Osage St. Mass will be at 10 a.m. today in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Monsignor Rex Nicholl officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Rosas was born in Amarillo. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked for the Postal Service, Santa Fe Railway and retired in 1992 from Veteran Affairs Medical Center, where he had worked many years and in several capacities. Mr. Rosas volunteered with Amarillo hospice programs, served as a Big Brother, was president of Gold Sox Booster Club and was chairman of Boy Scouts. He was a charter member of Los Barrios de Amarillo and served on the boards of the Alamo Neighborhood Center and Wesley Community Center, Amarillo's Housing Board and the board of directors for bilingual education at West Texas A&M University. He was a member of American Legion Post 54 until the Samson and Espinosa posts were organized. Survivors include four daughters, Theresa Condrey of Huntsville, Ala., Lisa Trevino and Mela Lucero, both of Amarillo, and Patti Tinajero of Arlington; two sons, Steven Rosas and Ignacio Rosas, both of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery in Gainsville with Alden Mort of Gainsville officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Williams was born in Gore, Okla. She married Ray Miller and moved to Borger in 1936. She married Elbert Williams of Irving in 1976. She moved to Amarillo in September 2001. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Janice Miller Hamm of Amarillo; a son, Billy Miller and wife, Laurie, of Houston; five granddaughters, Laura Whiting and husband, Simon, of Dallas, Melissa Hamm of Amarillo, Maria Smith and husband, Paul, of Tokyo, Teresa Spaniel of Louisville, Ky., and Renee Miller of Houston; and two great-grandsons. Rist, 83, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2002. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Terry Stegall, youth pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Rist was born Sept. 24, 1919, in Irene, S.D. She was a receptionist for her husband's practice, Rist Chiropractic Clinic. Survivors include her husband, Dr. H.G.; a son, Galen Rist of Borger; three daughters, Barbara Rist of Amarillo, Marcia Casey of Houston and Pam Alexander of Borger; a brother, Charles Mikkelson of Oklahoma City; a sister, Gloria Chester of Sun City, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. McLean had been a resident of Pampa for more than 50 years. She was a Methodist and a homemaker. Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Ruth Simpson of Rocklin, Calif., Evelyn Simpson of Hayward, Calif., and Margaret Simpson of Midwest City, Okla.; and several grandchildren.
