Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Catholic Church by the Rev. Jim McGhee of St. Anthony's Catholic Church of Dalhart. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Hass Funeral Home of Dalhart. Ms. Marshall was born and raised in Dalhart. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Survivors include a brother, Richard Smith of Elsa; and a sister, Patricia Seal of CeeVee. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Frances Kathleen Hill Olmsted PLAINVIEW - Frances Kathleen Hill Olmsted, 57, died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999. Her body will be donated to Texas Tech University Medical School. Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview. Mrs. Olmsted was born and raised in Plainview. For 37 years, she was employed as a licensed vocational nurse. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Ralph Olmsted in 1964 at Lubbock. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Glenda P. Waters and Diana Kay Olmsted, both of Plainview, and Andrea Hope Morrell of Yuma, Ariz.; a son, Aarron Arthur Olmsted of Provo, Utah; three brothers, Charles Sweeney of Olathe, Kan., Kenneth Randolph Hill of Moore, Okla., and Weldon Hill; and seven grandchildren. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Amarillo Leon C. Marshall Leon C. Marshall, 86, of Dallas, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 1999. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Mount Zion Baptist Church with Superintendent Elisha Demerson and Superintendent Elijah Demerson, of Pentecostal Church of God in Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary Inc., 509 N. Hughes St. Mr. Marshall was a native of Clarksville, where he attended public school. In 1945, he moved to Amarillo, where he first joined the Church of God in Christ. Later, Mr. Marshall joined Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. He served as the first musician, the first deacon and the first Sunday school superintendent. He married Sarah C. Wysner in 1936. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Geneive. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Ada Baldwin and Elizabeth Harper, both of Dallas, Anna Baldwin of Denver and Minnie Bowser of Amarillo; three sons, Elbert Marshall of Denver, Jimmy Marshall of Sacramento, Calif., and Leon Marshall Jr. of Dallas; a sister, Garlena Wooten of Clarksville; 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. The family will be at 2433 Echo. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Juanita Walker Juanita Walker, 58, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1999. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Memorial Park Funeral Home, Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with Paul White officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Ms. Walker was born in Dumas and moved to Amarillo in 1967 from Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1974, she received her nursing degree from West Texas State University. She was a pediatric nurse practitioner at the Women's and Children's Center and a member of Olsen Park Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, David Walker of Amarillo; a brother, Robert Walker of Dalhart; and a sister, Patsy Gregersen of Amarillo. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Ralph Kulow Ralph Kulow, 71, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Memorial Chapel, 315 E. Fifth Ave. Cremation is by Memory Gardens Crematory. Mr. Kulow was born in Domby, Okla., and moved to Amarillo in 1951. During World War II, he served on the Columbus and the Nevada. Mr. Kulow retired from the Navy and later retired as a floor covering contractor. He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1475 and the Moose Lodge. He married Doris Meadows in 1955 at Tucumcari, N.M. Survivors include his wife; a son, Dana Lee Kulow of San Jose, Calif.; three daughters, Carol Christie of Denver, Suzi Reno of Bedford and Lynette Bolton of Dallas; and five grandchildren. The family suggest memorials be to VFW Ladies Auxiliary, 1401 W. Eighth, Amarillo, TX 79101. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Leonard Calvin Robinson Leonard Calvin Robinson, 89, of Amarillo, died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Tahlequah City Cemetery in Tahlequah, Okla. Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Mr. Robinson was born in Proctor, Okla. For 30 years, he worked in the building demolition and salvage industry. He was a member of Boulevard Christian Church in Muskogee, Okla. He married Anna Singleton in 1950 at Arkansas. Survivors include his wife and nieces and nephews. The family suggest memorials be to a favorite charity. Amarillo Daily News, Nov. 13, 1999 Elsewhere Richard Nunn AUSTIN - Richard Nunn, 71, a former area resident, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1999. A celebration of his life will be held at 11:30 a.m. today in his home. Arrangements are by All Faith's Funeral Home. Mr. Nunn was born in Panhandle. He had served as mayor of Panhandle, a position he was elected to by a write-in vote. He taught Sunday school and was active in politics. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; a son, Riley Nunn; four daughters, Susan Lyons, Karen Escobedo, Peggy Schatz and Debbie Opdahl; and seven grandchildren.
