Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery with Dr. Stan Coffey, pastor of San Jacinto Baptist Church, and Frank Frisbie, elder at Paramount Terrace Christian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home Inc., 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Caldwell was born in Paris, Texas, and had lived in Amarillo most of his life. He graduated from Tascosa High School, attended Amarillo College and West Texas State University. At the time of his death, he was living in Sherman. He worked for the Texas Department of Transportation in McKinney. He was a member of Trinity Lighthouse Church in Sherman. He married Terrie Gibson in 1994. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Christy Stockton and Kaeli Caldwell, both of Amarillo; a son, Todd Caldwell of Amarillo; his mother, Verda Carter of Amarillo; two sisters, Sylvia Frisbie of Amarillo and Laquetta Dinsmore of Euless; and two grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to Trinity Lighthouse Church in Sherman. Eva Mae Wicker Eva Mae Wicker, 79, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Holland, pastor of First Christian Church of Stinnett, officiating. Mrs. Wicker was born in Del City, Okla., and had been a resident of Amarillo for 74 years. She was a homemaker and an artist. She was a member of First Christian Church and the Friendship Sunday School class. She married Ray Wicker in 1937 at Canyon. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Sue Wicker Bartolino of Ceta Glen, Melinda Adams of Florida and Kristy Wicker Young of Amarillo; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She worked in the fabric department at White and Kirk and later at Fabric Mart before retiring in 1971. She was a communicant of the First Christian Church and a member of the Mother Benton Sunday School class. She married Charles Harold Yolland Jr. in 1929. He died in 1973. Darwin Bohrer Darwin Bohrer, 66, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Georgia St. Mr. Bohrer was born in Boise City, Okla., and had been a longtime resident of Amarillo. He was a jeweler and a yacht broker in Kemah. He was an Air Force veteran, serving during the Korean War. Survivors include his companion, Marilyn Allen of Amarillo; his mother, Ruth Bohrer of Dalhart; three sons, Bradford Bohrer of Portland, Christopher Lee Bohrer of Denton and Vincent Bohrer of Arlington; a sister, Sheryl Doyle of Dalhart; five brothers, Dallas Bohrer of St. Petersburg, Fla., Dennis Bohrer and Johnny Bohrer, both of Amarillo, Jim Bohrer of The Woodlands and Richard Bohrer of Kemah; and eight grandchildren. Clydine Allen Burns Clydine Allen Burns, 73, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998. Additional services will be in Billings, Mont. Mrs. Burns was born in Anona and had been a resident of Amarillo since 1980. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was a member of the High Plains Scottish Heritage Society and the Clan McDonald Society. She married James Burns in 1946 at Clovis, N.M. Survivors include her husband; two sons, William Burns of Missoula, Mont., and Mark Burns of Amarillo; a daughter, Teri Jo Williams of Amarillo; a sister, Polly Lowrance of Amarillo; a brother, Maxie Allen of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Jack D. Wilson Jack D. Wilson, 55, of 407 N. Virginia, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rector Funeral Home Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., with Gil Hiltbrunner, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Wilson was born in McKinney and had lived in Amarillo most of his life. He attended Tascosa High School. He was a self-employed furniture upholsterer. He also worked for San Jacinto Upholstery. Survivors include his mother, Lola Wilson of Amarillo; four daughters, Tonya Vieth of Canyon, D'Ann Hart of Amarillo, Kimberly Wilson of McKinney and Tiffany James of Midland; a son, Jason Wilson of Midland; a sister, Friedda Morris of Amarillo; and 18 grandchildren. New Mexico Bessie Wilson Tallchief CLOVIS, N.M. - Bessie Wilson Tallchief, 57, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in The Chapel with the Rev. Dick Ross officiating. Cremation will follow services. Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home. Mrs. Tallchief was born in Clovis, where she had been a lifetime resident. She had worked for Newt and Butch Construction Co. for the past 15 years. She was a charter member of Eagles Lodge No. 3245. Survivors include a daughter, Vickie Windham of Grady; a son, Jerry Hultman of Clovis; her mother, Mary Josephine Wilson of Clovis; a brother, Butch Wilson of Clovis; and two grandchildren. Dewdrop Rachel Howard GALLUP, N.M. - Dewdrop Rachel Howard, 78, died Monday, Feb. 23, 1998. