Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Johnny Cloud, deacon, officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery by Rix Funeral Directors. Mr. Yturbe was a veteran of World War II. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include three sisters, Juanita Galvan of Andrews and Lupe Parda and Tommie Garcia, both of San Antonio. Amarillo Globe-News, April 14, 2003 Frank Drummond QUANAH - Frank Drummond, 87, died Saturday, April 12, 2003. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Quanah Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Drummond was born Sept. 20, 1915, in Logan, N.M., to the late J.T. and Hayden Cadle Drummond. He married Louella Atwood on July 1, 1938, in Quanah. Survivors include his wife; and two sisters, Mattie Lou Rollins of Cincinnati and Maxine Cass of Lubbock. Amarillo Globe-News, April 14, 2003 Nell Cudd MEMPHIS - Nell Cudd, 88, died Friday, April 11, 2003. Services were on Sunday. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery by Hughs Funeral Home. Mrs. Cudd was born Jan. 11, 1915, in Odell. She married Garvis Davis on March 6, 1937, in Lubbock and later married Ed Cudd on July 18, 1976, in Memphis. Survivors include a son, James Davis of Olustee, Okla.; a daughter, Sharon Rogers of Memphis; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Dumas Cemetery with Stan Packard, branch president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors. Mr. Gordon was born Dec. 15, 1958, in Snoqualmie, Wash. Survivors include two sons, Benjamin Gordon and Daniel Gordon, both of Florida; his mother, Merla Gordon of Borger; two brothers, Kevin Gordon of Spanish Fork, Utah, and Scott Gordon of Fritch; and two sisters, Karen Meyer of Oroville, Calif., and Sara Gordon of Borger. Mr. Christy was born in Gary, Ind., on Sept. 25, 1941. He married Saundra on June 9, 1962, in Midland. Survivors include his wife; a son, Charles Christy of Lubbock; a daughter, Melissa Vannoy of Childress; and five grandchildren. Janet Edwards, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Claude, officiating. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon. Mr. Wade was born Sept. 20, 1915, in Louisiana and had been a Claude resident since 1969. He retired as a major from the military having served in the infantry and then the Army Air Corps during World War II. He also served in the Korean Conflict. He was a Baptist. Survivors include two daughters, Robin Wagner of Austin and Paula Allmand of New Orleans; a sister, Peggy Allen of McAllen; three nieces, Kathy Prince of Dallas, Jeanne Seymour of Abilene and Anita Arnold of Carson, Calif.; and a nephew, Sam Allen of Dallas. She married Johnny Smith on Aug. 16, 1963. Survivors include three daughters, Kimberly Lasatar of Agoura Hills, Calif., Kelly Glenn of Tulia and Krista Bashar of Amarillo; her mother, Marie Ray of Borger; a brother, James Loven Jr. of Canyon; three sisters, Sue Elkins of Amarillo, Belinda Hughes of Pampa and Diane Berry of Borger; and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park of Lubbock. Mrs. Cummings was born in Roaring Springs on Dec. 14, 1930. She lived in Amarillo for 37 years. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Bradshaw and Anna Watkins, both of Amarillo; a son, Billy Dockery of Austin; a sister, Betty Joyce Green and husband, Harold, of Anton; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
