Cremation will be by Memorial Park Cemetery and Crematorium. Mr. Onemavong was born in Laos and had lived in Amarillo for 11/2 years. He worked at Amarillo Beef. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Brentwood Chapel at Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St., with Dr. Stan Coffey of San Jacinto Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Norris was born in Clarendon. She married A.E. Conner on Dec. 24, 1948. He died on Dec. 31, 1984. Her granddaughter, Debbie Young, died on Nov. 1, 1996. She married James P. Norris on July 14, 1988, at Amarillo. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Billie Pustejovsky; two stepdaughters, Gail Fischbein and Sally Swan; three grandchildren, Pam Daniel and Terri Mix, both of Amarillo, and Keri Beifus of Bedford; and four great-grandchildren. He married Gracie Gee Sain in 1979 at Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Llano Cemetery with Mr. Chuck Regal of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Roberts was born in Wellington. She attended Sam Norwood High School in Shamrock and Draughn's Business College in Amarillo. She married Ralph Roberts on Aug. 2, 1977. She was a waitress at the Amarillo Stockyards for many years. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband in 1991; and three sons, Ronald Keith Boggs in 1969, Gary Wayne Boggs in 1955 and Steven Ray Boggs in 1985. Survivors include three daughters, Gloria Elaine Wossum, Jerri Lynn Tyler and Julie Gayle Albright, all of Amarillo; four sons, Larry Kent Boggs, Millas Andrew Boggs and Joel Dean Boggs, all of Amarillo, and Dennis Wayne Boggs of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sisters, Ruby Lingo of Amarillo and Nella Beth Fowlie of Arnold, Md.; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will be at 1706 S. Goliad, Amarillo, TX 79106. Amarillo Daily News March 12, 2001 A.E. Petty A.E. "Chick" Petty, 69, of Amarillo, died Saturday, March 10, 2001. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor John Esler officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Mr. Petty was born Feb. 21, 1932, in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Saint John's Academy at Winfield, Kan., spent two years in the Navy and received an associate business degree from Rockhurst College at Kansas City, Mo. He worked in the electrical business, starting with Kansas City Power and Light Co. and later as a manufacturer's representative dealing with lighting for several major manufacturers. In 1976, he married Faye Frank and moved to Dallas. In 1978, they moved to Amarillo, where he worked for Tri-State Electric Supply Co. until 1993. He worked for Nunn Electric until his retirement in 1995. He worked part-time at Builder's Square until it closed in 1999. Mr. Petty was a member of Palo Duro Creek Golf Club and Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Mike Petty of San Francisco and David Petty, Matt Petty and Dan Petty, all of Wichita, Kan.; a daughter, Sue Dowse of Kansas City, Kan.; three stepchildren; a sister, Sue Fulfer of Cleburne; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Survivors include three daughters, Carol Bates of Amarillo, Sherry Kane of Broomfield, Colo., and Alberta Pyeatt of Dayton; a son, Benny Deinken of Broomfield; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Dawson Welch Funeral Home. Mr. Nizzi was a machinist during World War II. He later worked as a carpenter. He is survived by a sister, Jennie Spann of Albuquerque. A native of Lexington, Mrs. Edwards moved to Amarillo in 1993 from Illinois and to Panhandle in 1996. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star in Illinois. Survivors include three sisters, Eunice Henry and Irene Davis, both of Panhandle, and Shirley Riggins of Amarillo. Mr. Azua worked at Hale County Airport as a serviceman from 1960 until his retirement in 1984. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Amarillo Daily News March 12, 2001 Charles LaBarr PAMPA - Charles "Chuck" LaBarr, 81, died Saturday, March 10, 2001. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Colonial Chapel at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors with the Rev. Jacob Clemmens, rector of St. Matthews Episcopal Church, officiating. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum with full military honors by Altus Air Force Base of Altus, Okla. Masonic graveside rites will be by Pampa Masonic Lodge No. 966 AF&AM. Mr. LaBarr was born Feb. 2, 1921, at Peoria, Ill., and graduated from Manuel High School in January 1939, at Peoria. He entered the Army in 1939 and later enlisted in the Army Air Corp. He served in the Pacific and Japan during World War II and served in the Korean War, retiring as lieutenant colonel in the Air Force. He attended Officers Candidate School and then was assigned to Air Research and Development at Command, Baltimore. He retired Jan. 30, 1960, as Director of Procurement at Holloman Air Force Base at Alamogordo, N.M. He then entered the Civil Service with the Department of Defense, where he held various positions in Procurement and Contracting, retiring in Dec. 1977. He married Faye Grisham on Dec. 14, 1974, at Los Angeles. He worked for the aerospace industry in Santa Monica, Calif., for five years, retiring in Feb. 1985. He moved to Pampa in 1988. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Pampa Masonic Lodge No. 966 AF&AM, Scottish Rite Consistory at El Paso, Khiva Shrine Temple at Amarillo, past president of Pampa Shrine Club and a member of Pampa Chapter No. 65 Order of Eastern Star. He became a member of Rotary International in the late 1970s and was past president of Westchester Rotary Club at Los Angeles. He was past president of Pampa Rotary Club and served as Rotary District 5730 Governor from 1994 until 1995. He was a Paul Harris Fellow and a major benefactor. He was a Methodist. Survivors include his wife; a son, Edward Grisham of Houston; a brother, Robert LaBarr of Peoria; and two granddaughters. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, TX 79065; Rotary Foundation, Rotary International, One Rotary Center, Evansville, IL 60201-3698; or Pampa Shrine Children's Travel Fund, P.O. Box 1205, Pampa, TX 79066. Survivors include two daughters, Janestyle Scott of Pampa and Rhondalyn Ellis of Denver; a son, Johnny Scott of Redding, Calif.; four brothers, Timmy Ellis and David Ellis, both of Houston, Kenny Ellis of Pampa and Ron Lee Ellis of Monroe, La.; four sisters, Patricia Ellis of Pampa and Loraine Ellis, Evette Ellis and Demetrius Ellis, all of Monroe; and four grandchildren.
