Liturgy of the Word will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. John Valdez, pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Kelley was born in Wichita Falls. She moved to Pampa in 1919. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She married Wayne D. Kelley in 1936 at Sayre, Okla. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three sisters, Catherine Chandler of Carrollton, Ruth Wilkerson of Wichita, Kan., and Margaret Ott of Lancaster, Calif. PAMPA - Opal L. Frazier, 81, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Paul Nachtigall, pastor of Highland Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Frazier was born in Madison, Kan. She moved to Pampa from Madison. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Weldon Frazier; and by a son, Merlin Frazier. Survivors include a son, James R. Frazier of Houston; four daughters, Janice Hubbard and Saundra Friend, both of Pampa, Karen Holt of Wichita, Kan., and Linda McCollough of Shattuck, Okla.; a sister, Lucille Monnard of Garnett, Kan.; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Highland Baptist Church, 1301 N. Banks, Pampa TX 79065. PLAINVIEW - Domingo Lopez Camargo, 80, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Lemons Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Joe Camargo of 14th and Date Iglesia De Cristo officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Camargo was born in Reynosa, Mexico. He moved to Plainview in 1959 and worked for Plainview Compress and Jimmy Dean. He married Maria Herlinda Moreno in 1942 at Reynosa. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mary Vasquez, Elvira Barela and Chris Jiminez, all of Plainview; six sons, Jesse Camargo, Joe Camargo, Ignacio Camargo, Mario Camargo and Willie Camargo, all of Plainview and Domingo Camargo Jr. of Irving; a brother, Santos Camargo of Mission; two sisters, Panchita Acosta of McAllen and Fernanda Salinas of Mission; 32 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. BOVINA - Warren Scott Paterson, 35, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Morgan, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Ellis-Blackwell Funeral Home in Friona. Mr. Paterson was born in Basingstoke, England. He had lived in Bovina since October, moving from Aberdeen, Scotland. Mr. Paterson was a member of the Royal Navy Reserves. He worked as a health and safety engineer with Dresser Kellogg Energy services at Aberdeen and was working for Mark Englant plumbing in Bovina. He was a Baptist. He married Mary Rose Englant in 1999 at Bovina. Survivors include his wife; a stepdaughter, Krystal Webber of Bovina; a stepson, Derek Webber of Bovina; his mother, Mary Rose Paterson of New Romney, England; and a sister, Lynne Paterson of Ashford, England. CLAUDE - Gordon Wade McElroy, 36, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Citizens Cemetery at Clarendon with the Rev. Bill Hodges, pastor of the Clarendon Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc. in Clarendon. Mr. McElroy was born in Memphis and was a lifelong resident of Armstrong County. He served in the Marine Corps. He worked as a farmer and rancher most of his life, and for Durrett Farms in Randall County. He was a Baptist. He married Evelyn Annette Mathews in 1992 at Waco. Survivors include his wife; a son, Kyle McElroy of Claude; two daughters, Ashley Pearson and Brenda Pearson, both of Claude; his parents, Nat and Marie McElroy of Claude; and three brothers, Bryan McElroy of Canyon, Mitch McElroy of Fort Hood and Steven McElroy of Lubbock. CLARENDON - Roy Henry Ferris, 94, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Robertson Funeral Directors Inc., Chapel of Memories with the Rev. James Ivey Edwards, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery. Mr. Ferris was born in Navajo Indian Territory. He moved from Jackson County, Okla. to Clarendon in 1935. He was a farmer and a member of First United Methodist Church. He married Clara Annie Roe in 1928 at Altus, Okla. She died in 1987. Survivors include a son, Clayton Ferris of Clarendon; and a brother, Bill Ferris of Highland, Calif. Evelyn P. Humphrey, 81, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Howard Batson officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Humphrey was born in Stratford and had been a longtime Amarillo resident. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. She married Walter N. Humphrey in 1950 at Goodwell, Okla. Survivors include her husband; a son, Bill Humphrey of Plano; a grandchild and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church of Amarillo. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Kay Ann Hanna, 61, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2000. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrew's Episcopal Chapel with the Rev. Andrew Parker, associate to the rector, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Hanna was born in San Antonio and had lived in Amarillo 20 years. She worked in the home health care industry. Mable Leona Hughes, 94, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery at Memphis. David Nall, 63, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, Pioneer Chapel, 2615 Paramount Blvd., with Gene Shelburne, minister of Anna St. Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Dr. Nall was born in Electra. He was salutatorian of Amarillo High School class of 1954. He attended Amarillo College and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Medical branch at Galveston. He studied internal medicine and gastroenterology at Parkland Hospital and Veteran's Administration Hospital in Dallas. In 1970 he opened the first gastroenterology practice in the Panhandle in Amarillo. He was an Air Force Veteran. He was a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Society of Internal Medicine and the Texas Academy of Family Practice. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Medical Fraternity, the Honor Medical Society of AMA and Alpha Omega Alpha. He married Carolyn Heard in 1957. He married Doris Jones in 1980. She died in 1995. Survivors include a son, Joseph David Nall Jr. of Austin; a daughter, Nancy Nall Thompson of Dallas; three stepchildren, Rod Jones, Mike Jones and Terrie Turner, all of Amarillo; a sister, Sharon Moore of Amarillo; a brother, Ken Nall of Waco; a stepmother, Irene Nall of Amarillo; his former wife, Carolyn Nall of Johnstown, Pa.; four grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren. Lucille Frisbie, 72, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, Pioneer Chapel, 2615 Paramount Blvd., with Dr. Larry Payne, pastor of Coulter Road Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mrs. Frisbie was born and raised in Plainview. She moved to Amarillo in 1945. She was a licensed vocational nurse at St. Anthony's Hospital for 25 years. She attended Highland Baptist Church. She married Raymond Frisbie in 1945 at Plainview. He died in 1999. Survivors include a daughter, Rose Chapman of Amarillo; a sister, Betty Vaughn of Amarillo; a brother, Bluford Turner of Fritch; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice and Life Enrichment. The family will be at 4113 S. Crockett St. HEMET, Calif. - Thomas Campbell Hudgins, 69, died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2000, in Riverside. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in First Southern Baptist Church. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Miller-Jones Mortuary Inc. Mr. Hudgins was born in Amarillo. He lived in Hemet five years. He was an engineer and worked for Bourns, Litton Industries and Teledyne Microelectronics. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Hudgins; two sons, Thomas S. Hudgins of Torrance and R. Preston Feight of Kenmore, Wash.; four daughters, Mary Lavallee of Laguna Hills, Catherine Lugten of San Jacinto, Wendy Seyfert of Glendora and Annie Stange of Indian Wells; and six grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Hemet Hospice or a favorite charity. SAN ANGELO - Andres Saenz Sanchez, 93, formerly of Borger, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, in San Angelo. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Thursday in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church by the Rev. George Varakukala. Burial will be in Knickerbocker Cemetery at Knickerbocker. Mr. Sanchez was born in Knickerbocker. A former longtime resident of Borger, he worked as an insulator for Phillips 66 Oil Co., retiring in 1965. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Knickerbocker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Gomez. He also was preceded in death by a son, Andy Sanchez. Survivors include three sons, Joe Sanchez and Dennis Sanchez, both of Amarillo and George Sanchez of Colorado City; three daughters, Elida Granger of Amarillo and Elisa Chavez and Elena Freudiger, both of Borger; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. DELANSON, N.Y. - Ruth Putman, 82, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, in Tucson, Ariz. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in St. James United Methodist Church at Tucson. Graveside services will be at 11 p.m. Wednesday at the Esperance Cemetery in Esperance. Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home Inc. in Clovis, N.M. and White-Van Buren Funeral Home in Delanson. Mrs. Putman was born in Esperance. She attended Delanson High School, where she played on the girl's basketball team and was valedictorian of her graduating class. She worked at the Schoharie County clerk's office, the Esperance post office and as office supervisor at Sealy Mattress Co. in Albany. She lived in New York until retiring in 1972 and moving to Tucson. She was a member of Esperance Methodist Church and St. James United Methodist Church in Tucson. She served as a church leader and was active in Delanson School PTA. She married Duane C. Putman in 1936 at Esperance. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Dianne Hoff of Chandler, Ariz., Karen Dane of Clovis, and Sylvia LaPorte of Tucson; two sisters, Ramona Fuez and Dorothy Edwards, both of Esperance; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the White-Van Buren Funeral Home in Delanson.
