She married Claud A. Wilson on Dec. 6, 1933, in Hollis, Okla. Survivors include two daughters, Sandy Fuston of Turkey and June Conway of Muleshoe; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Truelock was born March 20, 1923, in Swearingen. She had been a Dumas resident since 1952. She was a homemaker and constant co-worker with her husband in ranching. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church. She married Grady Truelock on July 10, 1943, in Paducah. Survivors include her husband; a son, Danny Truelock and wife, Nancy, of El Reno, Okla.; a daughter, Keva Weightman and husband, Richard, of Dumas; five grandchildren, Rusty Truelock, Tonya Chesser, Tasha Truelock, Shelia Weightman and Tammy Anderson; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Tucker was a mechanic for B&C Equipment and was employed by B&B Sales Co. for many years. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a retired letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service after 28 years of service. He married Alene Smith in Wichita Falls on June 23, 1945. He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers. He was also a veteran of World War II having served in the Navy in the South Pacific on the USS Biloxi. She had been an insurance secretary until she retired. She was a member of First Christian Church where she had taught Sunday school and played the piano. Her father, Herbert Davis, was one of the founding members of First Christian Church of Amarillo. She married Glen S. Gruver on June 10, 1944, in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her husband in June of 1990. Survivors include three sons, Davis Gruver and wife, Becky, of Littlefield, Kurt Gruver and wife, Laquita, of Amarillo and Mark Gruver and wife, Emmie, of Sioux City, Iowa; a daughter, Shelly Gruver of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Amy, Jason, Mindy, Molly, Austin, Mandy and Christy; and six great-grandchildren, Kayli, Zane, Kannon, Megan, Mackenzie and Caleb. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Llano East Cemetery with Dr. J. Pat Kennedy, pastor of St. Luke Presbyterian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Selman was born Sept. 9, 1920, in Greenville, the first of four children to John O. and Emma Jane Townsend. As a child, her family moved to Borger where she graduated from high school in 1939. As a young woman, she worked various jobs in Borger and then during World War II, moved to Dallas to work as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell. She married J.D. Selman on Nov. 4, 1945, in Borger. They raised two daughters, Gay Lynn and Kara Lee, in Phillips. She was a homemaker and exceptional seamstress and was actively involved in the PTA and the local Democratic Party. She and J.D. moved to Amarillo in 1980 after his retirement from Phillips Petroleum. In March 2002 she moved to Round Rock. She was affectionately known as Gran-Gran, had a great sense of humor and had a reputation for making people laugh. She never met a stranger and people always said she was a "hoot." One of her favorite things in life was game shows. Once she discovered the Game Show Network, she was in heaven. She enjoyed playing 42 and other games. She also loved shopping and buying shoes. She always was delighted to find a good bargain. However, she was very generous with people she cared about. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a sister. Survivors include two daughters, Gay Lynn Auld and husband, Michael, of Round Rock and Kara Lee Ford and husband, John, of Little Rock, Ark.; a sister, Thelma Sherley of Belton; a brother, Raymond and wife, Nelda, of Harker Heights; a sister-in-law, Leona McElwany of Amarillo; a brother-in-law, Robert Selman of San Antonio; and four grandchildren, Amy Woodul and husband, Douglas, of Round Rock, Mary Beth Taylor and husband, Charles, of Austin, and Emily Ford and Clayton Ford, both of Little Rock. Mr. Tooley was born in Moses, N.M., on Sept. 22, 1928, the oldest son of Ora and Nell Marie Nall Tooley Messersmith. At the age of 17, he enlisted in the Army. Survivors include his wife, Maria; a daughter, Nell Maria Lasley of Austin; a sister, Patti Jo (Patricia) Shugart of Mentmore, N.M.; three brothers, Wayne Tooley and Jere Messersmith, both of Boise City, and Russell Tooley of Madill, Okla.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Goforth married Ruby on June 23, 1967, in Lubbock. He was a salesman and truck driver for Golden West for 35 years.
