Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Christ Church Fellowship. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Rix Funeral Directors of Hereford. Rev. Rosado had lived in Hereford for two years. He was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York. He was a case manager at the Hereford Satellite Center. He was pastor of the New Beginnings Bilingual Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Linda Rosado; a daughter, Cynthia Lynn Rosado of Hereford; three sons, Rafael Antonio Rosado of Waxahachie and Jonathan Daniel Rosado and David Joseph Rosado, both of Hereford; four brothers, Victor Luis Rosado, Santigo Rosado, Guirllmo Rosado and Luz Rosado, all of Puerto Rico; and a sister, Anna Rosado of New Jersey. The body will be available for viewing at Christ Church Fellowship. Evelyn Faye Dudley QUITAQUE - Evelyn Faye Dudley, 72, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church of Quitaque with the Rev. Lloyd Riddlespurger officiating and the Rev. Anthony Sisemore assisting. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery by Myers-Long Funeral Directors of Quitaque. Mrs. Dudley was born in Estelline. She was a homemaker, a humorist and a poet. She married Euel Clyde Dudley in 1942 at Estelline. He died in 1981. Survivors include a son, Clyde Dudley of Quitaque; a daughter, Annis McWaters of Lamesa; three sisters, Juanita Fitzgerald of Amarillo, Eva Dickerson of Fort Worth, and Pauline Sain of Oklahoma City; a brother, Elmer Williams of Perryton; and five grandchildren. Norma Jean Thomas BORGER - Norma Jean Thomas, 73, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998. "Jay" Holland, 73, of Amarillo, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998. He had been an Amarillo resident since 1946. He was a general contractor and started his career with the C.S. Lambie Construction Co. and later formed his own firm, Hamilton and Co. He had served on the boards of directors of numerous organizations and corporations including Panhandle Savings, Bank of the Southwest and the Maverick Club. He was a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club. He was a charter member and deacon of St. Luke's Presbyterian Church and had served as a deacon of Covenant Presbyterian Church. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. He married Juanita Cobb in 1937 at Longview, Texas. Survivors include his wife; a son, John M. Hamilton of Amarillo; a daughter, Judy L. She was elected queen at Amarillo High School in 1934. She married Richard Freeman Gwyn in 1935. They started their business, Gwyn Shade and Drapery, in 1950. She continued to work every day up to the time of her death. She was a member of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and served as director of the Southwest Window Covering Association. She was a past president of the Girl Scout Council and the Amarillo American Business Association. She was a Sunday school teacher and served as president of the Christian Fellowship Class at Trinity United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Gary Gwyn and Stanley Gwyn, both of Amarillo, and Richard "Dick" Gwyn of Kingsport; two sisters, Mary Alice Hill Swenson of Houston and Mildred Hill Cunningham of Pompano Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Bill Hill of Arlington and Dick Hill of Dallas; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Marshall Hewitt Marshall Hewitt, 75, of Amarillo, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Hewitt was born in Cheatham County, Tenn. He moved to Amarillo in 1988 from Nashville, Tenn. He was retired from the military, having served with the Navy for six years and the Air Force for 20 years. Mr. Hewitt enlisted in the Navy in 1940 and served on the USS Ranger and the USS Chenango in the Atlantic and the Pacific. In 1949, he enlisted in the Air Force. He retired with the rank of master sergeant. Mr. Hewitt was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, Air Force Sergeants Association, and the Retired Enlisted Association. He was a Methodist. He married Martha N. Zanoni in 1948 at Nashville, Tenn. She moved to Amarillo in 1975 from Springdale, Ark. She was employed as a laborer and belonged to the Assembly of God. She married Conley F. Byrd in 1949 at Fayetteville, Ark. He died in 1986. Graveside services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Pioneer Cemetery with the Rev. John Sursa officiating. Arrangements were by Sevier Funeral Home. Mr. Sursa was born in Crosbyton and had lived in the Chickasha area for the past 20 years. He served in the Army from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean War. He married Audrey Brown in 1960 at Borger, Texas. He had been a Mason since 1968, becoming the Worshipful Master of the Chickasha Lodge in 1997. Mr. Sursa worked in the oil fields of Texas, Utah, Louisiana and Oklahoma. In 1980, he began and supervised Tink Construction Co. After retiring in 1995, he and his wife refurbished the Agawam Gym and opened an antique shop named Agawam Mercantile. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Randy Sursa of Saginaw, Texas, Michael Sursa of Chickasha and Chris Sursa of Amarillo; a daughter, Vicki Sursa of Chickasha; two sisters, Charlene Dozier of Stinnett, Texas, and Reba Hunter of Gruver, Texas; three brothers, Johnny Sursa and Marvin Sursa, both of Stinnett, and Jim Sursa of Logan, N.M.; and six grandchildren. Evalee Campbell TURPIN, Okla. - Evalee Campbell, 85, died Friday, Feb. 6, 1998, at Liberal, Kan. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Turpin Baptist Church at Turpin with the Rev. James Colwell officiating. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery at Adams. Arrangements are by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home of Hooker. Mrs. Campbell was born in Hooker. She attended school in Baker, Adams and Neff country schools before graduating from Hardesty High School Class of 1932. She worked in Liberal, Kan., for Mr. and Mrs. Theide, helping take care of their house and children. She married John H. Campbell in 1935 at Liberal, Kan. They farmed together southeast of Adams in 1961 when they moved to Turpin. He died in 1980. She was a member of Turpin Baptist Church and the Adams Farm Women's Club, of which she was a charter member. Survivors include a son, James E. Campbell of Turpin; a daughter, Delma Campbell of Corcoran, Calif.; a brother, Donald Campbell; two grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Mission Garden of Memories by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis. Mr. Romero was born in Fort Sumner, N.M. He lived in Clovis most of his life. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a laborer for the Atchinson Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad and retired in 1973. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Community. He married Rosita Aragon in 1944 at Clovis. She was social director for the singles group at Reseda Baptist Church and was a hospital and literacy volunteer. She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Pogue, in 1996 and by a brother, Rex Pogue, in 1953.
