Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Beasley was a lifelong resident of Amarillo and a graduate of Amarillo High School. She was a homemaker and member of the Panhandle Kennel Club and the Amarillo German Shepherd Dog Club. She married Jim Beasley in 1975 at Amarillo. He died in 1998. Survivors include a daughters, Lisa May of Glenn Heights, two stepdaughters, Paula Neel of Amarillo and Nita Beasley of Pampa; two stepsons, James Brian Beasley of Omaha, Neb., and James Paul Beasley of San Diego; and five grandchildren. She was a newspaper carrier for the Amarillo Globe-News and a Methodist. She married Billy Jack Thomas in 1955. He died in 1997. Survivors include two sons, Clive Thomas of Phoenix and Craig Thomas of Amarillo; two brothers, Norris Wyant of Phoenix and Leroy Wyant of Wall; a sister, Doris Pigsley of Rapid City, S.D.; and five grandchildren. Mr. Wheeler was born in Vernon and had lived in Amarillo for the past 48 years. He was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School at Vernon. Osage St. Mr. Taylor was born in Dayton, Ark. He had lived in Oklahoma City for 31 years before moving to Amarillo in 1995. During World War II, he served in the Army in the 45th Division, 180th Infantry. Mr. Taylor married Martha Womack in 1955. She died in 1978. Survivors include three sisters, Vernoma Brannon of Quemado, N.M., Priscilla Henthorn of Stroud, Okla., and Reba Lamp of Fayetteville, Ark.; and a brother, Nova Hedrick of Burwick, La. The family suggests memorials be to American Diabetic or the Disabled Veterans Association. Amarillo Daily News, May 11, 2000 New Mexico Curtis Hendricks CLOVIS, N.M. - Curtis Hendricks, 72, died Friday, May 5, 2000. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Steed-Todd Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Delbert Bradley officiating. Burial will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Browning Cemetery. Mr. Hendricks was born in Tucumcari. He grew up in the Jordon and Ima communities and attended school in House. He joined the Navy in 1946. He later moved to Clovis and ran a cattlehauling business. He lived in Belen a short time before returning to Clovis in 1981. He worked as a truck dispatcher for L&W Trucking until his retirement. He married Annabell Simmons in 1963 at Clovis. Survivors include his wife; children, Rick Hendricks of Gillette, Wyo., Lisa Merrick of Causey, N.M., Ray Waller of Mountain Ranch, Calif., Twyla Greco of Ventura, Calif., and Terry Sheckells and Tana Lesmeister, both of Lancaster, Calif.; and two stepsons, Mike St. John and Ronnie St. John, both of Midland, Texas. Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. Friday in Boise City Cemetery at Boise City, with the Rev. Derek Cox, pastor of Boise City First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home. Mrs. Webb was born in Dalhart, Texas. She attended schools at Stratford, Texas, Keyes, Okla., and Guymon, where she graduated in 1966. She attended one year of college at Oklahoma Panhandle State University at Goodwell. Mrs. Webb was a secretary at First National Bank of Amarillo. She moved to Guymon in 1988. She was a police dispatcher for the city of Guymon and then worked for the Texas County Sheriff's office, retiring in 1995. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and attended the Grace Southern Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Eric Webb of Grants Pass, Ore.; her mother, Twila Fenton of Guymon. Rickey Lawrence, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Roaring Springs Cemetery by Seigler Funeral Home of Matador. Mrs. Hemphill was born in Motley County. She lived in Motley and Dickens counties and then on the 6666 Ranch at Guthrie for 20 years. She moved to Roaring Springs in 1991. She was a retired restaurant cook and a member of the Church of Christ. She married Billy Jack Hemphill in 1947 at Matador. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Billy "Boo" Hemphill of Roaring Springs and Bobby Hemphill of Magnolia; a daughter, Becky Manley of Carlsbad, N.M.; a brother, Robert Thornton of Arlington; a sister, Lillian Kukendall of Mineola; and three grandchildren. Mrs. Hill was born in Ten Sleep, Wyo., and was a resident of Tucson, Ariz., until moving to Clarendon in 1975. She was a quilter and a Protestant. She married Morris William Hill in 1966 at Phoenix. He died in 1999. Survivors include a daughter, Dee Deluca of Playa Del Rey, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Nancy Sue Eaves of Dallas City, Ill.; two stepsons, Thomas Ray Hill of Clarendon and Gerald W.
