Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. D. Jay Lewis, pastor, and the Rev. Douglas DuBose of Pampa officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Luling Cemetery in Luling by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mr. Webb was born Aug. 18, 1921, in Ballinger. He married Mary Catherine Perry on Aug. 27, 1949, in Luling. He was district engineer for Phillips Petroleum Co. and was a registered professional engineer. He graduated from Oklahoma State University. He served in the Air Force in the European theater during World War II and was a first lieutenant. He was a deacon and a trustee at Calvary Baptist Church. He was a teacher of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Perry Vernon Webb and wife, Christina, of Carrollton and James Allen Webb and wife, Melanie, of Austin; two brothers, Hubert Webb of Cache, Okla., and Guy Webb of Park Hill, Okla.; a sister, Geneva Simmons of Cache; and six grandchildren, Erin, Ryan, Allen, Jason, Meghan and Caitlin. Mr. Taylor was born Oct. 14, 1917, in Winnsboro. He retired after 38 years as the command sergeant major in the Signal Corp. Mrs. Upton was born Nov. 7, 1912, to Joe Scott and Betty Gold Scott in Hurley, Mo. A former resident of Wellington and Childress, she currently resided in Oklahoma City. Mr. Martinez attended Caprock High School. He married Janie Cuellar in Amarillo in 1981. He worked at ASARCO for 12 years and he also drove for Pete and Sons Trucking for a number of years. He enjoyed landscaping and gardening. He loved riding his Harley and loved his family and watching them play sports. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eulalia Leal Martinez in 1973; and a sister, Ruby Martinez in 1983. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Oakley was born in Amarillo on Jan. 28, 1964. He was a tile setter by trade. He recently completed several public works projects including a number of cabins at Palo Duro Canyon. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Roy Oakley in 1989; and a brother, Billy Roy Oakley Jr. in 1979. Field officiating. Mr. Shelton graduated from Tascosa High School in 1975. He served in the Marines as a lance corporal before being honorably discharged in 1978. He married Rhonda Facklam in Amarillo in 1981. He worked as a correctional officer. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Directors. Mrs. Johnson was born May 1, 1920, in Salado Route 1, Bell County. She attended school in Jarrell Williamson County. During her formative years, she lived with her maternal grandparents, Andrew and Louise McRea, a pioneer ranching family in Jarrell. She received her G.E.D. certificate at Amarillo College in 1969. She was a certified nurses aide and served many families in the Panhandle area as a home live-in nurse. She was a Baptist. Survivors include two sons, John Frank Johnson in Dewey, Ariz., and George H. Johnson of Las Vegas; a stepdaughter, Sylvia Wagner of New Braunfels; three grandsons, John W.
