Burial will be in Balko Mennonite Brethren Cemetery at Balko by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Frantz was born in Beaver County, Okla. She was a lifetime resident of the Balko and Perryton areas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Balko Mennonite Brethren Church and Women's Missionary Circle. She married Roland B. Frantz in 1933 at Balko. He died in 1993. Survivors include two sons, Orlan Frantz and Howard Frantz, both of Balko; two daughters, Mildred Vogt of Denver and Joyce Sawatzky of Creede, Colo.; 11 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Jackson, from Floydada, officiating. Burial will be in Morton Memorial Cemetery with Masonic rites. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home. Mr. Tucker was born in Ratliff, Miss. He had lived in the Morton community since 1929, moving from Grayson County. He was a farmer and member of the First Baptist Church of Morton and the Morton Masonic Lodge. He married Opal Cox in 1932 at Portales, N.M. She died in July. Survivors include a son, Ray Tucker of College Station; a daughter, Shirley Hamlin of Lubbock; a brother, Guy L. Tucker of Columbus, Ga.; eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and eight step-greatgrandchildren. Bausch, 64, died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens at Scottsdale. Mr. Bausch was born in New York City. A self employed Certified Public Accountant, he was a member of Scottsdale Baptist Church and A.S.C.P.A. During the Korean War, he served with the Army. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Clarke was born in Amarillo. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy at the University of Kansas. In 1976, she moved to Amarillo and worked at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and Children's Rehabilitation Center until 1982. She was a speaker for the Texas Medical Association Bureau. She helped to develop a school-based HIV / AIDS education program and was co-founder of the Women in Touch support group. Mrs. Clarke served as a Race for the Cure liaison. She was a member of the Amarillo Area Breast Health Coalition and the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Detection Committee. She was the consumer reviewer for the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program. She served as State Medical Alliance Representative to the Texas Medical Association Infectious Disease Committee. She volunteered with the Junior League of Amarillo and was Outstanding Sustaining Member of the Year in 1998. She was past president for the March of Dimes board, which named her Citizen of the Year in 1979. She served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House, Amarillo Symphony Guild, Jubador, Amarillo High School PTSA and the Friends of the Library. In 1994, Mrs. Clarke was honored with a Seven Who Care award. She received the Texas Medical Association Golden Apple Award in 1995 and was recognized as Public Citizen of the Year in 1997. She married Dr. Richard B. Clarke in 1969 at Kansas City, Mo. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Kim Clarke-McCarty of Wichita, Kan., Karrie Clarke of Denver and Kristin Clarke of Vista, Calif.; and her father and his wife, Robert and Betsy Sandlin. Osage St. Mr. Warren was born in Royce City. He served with the Air Force and the Army during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and received a Purple Heart Medal. After retiring from the Army in 1978, he worked for Chrysler Technologies as an electronics foreman until his retirement in 1996. He was a Lutheran. In 1996, he moved to Amarillo from Waco. He married Pat Pruitt in 1996. He graduated from West Texas Normal High School in Canyon, where he was a self employed contractor and home builder. A veteran of the Navy, he returned to Canyon in 1959 from Flagstaff, Ariz. He was a member of the University Church of Christ, serving as deacon, and the Apartment Association of the Panhandle, serving on the board. He married Oleta Tinnin in 1940 at Amarillo. Mrs. Harper was born in Melrose and graduated from Melrose High School in 1936. She worked as a city clerk in Melrose during the 1940s and retired in 1980 as secretary of the Melrose Schools. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She married Richard Harper in 1937. Mr. Franz was born in Adams, Okla., and was a lifelong resident of Union County. He graduated from high school in Clayton in 1942. During World War II, he served in the Army Air Corps. In 1946, he returned to Clayton and worked for the Farmers and Stockmans Bank until his retirement in 1987. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mr. Franz married Eunice L.
