Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Dr. Randy Rudisell, pastor of First Baptist Church in Irving, and the Rev. Ricardo Garzon, pastor of Primera Iglesia Bautista, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery. Mr. Rudisell was born in Hominy, Okla., and had lived in Borger for 30 years. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1950. He was a veteran of World War II, serving for 21/2 years in the Army Air Corps serving a tour of duty in the China, Burma, India Theater on a B-24 Bomber. Mr. Rudisell was an electrical engineer for Phillips Petroleum Co., retiring in 1984 after 31 years. He had served as regional director of reservoir engineering in Borger the last 20 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church, a chapter chairman of American Petroleum Institute for four years and vice president of the American Heart Association from 1971-1972. He married Jeanne B. Taylor in 1942 at Pawnee, Okla. Survivors include his wife; a son, Dr. Randy Rudisell of Irving; two daughters, Linda Rudisell of Wilmington, Del., and Karen Kerr of Borger; two sisters, Delores Cavender of Tustin, Calif., and Virginia Blair of Tulsa, Okla.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. George Moody Surles IV BORGER - George Moody Surles IV, infant son of George and Shannon Surles III, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in the Church of Christ with Gary Bodine, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors. The infant was born in Amarillo but lived in Borger. Survivors include his parents; a brother, Tanner Dickerson of the home; and grandparents, George and Franka Surles II of Camdenton, Mo., Tanya Mock and W.R. Lutz, both of Amarillo. Jimmy Paul Morgan SHAMROCK - Jimmy Paul Morgan, 57, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Shamrock Cemetery with the Rev. Don Conner of Shamrock officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Directors. Mr. Morgan was born in 1940 at Shamrock. He had lived in Wichita Falls since 1962. Survivors include two sisters, Kaye Neauhaus of Shamrock and Judy Duncan of Baytown. Louie E. Kieth PAMPA - Louie E. Kieth, 88, died Thursday, June 25, 1998. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Tim Walker, minister of Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Kieth was born in Goodnight and had been a resident of Texola most of his life, moving to Pampa 20 years ago. He worked for the Pampa Independent School District and was Church of Christ. He married Ruth Burch in 1938 at Sayre, Okla. She died in 1992. Survivors include his brother, Herman Kieth of Pampa. Oscar Taylor Golden AIKEN - Oscar Taylor Golden, 85, died Thursday, June 25, 1998. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at West College and Third Street Church of Christ in Lockney with Frank Duckworth, minister of West College and Third Street Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Lockney Cemetery by Moore-RoseWhite Funeral Home in Lockney. Mr. Golden was born in Bosque County. He moved from Bosque County to Floyd County in 1916. He attended school in Prairie Chapel and graduated from Plainview High School. He married Gladys Frances Carthel in 1934 at Lockney. Mr. Golden and his wife were named Floyd County Pioneer Couple of the Year in 1993. He served on the Lockney Independent School District board, the Texas Angus Association and the Plainview Sheriff's Posse. He was a member of West College and Third Street Church of Christ, where he served as deacon. He was owner of Golden's Point Farm, where he farmed, ranched and raised exotic animals such as llamas, wallaroos, registered Chiangus cattle and donkeys. Survivors include his wife; a son, Larry Golden of Aiken; a daughter, Kay Williams of Lockney; two sisters, Maye Belt of Lockney and Ora Bea Tomlinson of Canyon; six grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Willie Hortense King PAMPA - Willie Hortense King, 92, died Tuesday, June 23, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Darrell W. Evans, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. King was born in Munday. She attended West Texas Normal College in Canyon in the mid-1920s, where she received her teaching certificate. She taught in the Rochester area and in Panhandle. Mrs. King married Dow King in 1933 at Rochester. He died in 1971. She moved to Pampa in 1933. She was a member of First Christian Church of Pampa and taught Fellowship Sunday School Class for several years. She moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 1992 from Pampa. Survivors include a son, Reeves King of Palm Beach, Fla.; a sister, Annie Sue Cox of Lubbock; a grandson; and three great-grandchildren. Anna G. Rosenbaum SPEARMAN - Anna G. Rosenbaum, 91, died Sunday, June 7, 1998. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ken Cole, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hansford Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Spearman. Mrs. Rosenbaum was born near Fredricksburg, Ind., and married L.W. "Ted" Rosenbaum in 1928. He died in 1951. She married her husband's brother, Everett Rosenbaum, in 1956. She and her family moved to Texas near Texhoma, where she attended school. She and her first husband farmed south of Old Hansford. After she remarried, she lived in Oswego, Mont., until his death in 1978. She then lived in Hawaii, Albuquerque and moved to Ajo, Ariz., in 1995. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Delores Rodolph and four grandchildren. Survivors include a son, L.W. Rosenbaum Jr. of Karnack; a daughter, Shirley B. Varnum of Gaston, Ore.; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Lynda Kay McGarraugh SPEARMAN - Lynda Kay McGarraugh, 51, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Union Church with the Rev. Robert Daniel of Buena Vista, Colo., officiating. Burial will be in Hansford Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Spearman. Mrs. McGarraugh was born in Shattuck, Okla. She lived in the area until moving to the Denver area in 1968. She married Eddie McGarraugh in 1962 at Clayton, N.M. