Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Kevin Akins of Elk City, Okla., the Rev. Damon Akins of Sayre, Okla., Darla Griebel of Amarillo and the Rev. Rick Mitchell of Wichita Falls, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery by Wallace Funeral Home. Mr. Gray grew up in Crowell and moved to Tulia in 1954. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church and Tulia Senior Citizens. Survivors include his wife, Myrtle; three daughters, LaVada Waters of Shallowater, and Gaye Nell Bonds and Thena Wesley, both of Amarillo; a sister, Ruby Martin of Seymour; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors. Mrs. Walls was born Eula Mae Newberry on June 25, 1910, in Honey Grove. She was born again in Christ in her early childhood and was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Duncan, Okla. She moved with her parents to the Memphis area in 1924. She married Acie Elbert Walls on Jan. 8, 1926. Pallbearers include Jimmy Bessire, Douglas Bessire, Jeff Walls, Wayne Thomas, David Dunbar, Mike Manning and Judd Pearce. Honorary pallbearers include Wayland Thomas, Dallie Thomas and Joel Boyer.
