Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today in Zion Lutheran Church with Leif Hasskarl, pastor, officiating. Her body was donated to Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Caskey was born in Chickasha, Okla. She moved to Pampa in 1930 from Spearman and graduated from Pampa High School in 1942. She worked as a telegrapher for Santa Fe Railway in Albuquerque, N.M., for more than 20 years, retiring in the late 1960s. She then returned to Pampa. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Pampa Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include a son, Michael Dennis Moon of Dallas; and three grandchildren. Mrs. Baker was born in Childress. She was a homemaker and also had worked as a teacher's aide at Childress High School. She was active in the Cancer Relay for Life and in her church choir. She was a member at First Baptist Church of Childress. She married Henry M. Baker in 1950 at Childress. He died in 1997. Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Baker of Childress; two sons, Steve Baker of Canyon, and Kenneth Baker of Clinton, Okla.; a sister, Barbara Floyd of Henderson, Nev.; and two grandchildren. Amarillo Daily News, March 24, 2000 Lucile Farley Lucile Farley, 86, of Amarillo, died Monday, March 20, 2000, in Round Rock. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Llano Mausoleum Chapel with Kevin Farley, her grandson, officiating. Local arrangements are by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street. Mrs. Farley was born in Amarillo. She attended school in the San Jacinto neighborhood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Raymond Farley, in 1961. After his death, she served as a dorm mother at the University of Houston, Texas Tech in Lubbock and Angelo State University. After she left the university system, she was a resident assistant manager at Pasadena Interfaith Manor in Pasadena. She retired at age 77. Survivors include a son, Dr. J. Ray Farley of Round Rock; a sister, Margaret Barley of Post; a brother, James Randall of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St., with Danny Lucas of Lighthouse Baptist Church officiating. Burial with military honor guard from Fort Hood Army Base will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Whisenhunt was born in Muleshoe and grew up in Littlefield. From 1974 until 1983, he served in the Army, attaining the rank of sergeant. He was stationed in Auschefenberg, Germany. Mr. Whisenhunt had been a manager at Toot N Totum store and was a route salesman for Earth Grain. He was a member of the Choctaw Indian Nation and Lighthouse Baptist Church. He married Angela Russell in 1999 at Amarillo. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Heather Cantrell of Amarillo; four sons, Joshua Whisenhunt, Brandon Whisenhunt, Drew Cantrell and Matthew Cantrell, all of Amarillo; his mother, Bessie Whisenhunt of Broken Bow, Okla.; two sisters, Evelyn Detten of Broken Bow and Shirley Miraual of DeQueen, Ark.; and two brothers, Wayne Whisenhunt of Broken Bowl and Robert Whisenhunt of Muleshoe. Terry Bell and Dr. Harry Gray officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Terrace in Farwell, Texas by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis. Mr. Wilhite was born in Canton, Texas. In 1941, he entered the Army, serving in World War II. After his discharge, he lived in California before moving to Texas. He returned to California then moved to Clovis in 1972. Until his retirement in 1985, Mr. Wilhite was co-owner of Border Tractor and Equipment in Texico. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He married Beatrice Norwood in 1941 at Yuma, Ariz. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Opal Ann Schermerhorn of Oakhurst, Calif., and Sandra Lee Clewis of Clovis; five sisters, Avis Hooker of Wrightwood, Calif., Opal Cross of Canton, Estelle Landes of San Diego, Beatrice Thomas of Quartzsite, Calif., and Lois Keehart of Greenville, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 12 grandchildren. Mrs. Gonzalez was born in Hokkaido, Japan. She came to Clovis in 1972 where she worked for Furr's Cafeteria in 1973, a hotel in 1974 and Levi Straus in 1983. She married Ventura Gonzalez in 1960 at Sapporo, Japan. Survivors include her husband; her son, Samuel Gonzalez of Clovis; two daughters, Debra Gonzalez Chavez of Clovis, Kazuko Nakamura of Japan; two brothers, Hiroo Iwasaki and Hideo Iwasaki, both of Japan; one sister, Tamayo Iwasaki of Japan; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. Peter's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery by BunchRoberts Funeral Home. Mrs. Mallard was born in Roy, N.M. She moved with her family to Guymon in 1958. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church before moving to Cheyenne 16 years ago. She married Earl Mallard in 1985 at Jay. She previously was married to John Raymond Sullivan. Survivors include her husband; four sons, William Sullivan, Michael Sullivan and Joseph Sullivan, all of Guymon, and James Sullivan of Cheyenne; a daughter, Marie Howard of Winnemucca, Nev.; her parents, Antonio and Pauline Sandoval of Logan, N.M.; two brothers, Raymond Sandoval and Leroy Sandoval, both of Guymon; seven sisters, Jean Brewer, Corina Vasquez, Penny Roybal and Dorothy Sandoval, all of Guymon, Stella Tramel of Fort Towson and Sofia Sandoval and Dee Sandoval, both of Logan; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She attended schools in the Keyes community in Oklahoma and lived in Wheeless until moving to Guymon in 1991. She was a homemaker and a member of Wheeless Baptist Church. She married Kenneth Evans in 1944 at Elkhart, Kan. He died in 1991. Survivors include four sons, Robert Lee Evans, David Loran Evans, Wayne Olen Evans, all of Guymon, and Roy Neil Evans of Mooreland; two sisters, Laura Brown of Woodward and Ora Morris of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She married Phil Brown in 1962 at Roscoe. Survivors include her husband; one sister, Dottie Deardon of Winchester, Tenn.; and one brother, Sonny Perry of Sweetwater. Mr. West was born in Winters. He was a veteran of the Army who served overseas in World War II. He was a retired pharmacist.
