Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Jenkins moved to Pampa in 1990 from Fayetteville, N.C. She was a nurse's aide and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Jenkins Dout of Pampa and Angela Jenkins Sempsrott of Clearwater, Fla.; a son, Michael Bruce Jenkins of Pampa; a sister, Mary Marie Ennis of Pampa; a brother, Ralph C. Mrs. Guy helped organize Memphis class reunions every two years. She also served as a Memphis city council member for several years. Mrs. Cocanougher was a homemaker and a self-employed bookkeeper. Brown on May 5, 1943, in Stinnett. He served with the Army during World War II. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rusty Dickerson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Castro Memorial Gardens by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home. Mrs. Ramey was born and raised in Greenwich, Conn., where she graduated high school. She was an army bride and came to Texas to marry Robert "Bub" Ramey. She moved to Amarillo in 1952 and she worked as a grocery store checker for 25 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Amarillo. She moved back to Dimmitt in 1986. She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 14, 1984. Survivors include two sons, Edwin Ramey of Italy and Edgar Ramey of Dallas; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials be to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
