Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Morrison Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with Glenn Walton, minister of Bell Avenue Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Mitchell had been a Dumas resident since 1990. She was a manager of Sunray Country Store. She was a member of North Amarillo Church of Christ in Amarillo. She was born May 28, 1963, in Amarillo. She married Marte Mitchell on July 6, 1984, in Pampa. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Brittany Nichole Mitchell of Wichita Falls and Kimberly Michelle Mitchell of Dumas; a son, Marte Scott Mitchell of Iowa Park; her mother, Judy Keys of Dumas; her father, Jimmey Keys of Amarillo; a sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Robert James Montoya of Clayton, N.M.; mother-in-law, Ruth Swearingim of Skellytown; father and mother-in-law, Danny and Barbara Daniels of Dumas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Dr. Randy White, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Bray had been a resident of Pampa from 1937 to 1948 and from 1964 to 1977. She moved to Rockport in 1977 and to Loveland in 1999. Survivors include her husband, Richard I. Bray; a son, David A. She married Floyd Ray Wright on June 14, 1947. Amarillo Globe-News, June 30, 2001 Ethel Dingler CLARENDON - Ethel Mann Dingler, 95, died Friday, June 29, 2001. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Truman Ledbetter officiating. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery by Robertson Funeral Directors. Mrs. Dingler was born Feb. 13, 1906, in Hale Center and came to Donley County at an early age. She attended Donley County Schools. She married Gilbert Mann Sr., who died in 1955. She later married Richard Dingler, who died in 1986. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clarendon. Survivors include two sons; Gilbert Mann Jr. of Amarillo, Jiggs Mann of Clarendon; six stepdaughters, Ruby Jewell Hardin of Clarendon, Frances Grimland and Catherine Cosper, both of Amarillo, Joyce Watkins of Midland, Jo Ellen Cowan of Tulia and Glenna Cash of Topeka, Kan.; 26 grandchildren and stepgrandchildren; many great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be to Medical Center Nursing Home; or to Citizens Cemetery. Burial will be at Gruver Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton. Mr. Ralston was a lifetime rancher and farmer in the Gruver area. He was a veteran of World War II as a marine. He was married to Margret Reed on December 4, 1948, in Spearman. He was a member of the Antique Car Club of America and the Horseless Carriage Club. He was a member of the First Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Alfred Dennis Ralston, in 1998. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Mike Ralston of Spearman and Dan Ralston of Dallas; a brother, Ray Ralston of Gruver; a sister, Jean Cox of Fort Worth; a grandson, Rex Ralston of Gruver; and a granddaughter, Tisha Ralston of Mustang, Okla. Amarillo Globe-News, June 30, 2001 Oklahoma Richard Steven Lusk TEXHOMA, Okla. - Richard Steven "Dick" Lusk, 59, died Wednesday, June 27, 2001. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in St. Paul Lutheran Church with Paul Jackson, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Stull, Kan., Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dawson-Welch Funeral Home of Texhoma. Mr. Lusk, the son of Hubert and Caroline (Bowen) Lusk, was born Jan. 21, 1942, in Lawrence, Kan., where he grew up. He graduated from school in Berryton, Kan. Dick was married Nov. 16, 1962, to Patricia Ann Pendergrass. To this union were born four children, Steven, Tracy, Tina and Lori. They moved to Texhoma in 1972. Patricia died in 1996. Dick was employed as a heavy-equipment operator for Texas County Precinct No. 3, and had also worked in farming and electrical work. On June 21, 1997, he and Sue Grabeal Smalts were united in marriage at Lookeba. They established their home in Texhoma. They were members of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Mr. Lusk was preceded in death by his parents, Caroline and Hubert Lusk; his wife, Patricia Ann Lusk; a daughter, Lori; a brother, Elmer Martin; and a sister, Janice Baker. Survivors include his wife, Sue; two daughters, Tracy D'Ann Perkins and Tina Meyer, both of Texhoma; a son, Steven Lusk of Pampa; a stepdaughter, Shawna Schramm of Texhoma; two stepsons, Kam Smalts of Hammon and Lane Smalts of Eufaula; a sister, Caroline Lauhoff of Amarillo; nine grandchildren, Corbin Nowka, Blake Perkins, Cameron Perkins, Kayli Perkins, Chance Meyer, Matthew Meyer, Maegan Lusk, Chelsea Lusk and Larry Lusk; eight stepgrandchildren, Sheridan Schramm, Shevin Schramm, Kameran Schramm, Stevi Smalts, Courtney Smalts, Austin Smalts, Kamber Smalts and Kassadi Smalts. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Elkhart Cemetery with Dale Coen, elder, officiating. Arrangements are by Harrell Funeral Home. Mr. Wares was born Sept. 11, 1929, in Elkhart, to Alva Leon and Bonnie Jean Story Wares. He was a pump operator at Oxy for 26 years. Survivors include two sons, Robert Wares of Sacramento, Calif., and Jamie Wares of Elkhart; three daughters, Vickie Myers and Debbie Coen, both of Elkhart, and Jennifer Hanson of Amarillo; a brother, Lester Wares of Sutton, Alaska; a sister, Claudine Fee of Pleasantville, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
