Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday and funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. today in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Monsignor Kevin Hand, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mrs. Wessner was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a licensed vocational nurse with the Concord County Hospital in Concord, Calif., before moving to White Deer in 1979. She was a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Sacred Heart Altar Society. She married William Wessner in 1938 at Brooklyn. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989 and by a son, Matthew F. Wessner, in 1985. Survivors include two daughters, Susan Wessner and Cathy Martinez, both of White Deer; two sons, William E. Wessner of Tallahassee, Fla., and Kenneth T. Wessner of Columbus, Ga.; a sister, Peggy LaVere of Seneca Falls, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to White Deer Library, 200 Fourth St., White Deer, TX 79097. Viewing will be until service time at the church. The family will be at 607 S. Swift in White Deer. Vigil services will be at 7 p.m. today in the CCD Building at Holy Family Catholic Church. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Pete Otto officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Directors of Dimmitt. Mrs. Brockman was born in Nazareth. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Senior Citizens of Nazareth, and Christian Mothers. She married Arnold F. Brockman in 1941. He died in 1996. Survivors include three daughters, Naomi McGrath of Kansas City, Kan., Monica Mote of Tulia, and Joyce Brockman of New Fairfield, Conn.; four sons, Ralph Brockman, Art Brockman, and Dale Brockman, all of Nazareth, and Virgil Brockman of Dimmitt; a brother, Joseph Schmucker of Nazareth; a sister, Mary Gerber of Nazareth; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Memorial Chapel, 315 E. Fifth Ave. Mrs. Stodghill was born in Egypt Community at Ada, Okla., and attended the school her father built. Before moving to Plainview in 1991, she was a longtime resident of Amarillo. She was a Baptist. She married Thomas D. Stodghill in 1926. Survivors include two daughters, Nora Jean Walker and Will Allen Jameson, both of Plainview; a son, Thomas C. Stodghill; 10 grandchildren; and 15 greatgrandchildren. Amarillo Daily News March 6, 2000 Theo Reynolds PADUCAH - Theo Reynolds, 83, died Friday, March 3, 2000. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Carl Savage, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery by Seigler Funeral Home. Mr. Reynolds served with the Navy during World War II. In 1948, he moved to Paducah, where he farmed until his retirement. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Paducah. He married Fannie Marie Moore in 1938 at Centerville. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Laura Jo Dozier, Mae Belle Goodgame, and Connie Reynolds, all of Paducah, and Wanda Culpepper of DeKalb; two sons, Nolan Reynolds of Snyder and Michael Reynolds of Houston; a sister, Jessie Kindrick of Irving; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. She married Wilton Lillard in 1949 at Hereford. He died in 1988. Survivors include a son, Kevin Lillard of Borger; a daughter, Brenda Kay Alexander of Borger; two brothers, J.E. Miss Pyeatt was born in Rio Vista and had lived in Memphis for almost 84 years. She taught school and was a member of First Baptist Church of Memphis. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mary Pyeatt of Amarillo; and nieces and nephews, Laurel Caviness of Gravelly, Ark., Adella Vardeman of Waco, Gayle Pyeatt of Amarillo, Ben Pyeatt, Scharlean Smith, and Nonnalee Murdock, all of Amarillo, and Bob Ellis of Clarendon. Truman Johnson, pastor of Broadview Baptist Church in Lubbock, and Terry Wilson, minister of the Sudan Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Sudan Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home. Mr. Hanna was born in Sudan and had been a longtime resident. He retired in 1993 as a supervisor for Plant X, a Southwestern Public Service Company utility plant, and moved to Lake Brownwood. In 1999, he moved to Littlefield, where he was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. He married Mary Gage in 1950 at Sudan. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Mike Hanna of Muleshoe and Mark Hanna of Levelland; a daughter, Mechele Edwards of Sudan; a sister, Cindy Creech of Wichita Falls; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Gerlach was born in Olympus and had lived in Amarillo since 1958. She was a nurses training graduate and worked as a nurse for the Veteran's Hospital before working for Family Hospital. She was a member of Chaparral Hills Baptist Church. She married Carl Gerlach in 1962 at Amarillo. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Brenda Krege of Baxter Springs, Kan., Janet Aldora Jones of Amarillo, and Janice Denise Kelly of Clinton; a sister, Opal Larson of Amarillo; and a grandchild. Dale Bigham, pastor of Arden Road Baptist Church, and Dr. Gil Lain, pastor of Paramount Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Bigham was born in Abilene and moved to Amarillo in 1957. He was a graduate of Tascosa High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in art education from West Texas State University. He taught school in Sundown Lane and had lived in Dallas, where he worked as an interior decorator. He was a Baptist. Survivors include a son, John Todd Bigham of Dallas; a daughter, Hayden McKinney of Dallas; his parents, Dean and Helen Bigham of Amarillo; a brother, Jerry Bigham of Canyon; a sister, Kayla Ebenkamp of Leawood, Kan.; and a grandchild.
