Bruce Howard, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rowe Cemetery by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc. of Clarendon. Mr. Linville was born in Earl, Ark. He lived in Wellington and Clarendon before moving to Hedley in 1968. An Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion. In 1982, Mr. Linville retired as a mechanic. He was a Baptist and served as a commodities volunteer and as the chairman of the Christmas Fund in Hedley. He married Della Houdashell in 1968 at Hedley. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Betty Vines of Fort Worth and Reatha Morton of Fort Worth; two stepdaughters, Loveta Anderson of Amarillo and Pat Hargrove of Hedley; a son, Johnny Harold Linville of Dalhart; a stepson, Ernie Houdashell of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a greatgreat-grandchild; nine step-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren; and a stepgreat-great-grandchild. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Quanah Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Wirsdorfer, minister of the First Christian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Price-Jackson Funeral Home. Mrs. Kinnaman was born in Douglas, Wyo. She had lived in Quanah since 1972 before moving from Burkburnett. She was a homemaker and member of the First Christain Church. She married Frederick Junior Kinnaman in 1955 at Cheyenne. He died in 1988. Survivors include two sons, Donald Glenn Kinnaman of Quanah and Alan Lee Kinnaman of Fort Worth; three granddaughters; and six great-grandsons. Amarillo Daily News, Feb. 19, 2000 Michael Douglas Jones CLAUDE - Michael Douglas Jones, 49, of Albuquerque, N.M.. and formerly of Claude, died Feb. 16, 2000. Arrangements are by Schooler-Armstrong Chapel of Claude. Mr. Jones was born in Portales. In 1968, he graduated from Claude High School. He served in the Navy from 1969 until 1983 and was a welder in the aircraft repair industry. Mrs. Ward was born in Abilene and lived in Canyon where she was a graduate of Canyon High School and West Texas State University. In 1964, she moved to Dumas and taught business at Dumas High School. She was a homemaker and teacher. She married Gary Ward in 1964 at Canyon. She married Rick Swearingen in 1992 at Childress. Mr. Isbell was born in Paducah and was a lifelong Cottle County resident. He served in the Army from 1954 until 1957. He married Willa June Sneed in 1959 at Tollison, Ariz. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Spearman, Order of Eastern Star, Holt Home Demonstration Club and the Blue Monday Bridge Club. She married Major Lackey in 1930 at Clovis, N.M. He died in 1996. Mr. Mendez was born in Mexico and moved to Tucumcari in 1991 from California. He was an electronic technician who was involved in speaker manufacturing in California. In Tucumcari, he was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Lillian; two daughters, Lilia Rivera Flores of Amarillo and Anna Mendez of California; two sons, Ralph Mendez Jr. and Jesus Mendez, both of Tucumcari; four brothers, Jose Mendez of California, Cruz Mendez of Washington and Clemente Mendez and Elias Mendez, both of Mexico; and two grandchildren. Mr. Acton was born in Amarillo where he graduated from Tascosa High School in 1972. He was a caseworker for the Texas Workforce Commission and previously worked for Southwestern Public Service Co. at Nichols Station. Mr. Acton was active with the MakeA-Wish Foundation and was a Christian. Three years ago, he moved to Hereford where he was a member of the Elks Lodge. Survivors include a son, B.D. Acton Ware of Amarillo; a daughter, Lizzie Acton Ware of Amarillo; his parents, Kathryn and Bill Acton Sr. of Hereford; a brother, Barry Acton of Amarillo; two sisters, Lorraine "Tootie" Sandoval of Hereford and Cindy Acton of Lubbock; and two grandchildren. In 1977, she returned to Amarillo where she was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church. She married Joe Chitwood in 1931. He died in 1977. Survivors include two nephews, Robert P. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Marie Dannels. Hughes St. Mr. Frost was born in Homer, La., and had been a resident of Idabel for many years. He was a farmer and a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Callie Frost, and two sons, the Rev. Cleason Frost and Menoil Frost. Survivors include three sons, Ivory Frost of Dallas, Cleophas Frost of Oklahoma City and Clinton Frost of Idabel; a daughter, Adell Freeman of Idabel; 37 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. MST Tuesday in Flagstaff Mortuary in Flagstaff, Ariz., with Mark Axtell officiating. Burial will be in Flagstaff Cemetery by Flagstaff Mortuary. Local arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary in Boise City. Mrs. Berlin was born in Stone County, Mo., where she attended school. In 1938, she moved to California. She worked for J.C. Penney in Flagstaff and as a clerk in the post office in Marble Canyon, Ariz. She also worked shuttling cars. Mrs. Berlin had been on several bowling teams. She later moved to Boise City where she was a member of First Baptist Church in Duncan. Her first marriage was in 1939 to Stan Harper. In 1974, she married Kenneth Berlin who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by a son, Larry Harper, and a stepson, Ken Berlin Jr. Survivors include a son, Dale Harper of Boise City; a stepson, David Berlin of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; three stepdaughters, Sandra Tusa of Marble Canyon, Jimmy Berlin of Phoenix and Vanessa Berlin of Florence, Ariz.; five brothers, George Schwyhart of Branson, Mo., Joe Schwyhart of Carthage, Mo., Richard Schwyhart of Stockton, Calif., Arlis Owens of Aurora, Mo., and Jack Owens of Oroville, Calif.; three sisters, Lula Mae Thomas, Nadine Tirapelli and Dorothy Fear, all of Stockton; a grandson; 16 stepgrandchildren; and 15 step-great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be Monday in Highland Meadows Christian Church, 2600 Hall Johnson of Colleyville. Cremation and arrangements are by Guardian Funeral Home of Fort Worth. Mrs. Reddell was born in Hartshome, Okla., and was raised in McAlester, Okla. She graduated from Classen High School in Oklahoma City. A former Amarillo resident, she was a member of the North Amarillo Church of Christ. Mrs. Reddell was a member of Park Row Church of Christ in Arlington where she taught children's Sunday school classes. After moving to Midland, she was an Avon representative, tax preparer, a real estate agent and broker. In Euless, she was a top producer for Century 21 - Dick Gavlak Realty, Lou Smith Realty and Ebby Halliday. She was a member of Highland Meadows Christian Church. She taught at Leonard's Real Estate Training School and worked at Reddell Real Estate Referrals. She was married to John C. Reddell.