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Steed-Todd Funeral Home Chapel at Clovis with Dr. Mark Scott officiating. Burial will be in Mission Garden of Memories. Mrs. Howard was born in Alabama. She married Jim Howard in 1939 at Clovis. She lived in Clovis from 1937 until 1951. During those years, she worked in Howard's Laundry and at Howard's Dairy in Portales. Mr. and Mrs. Howard lived in Albuquerque from 1952 until 1959, when they moved to Gallup. Mrs. Howard was a Girl Scout leader and a Little League mother. She worked as a flight attendant on the air ambulance out of Gallup until her retirement. She also worked in the family business, Automotive Industries, as a bookkeeper. Survivors include her husband; her mother, Maude James of Helena, Ark.; two sons, Jimmy Wayne Howard and Michael Donas Howard, both of Gallup; a daughter, Linda Diane White of Big Spring, Texas; two brothers, Doyle James of Las Vegas, Nev., and Truett James of Farmington; a sister, Betty Rohschieb of Elnora, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will be at 304 W. Yucca. Joseph Evans CLOVIS, N.M. - Joseph "Joe" Evans, 41, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Steed-Todd Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Kendall officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Cemetery. Mr. Evans was born in Las Cruces and had lived in Clovis for the past 12 years. He lived in Hereford, Texas, for 20 years. He worked with his brother, Terry, at Evans Jewelry as a watch repairman. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his parents, Hoyt and Ann Evans of Hereford; five brothers, Terry Evans and Robert Evans, both of Clovis, Marvin Evans of Perryton, Texas, Wilburn Bobbin of Indian Springs, Ohio, and Kenneth Bobbin of Cedar Crest; and a sister, Sharon Evans of Belen. Henry Eschenbrenner TUCUMCARI, N.M. - Henry Eschenbrenner, 73, died Sunday, Feb. 22, 1998. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Dunn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Wes Stewart, pastor of Temple Baptist Church, officiating. Mr. Eschenbrenner was born in Chicago and moved to Tucumcari in 1975. He was a retired carpenter and a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include his wife, Helen Louise; a daughter, Nancy Pack of Tucumcari; two sons, Henry Eschenbrenner of Perryville, Mo., and Jim Eschenbrenner of Ferton, Mo.; a sister, Emily Turgeon of Chicago; three brothers, John Eschenbrenner of Addison, Ill., Alex Eschenbrenner of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and Fred Eschenbrenner of Oklahoma; and four grandchildren. Elsewhere Floyd Bunch VERNON - Floyd Bunch, 83, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Central Christian Church with the Rev. Sterling Lentz, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery by Community Funeral Home. Mr. Bunch was born in Honey Grove and had lived in Wilbarger County since 1926. He graduated from Vernon High School and later attended West Texas State University in Canyon. He was a farmer and rancher all of his life and was named Farmer of the Year in 1958. He was a director for the Wheat Growers Association and was active in the Wilbarger County Soil and Water Conservation District. Mr. Bunch married Annie Mae Douglas in 1941 at Tolbert. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Gerald "Jerry" Bunch, Ron Bunch, D. Douglas Bunch and Robert Bunch, all of Vernon; two daughters, Carol Bunch-Norris and Judy Bunch, both of Vernon; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 7 p.m. They request memorials be to the American Cancer Society. Area Rosemond E. Winborn PAMPA - Rosemond E. Winborn, 81, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Leif Hasskarl, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Winborn was born in Yorktown. She moved to Pampa in 1951 from Falfurrias. She attended Seguin Lutheran College and taught school in Pampa for many years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She also was a member of the Pampa Art Club and was named Artist of the Year in 1991. She married W.H. "Bill" Winborn in 1940 at Yorktown. They owned and operated the Cock O'Walk drive-in restaurant for many years. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Craig Winborn of Midland and Coyle Winborn of Pampa; a brother, Allen Viereck of Yorktown; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family will be at 2508 Aspen. Amy Reed DUMAS - Amy Reed, 90, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mrs. Reed was born in Vega and had been a Dumas resident since 1946. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Women's Group. She married James F. Reed in 1928 at Hartley County. He died in 1976. Survivors include three daughters, Faye Reed of Montgomery, Evelyn Smith of Longview and Catheryn Kiser of Dumas; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The family will be at 223 S. Meredith. Violet Callahan PLAINVIEW - Violet Jacquelyn Aylesworth Callahan, 92, of Dumas, a former Plainview resident, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Wood-Dunning Funeral Home Colonial Chapel with Bill Aylesworth, lay minister from Clovis, N.M., officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. Ms. Callahan was born in Chilton. When she was a child, she moved with her parents to Plainview, where her family operated a landscape service and nursery. She had been involved in interior design and landscaping all of her life. She moved to Dumas in 1984. Survivors include a sister, Geneva Jones of Dumas; and her twin brother, Gene Aylesworth of Lubbock.