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Quinetta Miceli of Englewood, Colo.; her mother, Evelyn Bailey Dodd of Panhandle; a brother, Bruce Bailey of Spearman; and a grandson. Weldon R. Webb KRESS - Weldon R. Webb, 78, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kress Church of Christ with Jack McCall, minister of Kress Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Kress Cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview. Mr. Webb was born in Duncan, Okla., and married Erma Young in 1945 at Amarillo. She died in 1988. He moved to Mountain Air, N.M., at an early age and was raised in Claude, where he attended school. Mr. Webb worked for the railroad and served in the Army from 1942 to 1945. At the time of his discharge, he was a sergeant in the 316th Quartermaster Bakery Company. He served mostly in the Asiatic-Pacific area and was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with three bronze stars, the Good Conduct Medal and the Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star. After his discharge in 1945, he was a mechanic in Claude until 1948, when he moved to Quitaque and worked as a mechanic. Mr. Webb moved to Kress in 1949, where he farmed and worked as a truck driver for Carl Losson. He also owned the Phillips 66 Station in Kress. He was the Star Route mail carrier for 31 years until his retirement in 1991. He was a member of Kress Church of Christ and Kress Senior Citizens. Survivors include two sons, Richard Webb of Lubbock and Glenn Webb of Kress; three brothers, Clarence Webb of Fredrick, Okla., C.C. Webb of Kress and Wayne Webb of Ocean Springs, Miss.; a sister, Opal Hartwell of Amarillo; and three grandchildren. Elizabeth M. Angel DALHART - Elizabeth M. Angel, 83, died Sunday, June 21, 1998. Private memorial services were held Thursday in her home in Dalhart with Elfriede Swanson of San Marcos, Calif., officiating. Mrs. Angel was born in Erick, Okla. She attended design school in New York and worked for GMAC in New York before returning to Oklahoma City. She came to the Dalhart area in the mid1940s. Mrs. Angel married Fountain Angel in 1949 at Santa Fe, N.M. She was a member of the "I AM" Temple. The family requests memorials be to the XIT Museum or the LaRita Theatre. Frank J. George ALLISON - Frank J. George, 94, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Allison First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Zybach Cemetery by Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Mr. George was born in Midway, Oklahoma Territory, and married Virgie Isadora Montgomery in 1923 at Cheyenne, Okla. They lived west of Midway until 1932, when they moved to Durham, Okla. They remained there until 1936 when they returned to Midway. They lived in Gem City from 1960 to 1968 and then moved to Allison. He was preceded in death by his wife, two daughters, a son, three brothers, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Amarillo Christopher Justin Bixler Christopher Justin Bixler, 25, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Bixler was born in Amarillo and was a lifetime resident. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1991. He was a phlebotomist. He was a Christian. Survivors include a son, Torrin Zane Bixler of Amarillo; a daughter, McKenzi Jade Bixler of Amarillo; a brother, Toby Lee Bixler of Amarillo; his mother and stepfather, Glenda and Dan Hetrick of Amarillo; his father, Terry Bixler of Amarillo; grandparents, LaJuana and Glen Washer of Amarillo and Rose and Leroy Bixler of Waynoka, Okla.; great-grandmother, Foster Bussey of Childress; and special friend, Amber Miller of Amarillo. Mrs. Faubion was born in Bowie and moved to Amarillo in 1942 from Electra. She married Paul Faubion in 1939 at Childress. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church, 50/50 Sunday School Class, the Texaco Ladies Auxiliary and the Scottish Rite of Dallas. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Paul Wayne Faubion of Dallas and James Carroll Faubion of San Antonio; three brothers, Calvin White and Kenneth White, both of Wichita Falls, and Harold White of Houston; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Murl M. Dickson Murl M. Dickson, 78, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. Glenn Walton officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Dickson was born in Ring and married Imogene Jowell in 1940 in Potter County. He was a lifelong resident of Amarillo. He served in the Army during World War II. Mr. Dickson retired from Southwestern Public Service Co. after 32 years of service. He was a member of North Amarillo Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Marrion Jean Dickson-Krizan and Melba Connally, both of Amarillo; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Russell Entrekin in 1988. Survivors include three daughters, Joyce Brazil of Amarillo, Tammi Canada of Kaufman and Donna Kirkes of Elk Grove, Calif.; a son, Dennis Entrekin of Amarillo; a sister, Rosella Lovell of Albuquerque, N.M.; four brothers, Clifford Burgess of Amarillo, Woodrow Burgess of Dallas, Lillard Burgess of Salida, Calif., and Vernon Burgess of San Jose, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and one greatgrandchild. He was an accountant and an Army veteran. Survivors include a son, John Crowder of Corpus Christi; a daughter, Monica Crowder of California; two sisters, Nan Park and Jean Angove, both of Bowie; and five grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity. Oklahoma Lucas James Biaggi BOISE CITY, Okla. - Lucas James Biaggi, 18, died Tuesday, June 23, 1998. Services will be Saturday morning in the Boise City High School Auditorium with Pastor Herrod officiating. Burial will be in Boise City Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary. Mr. Biaggi was born in Boise City. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Youth Group of Boise City. He was a past member of Boise City Cub Scouts, 4-H Cimarron County, Future Farmers of America for four years, Student Council and K Student Council. He was Stuco officer, football manager his senior year, a football player his freshman year. Mr. Biaggi received the State FFA Recipient degree and the Dupont New Century Farmers Award of 1998. He was FFA sentinel during his junior year and president of FFA during he senior year. He was also vice president of his junior class and won the most spirited award spirit and Mr. Boise City High School for 1998. He graduated from Boise City High School in May. Survivors include his parents, Ross and Cynthia Biaggi of Boise City; a brother, Travis Biaggi of Boise City; three sisters, Beth Biaggi, Catherine Biaggi and Morgan Biaggi, all of Boise City; and his grandparents, Margarette Biaggi of Manchester, Calif., and Ernest and Gunilda Froetschner of Offerle, Kan.
