Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery. Mrs. Davis was born Feb. 23, 1907, in Myrtle Springs, Van Zandt County. She had been a Donley county resident most of her life. She married Vernon Davis in 1923. He preceded her in death on Sept. 2, 1972. She was a homemaker. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by two sons, Doyle Davis and Billy Bob Davis; and by two sisters and seven brothers. Survivors include two daughters, Loreva Ross of Amarillo and Juanelle Scott of Melrose, N.M.; two sons, Donald Davis of Amarillo and Johnny Davis of Clarendon; a brother, Ernest Taylor of Amarillo; 20 grandchildren; 41 greatgrandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was a pipeline operator the past 23 years. He attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, N.M. After 35 years, he retired from Santa Fe Railway. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 731, and past member of the Khiva Shrine. He was a member of UTU 1313 and the Amarillo Senior Citizens Association. Mr. Pray was an honorary member of the Quilter's Club. He was a member of St. Luke Presbyterian Church. Mr. Pray was involved in Meals on Wheels and the Northwest Texas Hospital Auxiliary. His hobbies were bridge and lapidary work. Mrs. Mason, born Oct. 8, 1923, in Amarillo to Dr. Lee and Margaret Cradit, was a graduate of Amarillo High School and the University of Texas. While residing in Amarillo, she worked for Phillips Petroleum Company and was assistant registrar at Amarillo College. Survivors include her husband, Thomas P. Mason; a son, Thomas P. Mrs. Reed was born Nov. 17, 1926, in Shidler, Okla., to Rex and Mildred Morgan. She married E.D. Reed Jr. in July 1946. She started the original Charcoal House in 1960, operating it for 20 years. Mrs. Reed was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Business Women's Association. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Survivors include her children, Morgan B. Reed and wife Brenda of Fort Sill, Okla., Toni Lynn Kemp and husband Glen of Christoval and Edith Allene Peters and husband Wayne of San Angelo; a brother, Rex Morgan II of Amarillo; a sister, Helen Owens of Stephenville; seven grandchildren, Dale Kemp, Cara Stewart, Casey Reed, Amy Tucker, Andy Turn, Samantha Turn and Wesley Turn; and five great-grandchildren.
