Mrs. Moore was born Dec. 30, 1915, in Wheeler. She married Raymond Moore on Dec. 30, 1936, in Wheeler and they moved to Kelton in January 1937. She was a homemaker and lived in Wheeler County all of her life. She attended school at Corn Valley and Wheeler. Survivors include her husband; a son, Garland Moore and wife, Rachel, of Kelton; a daughter, Karen Meek and husband, Grant, of Wheeler; two sisters, Betty Inez Foltz of Munster, Ind., and Thelma Hammond of El Paso; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife on Dec. 26, 1999. He served four years in seven different European countries while in the Army during World War II. He was in the 2nd Armored Division, "Hell on Wheels." He was a member of American Legion and attended Anna Street Church. He moved to Rock Island after the war and married Katherine Maxine Myers on Oct. 25, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Olive McFall; and all eight brothers and sisters. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Anita L. Ricklefs of Manhattan, Kan., and Pamela E. She received her master's degree from West Texas State University. Mrs. Holland was a third grade teacher at Margaret Wills Elementary School. She had received numerous teaching awards. She was a member and past president of Delta Kappa Gamma and a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church. She married Stanley J. Nunn on Dec. 7, 1940, in Clovis, N.M. She later married Manning Holland on Dec. 25, 1969, in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her first husband on Aug. 8, 1959; her second husband; two sisters, Clair Goodner and Nellie Bybee; and her twin brother, Paul Fox. Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte Nunn of Bellevue, Wash., and Nancy Nunn of Atlanta; a son, Gene Nunn of Amarillo; three stepdaughters, Millie Martinez of Deming, N.M., Eris Lupica of Virginia Beach, Va., and Lacona Darrah of Middletown, Ohio; a stepson, Buddy Holland of Dallas; a sister, Iva Henderson of Enid, Okla.; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
