Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Drew Travis officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home. Mrs. Lewellen was born Aug. 27, 1924, in Fletcher, Okla. She moved with her family to Hale County in 1925. She attended Plainview schools, graduating from Plainview High School in 1942. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Plainview Country Club and Plainview Junior Service League, later becoming a sustaining member. When her children were young, she was active in PTA, PHS Band Boosters and PHS A Cappella Choir Parents and belonged to several bridge clubs. She is preceded in death by a brother; six sisters; and a grandson, Kevin Lewellen, who died in 1973. Amarillo Globe-News, April 4, 2002 Bill Brummett Bill Brummett, 70, died Tuesday, April 2, 2002. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Dumas Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Rodney Riggan, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mr. Brummett was born May 21, 1931, in Shattuck, Okla. He married Dixie Manske on June 5, 1955, in Shattuck. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene and American Legion Post 9022 in Dumas. He was a graduate of Shattuck High School in 1950. He was owner and operator of K-Bob's Steak House in Dumas. He was instrumental in establishing K-Bob's Steak House in Wichita Falls and Dalhart. He had been a Dumas resident since 1974, moving from Amarillo. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Cluck, the son of Edna Eubanks and Durward Cluck, was born Sept. 21, 1929, in Sherman County. He was united in marriage to Olene Cline on Dec. 31, 1949, and they have been married 52 years. The Clucks farmed and ranched in Hansford and Sherman Counties. He was a member of the Gruver Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Nell Thoreson; and brother, Dean Cluck. Georgia St. Mrs. Brady was born in Amarillo on July 21, 1924. She married Earl Brady in New Orleans on Nov. 24, 1943. She worked as a secretary for the railroad for many years. She worked for the Randall County Tax Office. She was a member of San Jacinto United Methodist Church, TOPS Club member, Good Sam R.V. Club and Alamo Ladies Club. She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 28, 1998. She was preceded in death by her first husband in July 1968; her second husband in January 2000; and a son, Allen Ray Gardner. Mr. Cox worked for Trans World Airlines as reservations manager, and he retired from the airline. After retirement he returned to Amarillo and managed the House of Mirrors at 34th and Georgia. He was a resident of Amarillo for more than 40 years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife; daughter, Marilyn Eastwood of Westcliffe, Colo.; two sons, Fred Cox Jr. of Arlington and Larry Cox of Amarillo; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
