Burial will be in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Sustaita was born June 9, 1935, in San Marcos, to Pedro and Martina Galan. She came to Deaf Smith County in 1953, from Lamesa. Survivors include her husband, Juan Sustaita; five sons, Ray Sustaita and Valentine Sustaita, both of Hereford, David Sustaita and Richardo Sustaita, both of Amarillo, and Antonio Sustaita of Fresno, Calif.; five daughters, Fidela Ramirez of Fresno, Susie Sierra, Rosario Ramirez and Consuelo Montes, all of Amarillo, and Teresa Garcia of Hereford; four brothers; a sister; 25 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. Mr. Ferrel had owned and operated Memphis Tire and Supply and Memphis Grocery. He had served as the tax assessor-collector. He had been a member of the Lions Club. Mr. Ferrel was a deacon in the First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a grandson, John Michael Ferrel. Survivors include his wife, Minnie Ferrel; two daughters, Bobbie Jester and Carolyn Kay Hightower, both of Amarillo; a son, John M. Ferrel of Memphis; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Our shepherd has called Wilda Faye Gray to dwell in the house of the Lord forever after a long full life. She married John Dale Gray in 1942. He died in 1981. Wilda Faye Gray taught first grade for more than 40 years for the Borger Public School System. She also taught special education. A caring and compassionate woman who touched the lives of so many will never be forgotten. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Dale Gray; a loving brother, Marvin Howard Gibbs; and a loving sister, June Carolyn Gibbs. A loving mother to Patricia Gray Gonzalez, Harold Lee Gray and Wilda Darlene Gordon, she will always be cherished by her grandchildren, Leslie Pierce, Dayna Poppen, Mark Whitehead, Tara Gray, David Gray, Brant Crow and Alana Sholer. She will be missed by her great-grandchildren, Lara Sizemore and Brett Poppen; and a loving sister, Iva Ruth "Skeet" Parker.
