Wiese Joan M. Wiese, 70, of Amarillo, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 3500 S. Bowie, with Charles Meyer, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Wiese was born in Hayfield, Minn., and had been an Amarillo resident since 1953. She was an active member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and was a volunteer for High Plains Food Bank. She was a Campfire and Cub Scout leader. She married Allen F. Wiese in 1948 at Rochester, Minn. She was preceded in death by her son, David Wiese, in 1988. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Beth Cole of Gaithersburg, Md., and Ann Wiese of Plano; two sisters, Donna Fairbanks of Shelton, Wash., and Connie Welker of Des Moines, Wash.; and three grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church Endowment Fund, 3500 S. Bowie, Amarillo, TX 79109, to High Plains Food Bank or to a favorite charity. The body will not be available for viewing. Gladys Shaw Gladys Shaw, 83, of Amarillo, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery with Wayne Hicks, pastor of Valleyview Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Shaw was born in Collinsville, Okla. A longtime Amarillo resident, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Valleyview Church of the Nazarene. She married Neil Shaw in 1959 at Vega. He died in 1985. Survivors include two sons, Tommy Nelson of Kansas City, Mo., and Dean Nelson of Greeley, Colo.; a daughter, Carolyn Shelton of Amarillo; a brother, Rusty Johnson of Henrietta, Okla.; a sister, Pearl Gibbs of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 11 grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Delaney was born in Como, Miss., and graduated from high school in Sardis, Miss. In 1951 she moved from Memphis, Tenn., to Amarillo. A saleswoman, she worked for four years at Blackburn Brothers and for 16 years at Faulkner Lingerie. She was a Methodist. She married C.E. "Chuck" Delaney in 1953 at Raton,N.M. Survivors include her husband; a son, Danny Mack Long of Clovis, N.M.; nine sisters; and five grandchildren. Hannah E. Wisdom Hannah E. Wisdom, 84, of Amarillo, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Pat Carathers of Amarillo officiating. She was a Baptist. She married Robert E. Wisdom in 1936 at Altus, Okla. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Bobby Ann Malmen and Michael Janzen, both of Amarillo; a son, Daniel C. Wisdom of Arizona; a brother, J.D. Sandefur of Olney; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She attended school in Borger and graduated from Abilene High School in 1952. She was a homemaker. In 1960, she moved from Borger to Amarillo. She married Leonard Harris in 1952 at Borger. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday in Dunn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anne's Catholic Church by the Rev. John C. Daniel. Burial will be in Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Trujillo was born in Bernal. A longtime resident of Tucumcari, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Her husband, Victor Trujillo, died in 1985. Survivors include two sons, Raymond Trujillo and Orlando Trujillo, both of Tucumcari; four daughters, Carmen Rivas and Theresa Rowe, both of Tucumcari, Pauline Montoya of Bisbee, Ariz., and Corinne Trujillo of Pueblo, Colo.; a brother, Andy Marquez of Tucumcari; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be today and Monday, and until 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Charles Clark PORTALES, N.M. - Charles "C.E." Clark, 85, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Wheeler Mortuary Chapel with Dr. Philip Fike officiating. Burial will be in Portales Cemetery. Mr. Clark was born in Gracemont, Okla. In 1943, he moved to Portales, where he owned a farm east of town. He also leased land in the area to farm until he retired in 1975. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He married Ruey Long in 1936 at Chickasha, Okla. He was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Charles Clark, who died at birth, and Charles D. Clark, in 1984, and by a daughter, Sue Lee, in 1984. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Margaret Riley and Judy Johnson, both of Clovis; two brothers, Dee Clark of Vernon, Texas, and Jesse Clark of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Elizabeth Russell of Livermore, Calif., and Thelma Browning of Hopewell, Va.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-greatgrandchildren. Raquel Nikkel SEDAN, N.M. - Raquel Nikkel, 7, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998, in Amarillo, Texas. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. CST Monday in Texline Mennonite Church, Texline, Texas, with Stan Unruh, Gary Schmidt and Verle Koehn, ministers, officiating. Burial will be in Texline Mennonite Cemetery by Hass Funeral Home of Dalhart, Texas. Raquel was born in Amarillo. She attended Stateline Christian School. Elsewhere Robert Dale Harris BROOKSTON - Robert Dale Harris, 60, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1998. Services were at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, in First Baptist Church sanctuary with Dr. Sid Young and Dr. Jeff Beckett officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements were by Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home of Paris. Mr. Harris was born in Gruver, where he graduated from high school. He received his degrees from Wayland Baptist College in Plainview. In 1995, he retired from the Campbell Soup Co., after 25 years as timekeeper in the accounting department. During his college years, Mr. Harris was youth and music minister in several churches including The Meadow Baptist Church in Meadow. Later, he held the same positions with Trinity Baptist Church and Seventh Street Baptist Church, both of Paris. As a member of First Baptist Church, Mr. Harris was a deacon, chairman of the deacon body, a worker in the youth department for 20 years and Sunday School director of the seventh grade department. He was a member of the church sanctuary choir, Silvertones choir, adult handbell choir, director of the three year old choir for two years and a member of the Singing Men of Texas. He served on numerous church committees including chairman of the finance committee and on the pulpit committee. He married Patsy Walker in 1959 at Fritch. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Kathy Beckett of Rowlett, Diane Oatridge of Palm Beach, Queensland, Australia, and Beth Pearson and Tracey Veien, both of Paris; two brothers, Glen Harris of Gruver and Roy Harris of Crosby; two sisters, Velma DeWese of Plainview and Rachel Painter of Denver City; and 11 grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church Music Ministry. Kay Kendrick Wyatt SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Kay Kendrick Wyatt, 54, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1998. Memorial services will be held in Sioux Falls in late October. Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home. Mrs. Wyatt was born in Amarillo, Texas, and graduated from Amarillo High School. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 1979 Mrs. Wyatt moved to Sioux Falls. Certified by The American Society of Interior Design, she owned and operated a design company, Le Parapluie Ltd. She was active in the Junior League and was a past president of The Alzheimer's Society of Sioux Falls. She also had served on the boards of Planned Parenthood of Minneapolis and the Sioux Falls Symphony. She married Dr. George W. Wyatt in 1971 at Amarillo. He preceded her in death. Survivors include four stepsons, Dr. David T. Wyatt of Milwaukee, Sanford Wyatt of Houston, Robert Wyatt of Corpus Christi, Texas, and George W. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Pickens Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery in Pickens. Arrangements are by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Big Spring. Mr. Smalling was born in Glenwood, Ark. He was employed by TST-Parafin. He was a member of Assembly of God Church. Survivors include a son, E.A.
