Randall-Mayo, 90, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2003. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery of Pampa, Texas, with Glen Walton officiating. Arrangements are by Terpening & Son Mortuary. Mrs. Randall-Mayo was born May 2, 1912, in Lone Wolf, Okla., to Lennie Perry and Ica Jones Perry. She married Fred Randall on Jan. 12, 1928. She was a cashier for Frank's Grocery for many years. She moved to Artesia from Pampa in 2000, where she had been a lifelong resident. She married Howard Mayo on July 29, 1969, in Pampa. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her first husband on Feb. 8, 1966; her second husband on May 20, 1982; her parents; and two sons, Ray Randall and Fred Randall Jr. Survivors include a son, Alvin Randall and wife, Frankie, of Artesia; a daughter-in-law, Peggy Randall of Amarillo, Texas; a brother, Bill Perry of Hobart, Okla.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Bell St. Mrs. Bartlett was the youngest of 10 children. She married John R. Bartlett on Aug. 27, 1937, in Fort Cobb, Okla. He graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree from "Ole Miss" University. He married Bee Campbell in Dallas on Nov. 7, 1948. He had been a longtime resident and businessman in Amarillo. He owned Russell Buick Auto Dealership for more than 22 years until his retirement in 1989. He was an instrument rated pilot and loved to fly. He was a member of Kappa Sigma and in 1980 he served as president of Amarillo New Car Dealers Association. He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and Amarillo Country Club. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rustine Russell Thomas. Mrs. Jackson was born March 8, 1929, to Walter and Elsie Jane Smith in Jefferson City, Mo. She resided in Carnegie for 21 years. She became a member of First Baptist Church of Carnegie. Her favorite hobbies included crocheting and doing puzzles. She moved to Amarillo where she had lived for 10 years. Maxine attended Jan Werner Adult Daycare Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Ulrey, pastor of St. James United Methodist Church in Abilene, and the Rev. Charles Addington, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in North Fairview Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home. Mr. Bartlett was born Sept. 15, 1933, to Esdel and Marguerite Bartlett in Collingsworth County. Earl Lynn graduated from Wellington High School in 1951. He attended Tarleton State University, where he played in ROTC marching band and a college dance band. A veteran, he served in the Army, where he flew with the Southwest Air Rangers and was a member of the Cadre. Earl began farming in 1957, raising dryland and irrigated cotton, milo, wheat and soybeans. He married Barbara Coleman on March 27, 1964, in Lonoke, Ark. After retirement in 1995, Earl Lynn earned state certification as an insurance adjuster in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and New Mexico. He also became certified as a crop adjuster for the Department of Agriculture. Earl was a member of First United Methodist Church, where he served as official board member for six years and also as youth director. Earl Lynn was very active in his community as well, including 11 years as board director of City State Bank; six years as FHA county committeeman; four years on Wellington City Council; four years as president of Grain Growers Association of Collingsworth County; president of Skyrocket Booster Club; three years as Little League Baseball coach; and two years with All-Star Baseball Teams. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Don Bartlett of Corpus Christi, Lynn Bartlett of Wellington and Joe Lynn Bartlett of Levelland; two daughters, Kim Mount of Garland and Kaylynn Wood of Hico; and eight grandchildren. She was a Moore County resident for more than 60 years. She had lived for the past seven years in Amarillo. She married W.C. "Dub" Parsons in 1932 at Rising Star. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1985; a son, Eddie Parsons; and two daughters, Bonnie Marie Owens and Eva Venable. Mr. Spain was born March 18, 1911, in Eureka. He was a truck driver for 40 years, and retired from maintenance work in Carson County. He was a member of a Masonic Lodge and 55-Plus Club.
