan Wells Hysmith, 50, died Thursday, May 15, 1997, in San Antonio. Memorial services will be at a later date. The body was cremated. Mr. Hysmith was a 1965 graduate of Pampa High School and attended Wayland Baptist College. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Pampa. He served for 16 years in the Army before making his home in Killeen. He married Yuvema Schimanski in 1995 at Killeen. Survivors include his wife; a brother, Bruce Hysmith of Nashville, Tenn.; a stepsister, Wanita Taylor of Pampa; two stepdaughters, Crystal Simpson and Leslie Love; a stepson, Bernie Schimanski; and seven grandchildren. Brumbeloe, 60, a former Amarillo resident, died Saturday, May 17, 1997. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Beuler Mortuary. Mr. Brumbeloe was born in Vernon, Texas. He was an Amarillo resident from 1954 to 1986. He was a retired painter and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Brumbeloe; a daughter, Tammy McCorkle of Houston; a son, A.
