Mrs. Gunter worked as Ochiltree County Deputy County Clerk for many years. She taught Sunday school and served as church clerk at First Baptist Church. "Jim" Gunter in 1970; a son, Jimmy Gunter in 1937; a daughter, Joan Gunter Kirkley in 1952; a brother; and five sisters. She married Dennis Auburg on Aug. 16, 1933, in Turkey. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Plainview. She moved to Friona from Turkey in 1962. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 9, 1977. He was a representative for Kasco Corp. for 22 years before retiring. He founded White Horse Cowboy Ministry. He loved pets and ministering to others. He was a loving father and grandfather to his family and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Lewis Yarbrough. Osage St. Mr. Bristow was born in McAlester, Okla. He moved to Amarillo from Oklahoma in 1965. He was a boilermaker and a member of Boilermaker Union Local No. 531 for 28 years. He was known as a prankster to his family and friends. He was a spiritual man and loved his family; his family was always first. She married Ralph McDonald in Kansas City, Mo., in 1953. She moved to Pampa in 1955 and she was a troop leader in Scouting for both boys and girls. She moved to Canyon in 1972 to attend Amarillo College, where she received her RN degree. She retired in 1996 and moved to Arlington in 1998. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1977; and son, Danny McDonald in 2001.
