Mrs. Hudson was born in Dorsey, Miss. She lived in Arlington five years but was a longtime resident of Moore County. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Dumas. She married C.A. Hudson in 1934 at Wellington. He died in 1999. Survivors include three sons, Gerald W. Hudson of Germany, Harold "Buddy" Hudson of Houston and Jack Hudson of Arlington; four sisters, Billie June Monroe and Chloe Wren Loukas, both of Amarillo, Jewell Hessler of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Charlie Mae Browning of Pampa; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Oslo Lutheran Church with John Chandler, retired minister, officiating. Burial will be in Oslo Cemetery by Henson-Novak Funeral Home of Guymon, Okla. Mr. Stavlo was born in Hansford County and was a lifelong resident of the county and the Oslo community, where he farmed. He graduated from Gruver High School in 1935 and from St. Olaf College in Minnesota in 1941. He served in the Navy during World War II. He married Leona Knutson in 1948 in Oslo. Survivors include his wife; two sons, John Mark Stavlo of Perryton and Paul Stavlo of Gruver; three daughters, Mary Ann Andersen of Sioux Falls, S.D., Alice Satrum of Battle Ground, Wash., and Amy TeBeest of Gruver; and 20 grandchildren. "Jack" Billington, 78, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 1999. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Garland Street Church of Christ with J.W. Hamby officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. Billington was born in Olustee, Okla., and grew up in Hale County. From 1943 until 1946 he served in the Army Air Corps as a corporal in flight engineering. He returned to Halfway, where he farmed until 1963. Mr. Billington moved to Dumas where he continued to farm. In 1970 he returned to Plainview and worked as a real estate broker. He was a member of Garland Street Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, Steven Kent Billington of Plainview and Darrell Billington of Lubbock; and three granddaughters. Mrs. Vaden was born in Salem, W.Va., and had lived in Borger 60 years. She was a Dallas resident at the time of her death. She was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Borger, where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Dallas. Mrs. Vaden was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman E. Vaden, in 1968. Survivors include two sons, Jerry Vaden of Dallas and Dr. Richard Vaden of Kokomo, Ind.; a daughter, Billie Francis Cox of Pampa; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-greatgrandchildren. Mr. Bradley was born in Erath County. During World War II he served with the 138th Engineering Combat Battalion. He received two Bronze Stars. He moved to Dalhart after the war and operated Bradley Appliance Repair until he retired in 1995. He married Bonnie Vaughn in 1968 at Taos, N.M. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Tillman Bradley of San Angelo and Jack L. Amarillo Daily News, Jan. 4, 2000 Orin George Fell PADUCAH - Orin George "Corky" Fell, 69, died Sunday, January 2, 2000. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Church of Christ of Paducah with Dr. Mike Henderson, Tim Hadley and David Alessandro officiating. Arrangements are by Seigler Funeral Home of Paducah. Mr. Fell was born in Haviland, Kan. He received a degree in petroleum geology from Texas Tech University. During the Korean conflict he served in the Air Force. In 1962 Mr. Fell moved from Texon to Paducah where he owned Fell's Spraying Service. He was a deacon in the Church of Christ and a member of the Aircraft Owner's and Pilot's Association. He married Brenda Cowart in 1964 at Canyon. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Vincent Fell of Lubbock and Noel Fell of Weatherford; a daughter, Lacy McLemore of Austin; two brothers, Verl Fell of San Angelo and Roy Fell of Hurst; five sisters, Rose Thompson of Florida, Reita Walsh, Ethel Ensley and Angie Hasty, all of Tennessee, and Cora Lee George of Fairfield; and five grandchildren. He retired as a farmer in the Prairie Chapel community. In Lockney he operated Germania Farm Mutual Insurance Co. He was a member of West College and Third Street Church of Christ. He married Mildred Graves in 1933 at Silverton. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1991 and by a son, Rayford Martin, in 1973. Survivors include two daughters, Kay Phillips and Patsy Patrick of Plainview; two sisters, Edith Washington of Flomot and Gertrude Light of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Lowe, 88, of Amarillo, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2000. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Chester O'Brien, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Private family burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mr. Lowe was born in Blossom and had lived in Amarillo since 1948. He graduated from West Texas State College with a bachelor's degree in agriculture and a master's degree in education. He was a member of the T-Anchor Club. Mr. Lowe started his teaching career in Weatherly then taught in other schools in Hall County. For 12 years he taught at Sam Houston Junior High until he transferred to Crockett Junior High School. He also taught in the homebound department. In 1977 he retired. Mr. Lowe worked in the Soil Conservation Project before serving in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of the Amarillo Retired Teachers Association and Amarillo Senior Citizens where he served on the board for 12 years. He was a charter member and board member of the Golden R Kiwanis, a 50-year member and past master of San Jacinto Masonic Lodge No 1330 and had received the Golden Trowel Award. He was a member of Khiva Shrine, Scottish Rite and First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Molloy Lowe, in 1985. Survivors include two daughters, Peggy Martin of Amarillo and Betty Franks of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a sister, Cellie Koen of Paducah; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Baughman was born in Morrell, Pa., and had lived in Amarillo 37 years. He worked 20 years for Western Maryland Railway and worked 20 years as building superintendent for Potter County. He worked nine years for the Tri-State Fairground. He was a scoutmaster and treasurer for Troop 5 of Boy Scouts of America. He was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church for 26 years. Mr. Baughman was preceded in death by two sons, Woody Baughman and Keith Baughman. Survivors include his wife, Betty Baughman; two sons, Donald L. Baughman and Terry Van Baughman, both of Amarillo; three brothers, Leo Baughman of Pennsylvania and Frank Baughman and Howard Baughman, both of Amarillo; seven grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren.
