Mr. Stambaugh was born March 19, 1931, in Hale Center. He married Delores Lacey on Feb. 3, 1951, in Clovis, N.M. Mr. Hall was born Aug. 22, 1935, in Childress. He was a self-employed boot maker in Childress and served in the Marines. "Sonny" Morgan, 73, of Amarillo died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Westover Fellowship Church with Kevin Decker, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Mr. Morgan was born and raised in Childress and was a graduate of Childress High School. He married Betty Jo Howard in 1950 in Childress. He had been a resident of Amarillo for many years. He was an estimator and vice-president of Howard Mechanical for 25 years. He was also an estimator for C&E Mechanical for several years before retirement. Mr. Morgan was a member of Knights of Pythius and Canyon Country Club. He was a member of Will Rogers Range Riders, where he served on the board of directors as secretary for many years. He was a member of Westover Fellowship Church. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Pitt was born in Amarillo and lived here all of his life. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1934. He married Virginia Ruth Cook in Portales, N.M., on Dec. 5, 1937. Mr. Pitt started Arrow Electric Co. in 1939 and ran a successful business until his retirement in 1980. He was a lifetime member of Masonic Lodge No. 731, York Rite of Amarillo and Khiva Temple. He was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. Mrs. Cornett was born in Amarillo. She worked as a courier for Fed Ex for more than 19 years. She had worked at AWANAS Club in El Paso. Mrs. Cornett loved to race walk and other outdoor activities. She was a member of Trinity Church in Lubbock. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maxine Bichsel. Burial will be in Dickens Cemetery next to her dad by Campbell Funeral Home. Miss Stone was born March 24, 1980, and left this world to be with her dad and her heavenly Father on Sunday. Stephanie worked for Dr. Jeffery Calava in Tulsa Okla., and touched many lives. She was very giving and loving even unto death. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Stone on Nov. 24, 1983, and her granddaddy, J.W. McAllister on Nov. 26, 1996. Mr. Scott was born Nov. 25, 1922, northwest of Texhoma. He married Frances Williams on April 7, 1949, in Raton, N.M. Survivors include two sons, Laurence W.
