Mrs. Stewart was born in Casper, Wyo., and was raised in Borger. She moved to California in 1942. She moved to Pampa in 1975 from California. She married Jack Scarborough in 1942 in San Antonio. He died in 1973. She married Lester Stewart in 1975 in San Mateo, Calif. Survivors include her husband; four sons, Richard Scarborough of Hayward, Calif., Michael Stewart of Scottsdale, Ariz., Richard K. Stewart of Lubbock and David Joe Stewart of Taos, N.M.; two daughters, Ramona Robertson of North Richland Hills and Yacqueline Hutchison of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three brothers, Charles Hinds of Pampa and John Hinds and Bob Hinds, both of Borger; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to the Veterans Administration. The body will not be available for viewing. Bob Shoulders PAMPA - Bob Shoulders, 74, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 1998, at Marlin. They moved from O'Donnell to Pampa in 1946, where he was a staff sergeant at the Pampa Army Air Base. He was an Army veteran, serving during World War II. He was a member of Hobart Baptist Church, the Skellytown Masonic Lodge and the American Legion. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Pat Ellen Chambers of Dawn; a son, Michael Shoulders of Amarillo; two sisters, Jo Bowley and Clorita Ward; a brother, Jackie Shoulders; two stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren. He was a retired building inspector and health inspector for the city of Dumas. He was a Navy veteran, serving in World War II in North Africa and the South Pacific. He was a Baptist. He married Lula Prince in 1949 in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Carolyn Owen in 1945 and Jo Beth Holder in 1994. Jimmie Lee Nicholson OLTON - Jimmie Lee Nicholson, 79, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998. He was a farmer and rancher. Mr. Renner was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Board of Directors of Hansford County Historical Society, and Stationmaster's House Museum. He was a North Plains Groundwater Conservation District Director from 1960 until 1992 and a founding member of Texas Wheat Producers Board, serving from 1971 until 1975. He was a member of the board of directors of Producer's Grain Corp. from 1955 until 1976. He married Clementine Venneman Stewart in 1952 at Spearman. Survivors include his wife; two sisters, Bernetta Owens of Amarillo and Irene Craig of Texhoma; and two brothers, Ralph Renner of Texhoma and Clarence Renner of Spearman. Ralph Clinton O'Keefe Ralph Clinton O'Keefe, 84, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. He married Isabelle Parr in 1941 at El Paso. She taught school in Clayton and substituted in McLean. Mrs. Jackson had been employed as a nurse's aide at St. Anthony's Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Christian Heritage Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. L.E. Jackson, in 1980. She graduated in 1933 from Amarillo High School. She had been employed at Amarillo Hardware until her marriage. Mrs. Hickox was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Christian Friendship Sunday School Class, Amarillo Chapter Order of the Eastern Star No. 787, and was involved in the Girl Scout movement. She was a homemaker. She married James L. "Pinkey" Hickox in 1936 at Amarillo. He preceded her in death in 1996. Survivors include a daughter, Joy Gibbons of Amarillo; four sisters, Lucille Spencer of Spokane, Wash., MelvaJean Lyon of Los Gatos, Calif., Sue Murphy of Amarillo and Lynda Banks of Mansfield; a granddaughter; and two greatgranddaughters. The body was donated to science. Mrs. Dyck was born in Paducah, Cottle County, and moved to Lubbock four years ago from Muleshoe, where she had lived since 1931. She was a homemaker. She married H.F. "Blondie" Dyck in 1935 at Clovis, N.M. He died in 1981. Survivors include a daughter, Etta Lewallen of Lubbock; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren. He was in the furniture business for many years and was a farmer. Mr. Lane was a member of the Muleshoe Rotary Club. He was also a member of the First Christian Church in Beaukiss. He married Ruby Gillespie in 1927 at Shallow. He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Lane, in 1993. She had been employed as a sales clerk at Ware's Department Store for more than 15 years. She was a member of the Crescent Park Church of Christ. She married James Arthur Sullivan in 1932 at Hollis. He died in 1958. She was also preceded in death by a son, Jack Tice, in 1997, and a daughter, Doris Gordon, in 1995. Mrs. Edwards was born in Cooper, Texas. She lived in Magenta, Texas, then in Channing from 1941 until 1987 when she moved to Midland, Texas. She moved to Hobbs in 1996. Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Channing. She married Paschal Eugene Edwards in 1927 at Hale Center, Texas. He died in 1972. She was also preceded in death by a son, Houston Eugene Edwards, in 1932. Survivors include a son, Dale R. Edwards of Channing; three daughters, Mrs. A.P. "Tinx" Goodwin of Hobbs, Mrs. William G. Oklahoma Helen Amanda Watson BEAVER, Okla. - Helen Amanda Watson, 83, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Clark Funeral Service Chapel with Charles Watson officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery. Mrs. Watson was born in Aplington, Iowa. She graduated from Liberal High School with honors. She moved to Beaver County in 1937 where she was employed as a stenographer for the Social Services. She first married Everett C. May in 1936 at Plains, Kan. He died in 1951. She married John Watson in 1956. He preceded her in death in 1996.
