She graduated from Vega High School in May 1941. She was co-owner of Krahn's Texaco and Cafe. She married Don Krahn on Oct. 23, 1941, in Lubbock. She was preceded in death by two sons, Philip Dean Krahn and Jerry Ray Krahn; and a sister, Veta Russell. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Doyle, cherished mother, aunt, and friend was born April 14, 1922, to W.H. Deason and Mary L. Hardy. Beloved by so many, she is now with our sweet Lord. She is expected in heaven by her mother, Lizzie Deason; husband, Mickey Doyle; her brothers and sisters; a son, Freddy Reimers; granddaughter, Angela Story; and so many others. She worked for Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors for more than 25 years, then began a career with Cunningham Floral Company as manager. She also worked for Schooler-Gordon Funeral Home even after she retired. She was well known for her care-giving and wonderful loving spirit. Her life was full of challenges, which she met with the grace of an angel. Her story is so full of friends, love and laughter. It is so hard for us all to let her go so soon, but we know that God must need her. She brightened our lives beyond measures, and we will never have sufficient words to describe her or her love she instilled in us. She was a lifelong member of Polk Street United Methodist Church and the Susanna Wesley Sunday School class. She was most proud of her children. She always considered David "Shadow" Richardson, of Amarillo, one of her children. She traveled the world with her special, loving niece and traveling companion, Ann Jordan. Survivors include her children, Shirley Reimers Story and husband, Donald, and Linda Reimers Power and husband, Richard, all of Dallas, and Robert L. Reimers and wife, Debra, of San Diego; grandchildren, Kimberly L. Reimers, Ryan Reimers, Katherine Reimers and Rachel Reimers, all of San Diego; a niece, Ann Jordan of Corpus Christi; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Catherall lived in Amarillo most of her young life and school years. After marriage to Jack Catherall, they moved and lived in San Diego for 34 years until retirement. She worked at the K.O.A. in San Diego for 16 years but spent most of her life as a housewife, mother and grandmother, which she loved very much. She was of the Baptist faith. She married Charles A. Heiser on Oct. 29, 1939. She worked as an executive secretary for SW Portland Cement Co. for 20 years. They moved to Amarillo in 1961. She was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and a member of ACBL contract bridge league. She attended St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept. 21, 1964, in Amarillo; and a daughter, Pati, on Jan. 4, 1971, in Amarillo.
