Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Knighton officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Perryton. Mr. Daley was a member of the First Christian Church of Perryton. He was associated with Daley Appliance and Glass Shop from 1933 to 1988. He was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans and a member of Ochiltree Lodge for 50 years. He was in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Florine Daley of Perryton; three sons, Jim Daley of Houston, L.D. Gilbreath of Watonga, Okla., and Jeff Wilson of Perryton; a daughter, Phyllis Olson of Hurst; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to the American Cancer Society, 2405 Utica Lane, Perryton, TX 79070. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Roaring Springs Cemetery at Roaring Springs, with the Rev. Rickey Lawrence, pastor of the Roaring Springs Full Gospel Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Seigler Funeral Home of Matador. Mr. Groves grew up in Matador. He had been a resident of Houston until moving to California in 1999. Survivors include his mother, Rita Groves of Roaring Springs; and two brothers, Truman Groves of Arcadia, Calif., and Pat Groves of Los Altos Hills, Calif. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Terry Corbett, pastor of Borger Christian Center, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Mr. Jackson was a retired shift supervisor for Agrium. He was a member of the Borger Christian Center. He married Bobbie Earnest on Aug. 1, 1953, in Clayton. He was an Army veteran, serving in the Korean War. Survivors include his wife; two brothers, John Raymond Jackson of Borger and James Ray Jackson of Muskogee, Okla.; a granddaughter, Michele McLain of Ardmore, Okla.; and a great-granddaughter, Kaitlynn McLain of Ardmore. Mr. Anderson grew up in Dimmitt, graduating from Dimmitt High School in 1983. He volunteered at the Humane Society. Survivors include his mother, Grace Anderson of Dimmitt; four sisters, Fredia Fuston of Turkey, Rita McNabb of Bartlesville, Okla., Jan Womack of Goliad and Sue Parrish of Umbarger; three brothers, Jerry D. Mrs. Malone was born Feb. 5, 1937, in Plainview. Survivors include four daughters, Gene Lore of Amarillo, Krystal Baird of Silverton, Kathy Malone of Tulia and Karol McMurrian of New Deal; a son, William Malone of Dallas; her mother, Garna Fish of Plainview; a sister, Janet Rylant of Plainview; and six grandchildren. Toby Henson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home. Mrs. Williams was born on Aug. 7, 1910, at Wheeler. She married Linzie Williams on Dec. 15, 1931, at Cheyenne, Okla. He preceded her in death on April 3, 1978. The Williams farmed near the Briscoe community for many years. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church in Wheeler. Survivors include nephews and nieces, Darville and Sammie Atherton, Bill and Christine Atherton and Wayne and Joyce Edwards, all of Wheeler, LaDell and Ted Atwood of Pampa and Roy Lee Edwards of Wheeler, Ore.; and a special young man, Jimmy "Pedro" Lewallen of Kingsland. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Trinity Baptist Church, 1608 Wolflin Ave., with Dr. David Evans officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Alsup was a homemaker. She married Hubert Alsup on Dec. 22, 1946, in Dallas. She moved from Dallas to Amarillo in 1962. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Phillip Vines. Survivors include her husband, Hubert Alsup; children, Don Vines of Plano, Janice Caylor of Ladonia and Brenda Conway and Kathy Eich, both of Amarillo; a brother, J.D. Splawn of Waxahachie; a sister, Mary Lee Vines of Dallas; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Alderette-Pomeroy in Raton. Mrs. Daniell was born May 28, 1922, in Dallas, where she was raised. She came to Clayton in 1991 to live with her daughter. Survivors include a son, Louis A. Daniell of Dallas; a daughter, Linda Whitson of Clayton, N.M.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Scott Blazer officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens by Muffley Funeral Home. Mr. Priebe married Frances Hale on Sept. 10, 1946, in Clovis. He attended Central College, Purdue University, Notre Dame and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a business degree in 1948. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Douglas Priebe of Garland and David Priebe of Austin; a sister, Mildred Noble of Guilford, Maine; and two grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, June 2, 2001 Oklahoma Andy James BOISE CITY, Okla. - Andy James, 91, died Thursday, May 31, 2001. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in the Stratford Cemetery at Stratford, Texas, with Brian Long officiating. Arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary of Boise City. Mr. James worked as a farmer and rancher in and around Cimarron County all his life. He married Mary Ingham in December 1931 at Hooker. Survivors include his son, Bob James of Boise City; a daughter, Barbara Fretwell of Oklahoma City; a brother, Frank James of Boise City; a sister, Lois Garner of Boise City; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church of Boise City; or Cimarron Memorial Hospital.
