Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mrs. Harvey was born Oct. 13, 1938, in Crescent, Okla. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her stepmother, Agnes Stover of Borger; a son, Billy Jack Annis of Nashville, Tenn.; a stepson, Larry Jack Toney of Enid, Okla.; six daughters, Debra Short and April Annis, both of Borger, Rachel Brown of Maple Hill, N.C., Tabitha Winkler and Brenda Newman, both of Pampa, and Renee Woods of Skellytown; two stepdaughters, Brenda Phares of Enid and Delores Price of Borger; three brothers, Clifford Stover of Lufkin, and Eddie Enochs and Steven Stover, both of Borger; two sisters, Linda Swafford of Temple, Ga., and Ginger Jameson of Borger; 24 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, Aug. 1, 2003 Roy S. Stollings PERRYTON - Roy S. Stollings, 86, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Laverty officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Stollings was a farmer and a rancher. He was a deacon for more than 50 years at First Baptist Church. He was director of North Plains Ground Water District for 38 years. He was Farmer of the Year in 1980 and served on the school board from 1951 to 1962. He was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps and was a Sunday School teacher. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Rhodie Stollings, and two brothers. Survivors include his wife, Marjery; a son, Roy L. Stollings of Perryton; a daughter, Barbara Schoellkopf of Columbus, Ind.; a brother, David Stollings of Perryton; three grandsons, Ryan Stollings of Frisco, Jonathan Reinhart of College Station and Darin Stollings of Canyon; a stepgranddaughter, Julie Deckard of Columbus; and a stepgrandson, Tom Schoellkopf Jr. of Columbus. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Dimmitt High School Auditorium. Arrangements are by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home. Dr. Murphy was born Nov. 5, 1933, in Castro County. He graduated from Dimmitt High School as valedictorian of the class of 1951. Yulia Murphy was born in the Ukraine in 1946. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Barrett worked for Northern Natural Gas for 32 years, retiring in 1985. He served in the Coast Guard. He was a self-employed welder in Pampa and worked for Rudy's Automotive. Amarillo Globe-News, Aug. 1, 2003 Maude Brown Blaylock SHAMROCK - Maude Brown Blaylock, 94, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003, in Elk City, Okla. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Shamrock Church of Christ with Roger Todd of Mangum, Okla., and Cottie Tarbet officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery by Wright Funeral Directors. Mrs. Blaylock was born Aug. 21, 1908, in Blanket. Her family moved to the Cottonwood Community near Wellington in 1915 from Blanket. After completing the elementary at Cottonwood, She attended the Lillie school before entering the Demonstration School at West Texas Teachers College, where she earned her teaching certificate. Her first teaching assignment was in a one-room school in the China Grove community in 1930. She also taught in the Samnorwood school system for several years, as well as Shamrock and Panhandle, where she retired in 1974. She married Raymond R. Brown on April 14, 1934. He preceded her in death in 1977. She married Ottis Blaylock in 1979, who also preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Don Brown of Seattle and Jerry Brown of Clarendon; a daughter, Shirley Waters of Erick, Okla.; three sisters, Thelma Brewer of Spokane, Wash., Burnice Hicks of Amarillo and Marie Jackson of Wellington; five grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Paramount Terrace Christian Church with the Rev. Scott Greer officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd. Mr. Breeden was born May 26, 1928, in Gageby and graduated from Quail High School. He earned his associate's degree at Amarillo College. He married Janet Davis Turner on June 20, 1992, in Amarillo. Mr. Breeden retired from the Army after serving for 20 years. Twelve and one-half years of that time were spent overseas. He served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, receiving several medals for each tour. He was a lifetime member of the VFW No. 1475 and a member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association. He was a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church. Survivors include his wife; six children, Linda, Kathy, Leon, Larry, Jim and Jane; and several grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Chaparral Hills Baptist Church with Alan Burkhalter officiating. Burial will be in Llano East Cemetery by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. McKelvy was born in Amarillo. He lived here all of his life. He graduated from Tascosa High School in 1997. He attended West Texas A&M University. He graduated from the Amarillo Police Academy in 2000. He worked at the Borger Police Department for two years. He was the DARE officer for the Borger schools last year. He married Cassie Rogers in May 2003 in Canyon. He was a member of Chaparral Hills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Lynn McKelvy in 1981, and an aunt, Vicky Still in 2000.
