Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Amarillo, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Schwab was born in Holly, Colo., on March 2, 1924. She attended school in Perryton and married Ray Schwab on June 29, 1941. Mona taught Sunday school at First Christian Church in Levelland for 12 years. She and Ray had lived in Darrouzett since 1967. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved the country, her horses and being with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dot Pearson; her father, Pinkney Pearson; and a sister, Orpha Tweedy. Burial will be at 3 p.m.(MST) Saturday in Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, N.M., by Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart and Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, N.M. Mr. Hass was born July 15, 1907, in San Jose, Santa Clara County, Calif., the oldest of eight children born to Fred William Hass and Emma Watson Hass. Marvin married Lucille Hutchins in Clovis on Dec. 26, 1935. A 1927 graduate of Clovis High School, Marvin operated the Master Service Station in Clovis for a number of years, and from 1949 until he retired on April 1, 1977, he was city manager for the City of Clovis. He was a life member of International City Management Association. Marvin had been a resident of Coon Memorial Nursing Home in Dalhart since January 1998. He was preceded in death by his wife on Jan. 16, 1991; a son, Robert Hass on May 18, 1998; three brothers, Kenneth, Clifford and Glenn; and two sisters, Marie Cooper and Elva Beevers. He married Jean Sellers in Amarillo on July 1, 1978. Mr. Neely was an Army veteran during World War II. He received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was a member of Irwin Road Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Darrell Neely of Amarillo and Frank Neely of Long Beach, Calif.; a stepson, Arthur Stapleton of Florida; three foster children; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Middaugh was born in Mount Vernon, Ill. She was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy in Amarillo. She married Cecil Middaugh in Amarillo in 1945. She was a charter member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Mrs. Middaugh was the past regent of Catholic Daughters, past chairman of St. Rita's Circle, a member of St. Joseph's Rosary Group and a member as well as past treasurer for General Altar Society. She was past president and Woman of the Year for American Business Women's Association, Tascosa Chapter and past president of Doll Friends of Amarillo. She worked for Everett's Plumbing for 26 years until her retirement in 1986. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989. Survivors include three daughters, Cheryl Middaugh Davis, Rhonda Heath and husband, Michael, and Celia "Cee" Otts and husband, Waymon, all of Amarillo; a sister, Adele Krisle of Corpus Christi; four grandchildren, Kristofer Keith "K.K." Mr. Blankenburg was born July 11, 1919, in Panhandle, to Lelia and Paul Blankenburg. He attended school in Panhandle. He worked in the CCC Camp at Palo Duro Canyon in the 1930s. He served in the Army from September 1940 until November 1943. He later volunteered at the Veterans Hospital for three years. He married Lettie Schubert on Aug. 24, 1944.
