Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 Bell St., with Charles Waugh, minister of Westview Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Mr. McDaniel was born Nov. 28, 1951, in Silverton to Robert and Hazel McDaniel. He was project manager and project engineer for Mechanical-Interiors, Inc., Austin Division. He spent most of his career flying the United States, consulting as electrical and mechanical engineer. His hobbies included flying fixed wing single-engine airplanes and horseback riding. Survivors include his parents of Amarillo; his wife, Sherry; a daughter, Kiesha Hangee with grandchildren, Jesse and Marrissa of Palmdale, Calif.; sons, Kevin Waddell with grandchildren, Sarah, Micah and Alex, all of Austin; Scott Brewer with granddaughter, Baylee Jordie of Ceder Creek; brothers, Mitchell McDaniel of The Colony and Donald McDaniel of San Jose, Calif.; sisters, Sandy Bonvillian of San Jose, Jan Agee and Robbi Rivers, both of Amarillo; several nieces and nephews. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 Emmett Wisdom Emmett Wisdom, 74, of Amarillo, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2001. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Paramount Terrace Christian Church with Jim Blackmon, Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Wisdom was born in Dodson. He served in the Army during World War II. He married Helen Judd in Wellington on Aug. 12, 1944. He moved to Amarillo in 1951. He worked for Golden Spread Redi-Mix for 37 years, retiring in 1992. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and going to garage sales. He was a member of Olsen Park Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Helen; five daughters, Elaine Loukas, DeAnna Griffin, Brenda Melvyn and Tina Stephens, all of Amarillo, and Carol Miller of Pryor, Okla.; a son, Danny Wisdom of Grand Prairie; four sisters, Ruth Johnson, Wilda Johnson and Othella Hutchins, all of Wellington, and Corine Homer of Kirtland, N.M.; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will be at 3603 Van Tassel. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 Susie P. Hilburn Susie P. Hilburn, 76, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2001. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel with Brock Lovett of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Hilburn spent her life helping other people, especially those less fortunate than herself. She also worked as a volunteer caregiver in El Paso, helping with the military. She was a caregiver for a number of years, working most recently with Nursing Care Unlimited of Amarillo and with Unlimited Care of Amarillo. Survivors include two sons, Benny Hilburn of Denver City and Louis Hilburn of Caldwell; four daughters, Olivia Competio of Brownfield, Estella Almeida of Amarillo, Maria Ellen Hilburn of Hobbs, N.M., and Rosie Lee Zuniga of Amarillo; one brother, Lupe Guadalupe Pena of Poteet; 27 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 Camille Arden Camille Arden, 91, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2001. Private family services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Memorial Park East Mausoleum with the Rev. John F. McClean officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. She moved to Amarillo in 1929 from Seymour. She lived on the family property on the Canyon Expressway and Western Street for many years. She worked for Clowe Cowan Inc. from 1936 until her retirement in 1975. She grew up attending San Jacinto Methodist Church and was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church for most of her adult life. She was very involved in the Genealogy Society through the Amarillo Public Library. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Dudley Arden, J.C. Arden and Ancel Arden; and one sister, Lois Allred. Survivors include a brother, Wilson Arden of Amarillo; a sister, Alice Ruth Purcell of Amarillo; and 13 nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to Windflower Alzheimer's Facility at Craig Methodist Retirement Community. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 Louise Neill Louise Neill, 76, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2001. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in West Amarillo Christian Church with John Phillips, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Mrs. Neill was born on Nov. 29, 1924, in Meadville, Pa., to Burton Rush and Sylvia Smith Aldrich. She moved to Amarillo in 1950 and worked with her husband, Charles Ross, to help found Ross Plumbing. She was owner-operator of Style Manor Beauty Salon for more than 30 years. She had been a real estate sales representative for Lorrayne Vogel Realtors and at the time of her death was still active in property management. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert D. Neill and Charles Ross; her parents; and a sister, Vi Young. Survivors include a son, Larry Ross of Amarillo; a brother, Harold N. Aldrich of Anchorage, Alaska; a niece, Dutch Hartfelder; three grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Schrader of Amarillo, Robin R. Ross of Seattle and David Farmer of California; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Enriquez, 81, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in La Iglesia de San Jose at Hereford. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery at Hereford by Gililland-Watson Funeral Home. Mr. Enriquez was born in Asherton on July 13, 1920. He served in the Army during World War II. Enriquez and Anacleto Enriquez Jr., all of Hereford, Raul Enriquez of Uvalde and Jorge Luis Enriquez of Laredo; four daughters, Dora Enriquez and Margarita E. Arrangements are by Brownfield Funeral Home. Mrs. Loken was born July 2, 1911, in Knox County. She married Ralph Loken on Aug. 15, 1942. Survivors include two sisters, Pauline Roth of Amarillo and Doris Shields of Corpus Christi; two sisters-in-law, Helen Hurd of Houston and Bettye Hurd of Brownfield; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in United Methodist Church at Laverne. Burial will follow in Laverne Cemetery by Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Shattuck. Mr. Bell was born May 10, 1935, in Woodward to Joseph Bruner (Joe) Bell Jr. and Willa Claire (Billie) Jarmin Bell. He attended school in Laverne graduating in 1952. Survivors include his wife, Ann; three daughters, Conda Kay Bell of Boise City, Dana Jo McNutt of Garden City, Kan., and Sondra Rekay Cunningham of White Oak, Texas; a sister, Helen (DeeDee) Meier of Muskogee; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 Kevin Dean Perky KEYES, Okla. - Kevin Dean Perky, 38, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church of Keyes with Steve Perky and Billy Rammage officiating. Burial will be in Willowbar Cemetery at Keyes by Cimarron Mortuary. Mr. Perky was raised in Keyes and graduated from Keyes High School in 1981. He married Jeannie Overton on July 2, 1983, in Keyes. Survivors include his wife, Jeannie; a son, Mitchell of Keyes; two daughters, Marsha and Michelle, both of Keyes; his parents, Lester and Nancy Perky of Keyes; a brother, Steve Perky of Bermingham, Ala.; and a sister, Robin Kelley of Bermingham. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 18, 2001 New Mexico Dolores Louise Adams ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Dolores Louise Adams, 82, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001. Memorial services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, in French Mortuary, University Boulevard Chapel with Rick Donaho, pastor, officiating. Ms. Adams was born in Newkirk, Okla., where her early years were spent in Oklahoma and West Texas. She graduated from Borger High School in Borger, Texas, in 1936. She graduated in three years from West Texas State College in Canyon, Texas, with honors. While raising a family she began teaching school in Roswell. Later she moved to Albuquerque and had a career with APS for more than 17 years. She used all her free time to travel the world with her longtime companion, Art Bunderle of Roswell and friend, Anita Muscaella of Albuquerque. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Survivors include her daughters, Carolyn Kuhn and Kern Bryan of Albuquerque and Mary Sue Nichols and Tom Hronek of Breckenridge, Colo.; two sons, Stuart Adams and wife, Patti of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Brent Adams and wife, Cherri of Amarillo, Texas; a brother, Donald L. Little and wife, Joyce of El Paso, Texas; eight grandchildren, Sandra Kuhn, Rory Nichols, Jared Nichols, Satori Adams, Seanna Adams, Aaron Adams, Angela Escamilla and Danny Escamilla; a great-granddaughter, Tesslynn Escamilla; and several nieces and nephews.
