Mrs. Berry was born Dec. 16, 1923, in Memphis. She married Joe Neal Berry on Dec. 30, 1945, in Amarillo. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Jina Streetman of Austin, Landa Murray of Kress and Joan Cosgrove of Amarillo; two sisters, Elizabeth Hodgson of Norman, Okla., and Eunice Floyd of Memphis; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Mrs. Searl had been a resident of Pampa most of her life. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Willo Dean Williams and Darlene Gillpatrick, both of Pampa, and Tabatha Parker of San Diego; two sisters, Imogene Adams and Drucilla Totty, both of Pampa; two grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Adams Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Wayne Moore, pastor of Tell Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Bounds was born Dec. 13, 1915, in Collingsworth County to William R. Bounds and Celia A. Boyett Bounds, a pioneer family of Wellington. He married Nellie Trimble on Dec. 14, 1935, in Wellington. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene where he was custodian for 36 years. He was a farmer and rancher and loved the outdoors. He was a good man and a loving husband. The highlight of his life were his grandchildren. He moved to Amarillo in July to be near family. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Sherry McNabb of Amarillo; a son, Donivan Bounds of Idalou; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Porter was born June 5, 1906, in Gentry, Mo., to Walter G. and Hettie Walker Wharton. Villa's family moved from Gentry in 1908 and settled near the little town of Ware on a farm and then moved to the Bunker Hill Community northwest of Dalhart. Villa was a longtime resident of Dalhart. She was a faithful member of the local Seventh-Day Adventist Church of which she served as treasurer for many years. She was a member of Chamberlain Home Demonstration Club and also an active member of the quilting department of the Dalhart Senior Citizens Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Roy Wharton and Rue Wharton; two sisters, Secile Gill and Margaret Wagoner; her husband, Lee M. Porter; and two sons, Alton Porter and Wendell Porter. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Juanita Porter; a sister-in-law, Grace Wharton; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was an avid golfer and member of the golf advisory board for the city of Pampa, and was a member of Hidden Hills Golf Club.
