Mr. Audrain was a retired building contractor. He was a member of a non-denominational Christian body. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Restlawn Cemetery in Dallas with the Rev. Terry Cosby officiating. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mr. Rape was born Dec. 26, 1922, in Upshur County, the son of Lonnie and Lillie Rape. He married Frances Smith on June 4, 1941, in Shreveport, La., and they lived in Hereford since 1967. He retired as the manager of Texas Employment Commission, where he worked for 25 years. He was a veteran, having served in the Army as a sergeant during World War II. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, having been a member of Ogilvie Council No. 69 and Ogilvie Chapter No. 115, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 70, the Rob Morris Council No. 31 and a life sponsor of Knights Templar of Texas Commandery No. 60. He was a member of Khiva Temple in Amarillo, a member of Ancient Order of Camel Herders, a past patron of Order of the Eastern Star in Mount Pleasant, a past member of Hereford Lions Club and the Merry Mixers Square Dancing Club, a member of Hereford Senior Citizens and a member of First Baptist Church in Hereford. He was preceded in death by four brothers. Survivors include his wife; and a daughter, Peggy Sue Bonnie of Garland. Burial will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Park by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mr. Lassiter was born Feb. 10, 1935, in Aspermont, the son of Jack and Mary Lassiter. He married Oma Lee Ranspot on April 30, 1960, in Hereford. He was a retired market manager butcher in which he worked for more than 30 years. He was a veteran, having served in the Army during the Korean conflict. He was a member of Deaf Smith County Sheriff's Reserves, the American Rifle Association and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hereford. Survivors include his wife; a son, Coby Lassiter and wife, Tama, of Hereford; a daughter, Suzy Paetzold and husband, Mark, of Hereford; a sister, Nancy Winters of Fritch; and six grandchildren. He was a farmer and a member of First Baptist Church of Hereford. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Amarillo, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mr. Cole was born April 25, 1925, in Southard, Okla., to Ulysses S. Cole and Virgie May Walters Cole. He was a longtime Sanford resident. He was active in various activities in the Panhandle including golfing, music, bowling and he was a referee for football, basketball and baseball. He was a master carpenter and always willing to help. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy in the Philippines and activated with the Oklahoma National Guard to serve in the Army from September 1950 through May 1952, being awarded the Bronze Star during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by a son, Jack Cole on Aug. 16, 1985. Survivors include his wife, Kay Benn; two sons, Charles "Chuck" Cole of Kingfisher, Okla., and Frank Chad Cole of Amarillo; three daughters, Toni Sue Mills of Stinnett, Jennifer Grimes of Oklahoma City and Teresa McConnell of Edmond, Okla.; two stepdaughters, Karen Benn and Nancy Lindbeck, both of Cook, Minn.; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many friends. Marty Loberg of Westminster Presbyterian Church officiating. Mr. Freiss retired after 22 years of service in the Air Force. He met and married his wife, Sybil, while stationed in Bermuda. He was a charter member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Sierra Vista, Ariz., and attended Westminster Presbyterian after moving to Amarillo. He was preceded in death by his wife. Georgia St. Mrs. Austin was born in Tulia. She was the originator of the Blue Front Cafe on Sixth Avenue and Adams Street, and most recently owned Polly's Restaurant on Interstate 40 and Bolton Street. She was a former member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She loved to travel and cherished the time with her friends at bingo. She passed away on Monday surrounded by her family. This day our Lord received our most precious mother and we will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Austin; and her grandson, Toby Killough. Survivors include five daughters, Blenda Killough and husband, Dale, Janet Goff and husband, Chuck, and Rita Houchin and husband, Steve, all of Amarillo, Teresa Wagner and husband, Jeff, of Springfield, Mo., and Robin Henslee of Plano; a son, Mike Hall of Atlanta; a sister, Elsie Housseau of Tulia; a brother, George Knight of Pampa; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
