Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mr. Stigall was born July 7, 1921, in Marlin, Okla. He married Lorraine Price on Nov. 22, 1969, in Borger. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jeanne Brickman of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a sister, Margurite Stigall of Borger; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner St., Pampa, TX 79065; or Bible Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1380, Borger, TX 79007. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 Nadine Dorthy Nowell BORGER - Nadine Dorthy Nowell, 84, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003, in Amarillo. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Gateway Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Chris Rawlinson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mrs. Nowell was born Jan. 5, 1919, in Soper, Okla. She volunteered at Borger Helping Hands for 15 years. Survivors include two sons, Charles Nowell and Troy Nowell, both of Amarillo; a daughter, Doris Forney of Amarillo; a sister, Charlene Crane of Antlers, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Gateway Baptist Church in Borger. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 Audine B. Dettmann HEREFORD - Audine B. Dettmann, 93, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003. A gathering of friends for a memorial time will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Kinsey Parlor of First Baptist Church in Hereford. Mrs. Dettmann was born July 27, 1909, in McClain. She married Emil William Dettmann on April 12, 1936, in Hereford. There are no known survivors. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 Douglas E. Jones PLAINVIEW - Douglas E. Jones, 62, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Wood-Dunning Funeral Home Colonial Chapel with Roger Foot of North Side Baptist Church officiating. A second service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Burial will be in Holly Hills Memorial Park. Mr. Jones was born Feb. 21, 1941, in Jal, N.M. He married Linda Yvonne Murrell on Nov. 6, 1959, in Earth. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, DeVonne Roehmer and Amanda Jones, both of Granbury; four grandchildren; his parents, Earl and Ora Lee "Billie" Jones of Plainview; a brother, A.J. Jones of Roswell, N.M.; and two sisters, Wanda Dyer of Weatherford and Jean King of Springlake. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 Amarillo Wendell Autry Wendell Autry, 69, of Amarillo died Wednesday, July 2, 2003. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Paramount Baptist Church with Dr. Gil Lain officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Snyder with the Rev. Miller Robinson officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Autry was born to Norman and Annie Autry in Snyder. He graduated from Snyder High School. He attended Arlington State College from 1951 to 1953. He married Rheta Rhodes in Snyder on Dec. 27, 1952. In 1977, the family moved to Amarillo when Mr. Autry began working for Kerr-McGee Corp. as their senior drilling foreman. He was employed in the oil fields for more than 25 years. He had a love for golf, and after leaving the oil industry he opened Autry's Tee Box in Amarillo. He was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class at Paramount Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Sharron Autry of Amarillo; a son, Norman Autry and wife, DeeDee, of Lelia Lake; a grandson, Tarrant Autry, who is serving in the Air Force and is stationed in Japan; and a granddaughter, Caitlin Autry of Amarillo. Western St. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 Elton "Bob" Moore Jr. Elton "Bob" Moore Jr., 57, of Amarillo died Wednesday, July 2, 2003. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Grover Neal officiating. Arrangements are by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St. Mr. Moore was born in Stamford and was a resident of Amarillo for more than 30 years. He was a veteran of the Army. Survivors include his wife, Rosa; his parents, Elton and Jewel Moore of Stamford; seven children; four sisters; and two brothers. Amarillo Globe-News, July 4, 2003 New Mexico Inga Ann Ross Pratt ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Inga Ann Ross Pratt, 98, died Saturday, June 28, 2003. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in First Presbyterian Church in Pampa, Texas, with the Rev. Robin Gantz, associate pastor, officiating. Private burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mrs. Pratt was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Pampa for 45 years. She moved to Albuquerque in 1985, and was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Mitchell of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Presbyterian Church Book of Remembrance, 525 N. Gray St., Pampa, TX 79065; or St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 5301 N.E. Ponderosa St., Albuquerque, NM 87110.
