Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church at Panhandle. Burial will be in Panhandle Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Fuller was born in Wellington. She was a resident of Panhandle from 1951 until moving to Oklahoma City in 1978. She was a butcher for Andy Schultz in Panhandle. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Moore, Okla., and was formerly a member of First Baptist Church in Panhandle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Pat Fuller, in 1965. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Neighbors of Moore; a son, Doyle Fuller of Moore; four sisters, Vernie Watson of Groom, Lorene Braidfoot and Faye Williams, both of Panhandle, and Reba Carmen of Amarillo; a brother, Wesley L. Mitchell of Alabama; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. Amarillo Globe-News, Dec. 12, 2001 Everette Heller - Everette Heller, 81, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Family Life Chapel with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home. Mr. Heller was born March 27, 1920, at Taylor County. He moved with his parents at a young age to Happy in 1929 where they farmed. He graduated from Happy High School in 1939 where he played football, basketball and ran track. He worked for Pinkney Packing from 1939 to Jan. 14, 1942. He joined the Army Air Corps on Jan. 16, 1942, and was sent to England and Holland during World War II. He was honorably discharged Oct. 15, 1945, as a staff sergeant. After his discharge he went back to work for Pinkney Packing Co. He married Betty Jean Stelplugh on April 13, 1946, at Amarillo. The company moved him to Lubbock in 1947. In 1949 he started farming northwest of Edmonson for three years and then east of Hart and he farmed there until 1980. On Dec. 15, 1980, he moved to Plainview. He worked as a crop adjuster from 1981 to 1989 and from 1986 to 1996 he had a crop insurance business. He was a member of First Baptist Church and a past deacon. He was preceded in death by his wife on Feb. 25, 1999; four brothers; and two sisters. Survivors include two sons, Gary Heller of Plainview and Jerry Heller of Dimmitt; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to VistaCare Family Hospice. Mr. Medlin was born Dec. 29, 1916, at Canadian. He married Lois Elizabeth Mayhugh on May 5, 1935, at Plainview. Survivors include two daughters, Juanita "Scoot" Barnett and Sue Rubac, both of Temple; a son, Lloyd "Buzzy" Medlin of Plainview; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Ms. Russell was born Sept. 30, 1904, at Maypearl. She moved to Amarillo in 1994. Arrangements are by Wallace Funeral Home. Mrs. Overstreet was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church. He retired from the Air Force in 1967 after 20 years of service. Ms. Binnion was born to Elmer and Jean Penny on Feb. 3, 1959, at Smyrna, Tenn. She graduated from Canyon High School in 1977 and attended Amarillo College. She married Mark Binnion in 1979 and lived in Hallsville for 22 years. She was a member of Valley View Baptist Church of Longview and was studying computer graphic design at Kilgore College. Amarillo Globe-News, Dec. 12, 2001 Misty Dawn Hunter CARROLLTON - Misty Dawn Hunter, 21, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2001. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Moore Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hunter was a loving daughter, wife and friend. She was a massage therapist. She touched many in her short life and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She played the piano and had a beautiful voice. She is resting in the loving arms of her Heavenly Father. Howard Romaine of New Zion Baptist Church in Borger officiating. Arrangements are by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St. Mrs. Hicks was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Hawley moved to Amarillo in 1966 from Wichita Falls. He was a longtime resident of Borger. He married Lois Harbin on July 22, 1939, at Cordell, Okla. He belonged to Northridge Church of Christ. He served in the Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by three daughters, Joyce Clark, Carol Brazeal and Mary Ann Hawley. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Lonnie E. "Gene" Hawley of Borger, Robert Hawley of Mineola and John Z. Hawley of Amarillo; three daughters, Barbara Wilkinson of Borger and Janet Ham and Rita Nelon, both of Amarillo; 28 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, Dec. 12, 2001 Robert Timothy "Tim" Dunigan Vigil services will be at 5:30 p.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel in Pampa. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Pampa with the Rev. John Valdez, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Dunigan, president of Dunigan Operating Co., was born May 13, 1942, at Pampa, to Edward J. Dunigan Jr. and Ethel Moran Dunigan. He graduated from Holy Souls Grade School in Pampa and Price College High School in Amarillo in 1959, where he was class president, valedictorian and star of the basketball team. He had numerous college basketball scholarships but chose to attend the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated cum laude. After serving two years as a second lieutenant in the Army Signal Corps, he earned his master's degree with honors from the University of Texas and joined his father in the oil business. He took to the oil patch as if it were a basketball court, and soon served as president of Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association, of which his father had been a founding member. If he loved anything more than drilling an oil well, it was fly fishing for trout, which he did with skill, flair and great humor, as he did so many things in life. Survivors include a sister, Patricia Ann Frisby of Austin; three brothers, Michael Dunigan of Pampa, Dennis Dunigan of Charlottesville, Va., and Terry Dunigan of Austin; three stepchildren, Melissa Connor, Mary Beth Hartranft and Robert Waddell; nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; and many people who loved him.
