Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with Joe G. Jernigan, pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Church, and the Rev. Jack Lee, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery by Wright Funeral Directors. Mrs. Reeves was born July 7, 1915, in Little Rock, Ark. She married Amos Reeves on March 25, 1933, in Shamrock. They lived in the Twitty community 45 years, then moved to Shamrock, where they have made their home since that time. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Michael Reeves and wife, Judy, of Amarillo and Tony Reeves and wife, Debbie, of Shamrock; two daughters, Jackie Bass and husband, P.R., of Shamrock and Mickey Miller and husband, Wilburn, of Oildale, Calif.; a sister, Dora Hayes of Bishop, Calif.; a brother, Wendell Bell of California; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Nuckels officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home. Mrs. Sims was born Dec. 11, 1917, in Paris, Texas. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Childress. Survivors include two daughters, Sue Hale of Las Vegas and Jannas Watson of Childress; three sisters, Doris Alexander of Fort Worth, Christine Nesbitt of Paris and Tommie Wansley of Memphis; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Little was born Feb. 23, 1928, in Wellington. He married June Savage on Nov. 17, 1956, in Wellington. He was a veteran of the Army. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1969, moving from Amarillo. He sold cookware for Mid-Continent Permanent for 29 years. He considered the MCP group his additional family. He was a member of Westside Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles G. Little Jr., in 1967. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Fessler was born April 24, 1923, in Gage, Okla. He worked for Santa Fe Railway as a brakeman for 46 years until retirement. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie; two daughters, Fern Roberts of Anchorage, Alaska, and Glenda Usleton of Amarillo; two sons, Robert Fessler of Gage and Jerry Dean Fessler of Amarillo; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street, with the Rev. Raymond Bowlin, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Brannan moved to Amarillo in 1942 from Abilene. She married Ray I. Brannan on May 1, 1926, in Paducah. She and her husband were the former owners of Circle B Grocery Store on Amarillo Boulevard in the early 1960s. They were house parents at Presbyterian Children's Home. She was a former member of San Jacinto Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1968; and a son, Milton Brannan in 1949. Survivors include a son, Coy Brannan of Amarillo; three daughters, Jean Banes of Seal Beach, Calif., Geraldine Barrington of Amarillo and Donna Bas of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Atha Prater of Paducah; a brother, Kenneth Moss of Lubbock; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Llano Cemetery with Rabbi John Feldman of Temple B'nai Israel officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Cizon was born Nov. 23, 1910, in Kansas City, Mo., to Joseph and Fannie Ruback. She graduated from Central High School there in 1928. While still in high school she was office manager for Byer Trucking Co. The former Bessie Claire Ruback married Leon F. Cizon on Aug. 29, 1937, at Kansas City. They came to Texas in 1943 and Amarillo in 1947. In Amarillo, she was a homemaker and was an active volunteer in many civic and charitable organizations. She was involved in, or a member of Amarillo Museum of Art, Amarillo Little Theatre, American Red Cross board member and Gray Ladies, Art Alliance, Art Force, Amarillo Symphony and Symphony Guild, a life member of City of Hope, DeMolay Mothers, Friends of Fine Arts at West Texas A&M University, Hadassah, Heroine Chapter Order of the Eastern Star 1928, Don and Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, Lone Star Ballet Guild, Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Temple B'nai Israel Synagogue, Temple B'nai Israel Sisterhood and Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation. She was a volunteer for Amarillo Veterans Hospital for 44 years, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award for 35,000 hours of voluntary service and was unofficial, unelected mayor of Ware Memorial Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband in April 2000; and five siblings. Survivors include a son, Gordon Cizon of Dallas; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Ruback of San Antonio and Bess Brenner of Pacific Palisades, Calif.; a number of nieces and nephews; a number of grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins; and good friend and constant companion for more than 50 years, Myrtle Manning. She will be remembered for her creation known as "Rock Babies" that she began in the late 1960s and shared that hobby with others who enjoyed crafts and craft shows. She was surrounded by her family and friends throughout her battle with cancer and was lovingly assisted by the compassionate and caring staff at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.
