Burial will be in Lockney Cemetery by Moore-Rose-White Funeral home. Mr. Segovia married Maria DeLeon on July 15, 1961, at Lockney. He was a member of Sacred Heart Society, Cursillo Movement and San Jose Catholic Church. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton. Mrs. Sisson worked in hospitals and nursing homes in Memphis, Claude and Clarendon and received her vocational nurse license on Aug. 5, 1967. She worked at the Donley County Nursing Home as medication and charge nurse for 15 years before retiring. Survivors include her husband, Frank; a daughter, Julia Longan of Lubbock; two stepsons, Jonathan Paul Sisson and David Andrew Sisson, both of Borger; and six grandchildren. She had lived in Childress for 77 years. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Amarillo by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas. Mr. Perry was born Dec. 20, 1919, at Floydada, to John Thomas and Addie Perry. He married Verlene Kilpatrick on June 3, 1939, at Kress. She preceded him in death on Jan. 12, 1988. He married Opal Mae Johnson on June 12, 1990, at Dumas. He was a retired carpenter and superintendent of various construction projects nationwide including Holiday Inns. He was a member of Carpenters Local 665 in Amarillo. He lived in Amarillo 60 years before moving to Dumas in 1990. He was known for his keen sense of humor and willingness to help others. He enjoyed woodworking as well as various other hobbies. He attended First Presbyterian Church in Dumas. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, John Everett Perry, Charlie Madison Perry and Thurman Luther Perry; a daughter, Linda Kincade Brum; and two grandsons, Terry Don Kincade and Bobby Ray Kincade. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara M. Cox on Aug. 31, 1988. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. She married Earl E. Flannagan on Feb. 11, 1933, at Erick, Okla. She was preceded in death by her husband on March 26, 1973. Survivors include a daughter, Earline Whitecotton of Amarillo; two sons, Rickey Flannagan of Amarillo and Donald Ray Flannagan of Deer Park; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He married Charlotte Anderson at Flushing, N.Y., in 1949. He had worked as a sales representative for Rea Magnet Wire Company in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church and belonged to Open Door Sunday school class. He was active in Kiwanis and was past president of Golden K Kiwanis. He was a volunteer at the VA Hospital for many years.
