Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Comanche Trail Church of Christ with Loran Harper, minister, officiating. Additional services will be at 3 p.m. today in Greenlawn Church of Christ in Lubbock with Ken Jones, President of Lubbock Christian University, officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery at Lubbock by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Gray was born in Lubbock. She had lived in Amarillo for the past five years. She was a member of Comanche Trail Church of Christ in Amarillo. She married Michael Gray in August, 1994, at Lubbock. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Emily Alyse Gray of Amarillo; her parents, Stephen and Marilyn Fannin of Lubbock; a brother, Kyle Fannin of Lubbock; a sister, Sara Fannin of Lubbock; grandparents, Cam and Suzan Fannin of Lubbock and Bobby and Mary McAlister of Abernathy. The family will be at 6902 Malibu Way in Amarillo and suggests memorials be to Lubbock Christian University. Amarillo Daily News April 16, 2001 Alma Fisher Alma Fisher, 81, of Amarillo, died Friday, April 13, 2001, in Lubbock. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Christ the King Catholic Church at Lubbock. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Fisher was a longtime Catholic and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Amarillo. She was active in various senior citizens organizations. During World War II, she worked production for the Bethlehem Steel Plant. She married George Fisher on June 24, 1946, in Allentown, Pa., and later spent 26 years as an Air Force wife. Her husband preceded her in death in 1990. She was also preceded in death by two sons; Michael Alfred Fisher and George Andrew Fisher. Survivors include a daughter, Cecilia George of Lubbock; a brother, Edward Goldschmidt of Allentown; a sister, Wilma Pukhall of Allentown; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Habitat for Humanity; or Lubbock Meals on Wheels. Amarillo Daily News April 16, 2001 Sallie Mae Darling Sallie Mae Darling, 83, of Amarillo, died Thursday, April 12, 2001. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Fairview Cemetery at Memphis with the Rev. O.K. Bowen officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Darling was born in Shamrock. She married Floyd "Pete" Darling in 1937 at Shamrock. He preceded her in death in 1975. Survivors include two daughters, Darla Wilbur of Amarillo and Sally Ann Gaskamp of Waco; two sisters, Imogene Stephenson of Wellington, Colo., and Minta Reed of Golden; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Amarillo Daily News April 16, 2001 Ginger Webster Ginger Webster, 76, of Amarillo, died Sunday, April 15, 2001. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Robison Chapel at First Christian Church with Dr. Alan Lobaugh, pastor, officiating, Ron Lee II, grandson, assisting. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Webster was born in Hamilton, Miss. She retired from the Veterans Administration as a medical administrative assistant. She was a master sergeant in the Marines and served during World War II. She volunteered at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of First Christian Church, where she also volunteered. Survivors include a daughter, Diane Lee of Amarillo; two brothers, Jimmy Stephens of Bogalusa, La., and Harvey Stephens of Levelland; two sisters, Boots Wilson of Clarksville, Ark., and Jean Williams of West Monroe, La.; four grandchildren, Ron Lee II, Kaytlin Lee, Angela Duhan and Melissa Hamilton; and four great-grandchildren, Caroline Hamilton, Lincoln Hamilton, Emma Duhan and Max Duhan. Amarillo Daily News April 16, 2001 Charles Leo Wyble Charles Leo Wyble, 79, of Amarillo, died Saturday, April 14, 2001. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bell Avenue Church of Christ with Mr. Glen Walton officiating. Cremation will be by Memorial Park Crematory. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mr. Wyble was a longtime resident of Amarillo. He retired as a master sergeant from the Army in 1960. He enlisted in the Army Feb. 3, 1939, and served during World War II in the Asian Pacific Campaign and northern France. He received numerous citations and medals, including the Bronze Star. He also served during the Korean War. After his retirement, he worked as an auto body repairman for more than 20 years. He enjoyed his many hobbies: woodworking; fishing; bird watching; and playing his guitar and harmonica. He especially enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. He attended Bell Avenue Church of Christ. He married Bernice Hayes on Nov. 22, 1986, in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by a stepson. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry Wyble and Lonnie Wyble, both of Amarillo; a daughter, Lorrie Sagnimeni of Amarillo; a stepson, Eddie Crump of Leander; three stepdaughters, Carolyn Richards of Las Cruces, N.M., Cindy Kunselman of Austin and Cathy Avery of Hereford; 16 grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren. Mrs. Keesee grew up in the Mutual/Vici area.
