Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Harvey was born in Conway, Ark., and had lived in Amarillo since 1944. She was a homemaker and a member of Paramount Baptist Church. Her husband, Roy V. Harvey, died in 1964. Survivors include a daughter, Juanita Harvey of Amarillo; a son, David Harvey of Slaton; two sisters, Alexia Leachman of Amarillo and Clara Maggard of Hugo, Okla.; and two brothers, Carl Hall of Amarillo and Sammie Hall of Ventura, Calif. Mrs. Felix Phillips Mrs. Felix Phillips, 91, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Llano Cemetery with Dr. Ronald O. Sumter of First Christian Church officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home Inc., 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Phillips was born in Amarillo, where she had lived all her life. She was a member of First Christian Church. She married Felix Phillips in 1926 at Happy. He died in 1979. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jo Higgins of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Box 950, Amarillo, Texas 79176. Adolph H. Aden Adolph H. Aden, 85, of Amarillo, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle, with the Rev. Bob Miller, pastor of South Georgia Baptist Church, and the Rev. Robert Field of Southeast Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Clinton Cemetery at Clinton, Okla. Mr. Aden was born in Foss, Okla., and had lived in Amarillo for the past 15 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was one of the founders of the Clinton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4465. He was owner and operator of a television repair shop. He was a lifetime member of the Lions Club and the VFW. He was a member of South Georgia Baptist Church. Mr. Aden was preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma Aden, in 1983. He married Juanita Bates in 1983 at Clinton. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Glenna Hegstead of Sun City, Ariz.; a son, John Aden of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a stepson, Larry Bates of Amarillo; a sister, Clara Willsey of El Reno, Okla.; four grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 13 stepgreatgrandchildren. The family will be at 4224 Jackson. Marjorie I. Bufkin Marjorie I. Bufkin, 95, of Amarillo, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Myrtle Cemetery at Ennis with the Rev. LeRoy Summers, senior adult minister of Park Cities Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Bufkin was born in Lake Charles, La. She later moved to Beaumont and graduated from Beaumont High School. She moved to Dallas in 1944 and lived there until 1977, when she moved to Amarillo. While in Dallas, Mrs. Bufkin was a member of Park Cities Baptist Church, the International Order of King's Daughters and the Dallas Women's Forum. She was a past president of the Dallas City Union. When she moved to Amarillo, she became a member of First Baptist Church. She was active in the Heritage Club and the Heritage Singers. She also was a volunteer at High Plains Baptist Hospital. She married Henry M. Bufkin in 1923. He died in 1970. Survivors include a daughter, Margilee Williams of Amarillo; three grandsons; and six great-grandchildren. The family will be at 5500 Tawney. Osage St. Mrs. Ball was born in Borger. She moved to Amarillo, where she married George W. Ball in 1972. They moved to Quanah and returned to Amarillo in 1992. Mr. Ball died in 1996. Mrs. Ball worked as a housekeeper for Comfort Inn. She was a member of Love Fellowship Church. Survivors include three sisters, Ada Womack Tenorio of Shamrock, Glenna Hernandez of Amarillo and JoLynn Womack of San Antonio; and a half sister, Verbie Clayton of Tulia. Pittman of Wellington and Lois Walker of Angleton. Cass Kirkpatrick OLTON - Cass Kirkpatrick, 79, died Tuesday, March 31, 1998. Mr. Kirkpatrick was born in Tompkinsville, Ky. He married Mable McNamara in 1938 at Olton. They moved to Olton in 1940 from Napa, Calif. Mr. Kirkpatrick was a member of First Baptist Church, the Olton Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite and the Khiva Temple in Amarillo. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Barbara Phares of Olton and Brenda Barton of Irving; two sisters, Kate Truelock of Olton and Mary Chandler of Ardmore, Okla.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Burial will be in Channing Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mr. Morris was born in Tascosa. He lived in Masterson from 1969 until moving to Channing in 1987. He was a cowboy and had worked on several ranches including the Fain Ranch for many years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Methodist. Mr. Morris married Vera Skelton in 1946 at Tucumcari, N.M. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cheryl Jean Spears of Bartlesville, Okla., and Sandy Miller of Boise City, Okla.; a son, David "Rooster" Morris of Romero; and six grandchildren. Martin Reid Moore II HEREFORD - Martin Reid Moore II, 59, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Mr. Moore was born in Hereford and had been a lifelong Deaf Smith County resident. He graduated from Hereford High School and attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, West Texas State University in Canyon and Amarillo College. He was an apartment complex manager. He served with the Air National Guard. He was a member of First Christian Church. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by a daughter, Cozette Alexander. Survivors include his mother, Lois Moore of Hereford; a son, Benny Royce Moore of Channing; a brother, Troy Don Moore of Hereford; a sister, Sharon Swanson of Newport Beach, Calif.; and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Holtzclaw was born in Wellington. He was a lawn and garden caretaker. He was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. He was one of the first members to organize Alcoholics Anonymous in Childress and had been a member of AA since 1981. Mr. Holtzclaw married his wife, Gayle, in 1983 at Hollis, Okla. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Lisa Martin of Nazareth; a sister, Betty Doles of Charleston, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Tammy Franklin of Amarillo; and eight grandchildren. Ona Reed TULIA - Ona Reed, 85, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. James Sain, former pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Kress Cemetery at Kress by Wallace Funeral Home. Mrs. Reed was born in Roosevelt County, N.M. She moved to Briscoe County in 1914 and to the Center Plains community in 1920. She lived in Kress until 1977, when she moved to Tulia. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was active in the Tulia Senior Citizens. She married Clifton Alva Reed in 1930 at Tucumcari, N.M. He died in 1976. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Dicy Pearl Reed, in 1934; and four sons, Jack Reed in 1971, Joe Reed in 1942, Pap Reed in 1994 and Buddy Reed in 1990. Survivors include 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-greatgrandchildren. The family requests memorials be to Calvary Baptist Church of Tulia or the Swisher County Senior Citizens. Falvin Thomas Hutchings PANHANDLE - Falvin Thomas "Chico" Hutchings, 63, died Saturday, March 28, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Doug Harvey, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Panhandle Cemetery by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mr. Hutchings was born in Henderson. He had lived in Panhandle for 30 years, moving from Pampa. He retired from Pantex. He was Baptist. He married Annie Mae Basped in 1959 at Clovis, N.M. Survivors include his wife; a brother, Earnest Hutchings of California; and a sister, Maudine Parker of Pampa. Joe Don Stone HEDLEY - Joe Don Stone, 62, of San Angelo, formerly of Hedley, died Sunday, March 29, 1998. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today in Rowe Cemetery with the Rev. Bryan Knowles, pastor of Martin Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc. of Clarendon. Mr. Stone was born in Hedley. He was a resident of Amarillo for 23 years. He lived in Ozona for four months before moving to San Angelo in 1979. He was employed in the convenience store business most of his life. He was Baptist. Mr. Stone married Yvonne Jones in 1955 at Memphis. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Theresa Joann Ramsey of Ponca City, Okla.; a son, Jason Stone of San Angelo; four sisters, Daphine LaVarta and Omega Murray, both of Amarillo, Shirley Petty of Clarendon and Anita Aaron of Brownwood; a brother, Wendell Stone of Solomon, Kan.; and two grandchildren. Donald Joseph Berrig HOWARDWICK - Donald Joseph Berrig, 66, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Robertson Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories at Clarendon with the Rev. Bryan Knowles, pastor of Martin Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery at Clarendon. Mr. Berrig was born in Oshkosh, Wis. He was resident of Amarillo for 15 years before moving to Howardwick in 1992. He had been in the restaurant and catering business much of his life. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Howardwick Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Berrig married Mary Elizabeth Allison in 1956 at Waukegan, Ill. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cathy Eytcheson of Canyon and Jeanne Peacock of Higgins; two sons, Brian Berrig and Chris Berrig, both of Waupaca, Wis.; a brother, David Berrig of Oshkosh; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Vernon B. Hall ALLISON - Vernon B. Hall, 84, of Clinton, Okla., formerly of Allison, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Allison school gymnasium with Truman Teel, minister of the Del City, Okla., Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery at Wheeler by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler. Mr. Hall was born in Cannon County, Tenn. He married Edith Magers in 1936 at Cordell, Okla. They lived in Allison for many years and moved to Clinton in 1985. Mr. Hall was a farmer and a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Jean Couch, in 1982. Survivors include his wife of Clinton; a son, Johnny R. Hall of Wichita, Kan.; a sister, Ruby Wallace of Sayre, Okla.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
