Kilpatrick Jr. Memphis - W.M. Kilpatrick Jr., 77, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dewayne Wolf officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Hughs Funeral Home. Mr. Kilpatrick was born Aug. 11, 1926, in Memphis to the late Mr. W.M. Kilpatrick Sr. and Mrs. Ethel Stephens Kilpatrick. He graduated from Memphis High School and was a veteran of the Navy, serving in World War II and the Korean War. Mr. Kilpatrick married Pauline Norris on March 8, 1947, in Memphis and was a lifelong resident of the town. He worked for Hall County Electric and Lighthouse Electric for 45 years, and retired in August 1991. He also was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; a son, Merle Kilpatrick and wife, Patti, of Brownwood; a daughter, Teresa Fincher and husband, Terry Sr., of Wellington; four grandchildren, Terry Fincher Jr. and wife, Leslie, of Amarillo, Erin Kilpatrick of Stephenville, Lacie Fincher of Amarillo, and Lance Kilpatrick of Brownwood; and a great-grandchild, Mikayle Roberts of Amarillo. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Orville Rogers, pastor, officiating. Cremation will follow by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Mrs. Wood lived in Stinnett for 50 years and worked with ceramics. Survivors include two sons, Eugene Bodey and Robert Bodey, both of Borger; three brothers, Billy Griffin of Coleman, Kenneth Griffin of San Angelo and Jessie Griffin; a sister, Nancy of Coleman; three grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Morrison Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with the Rev. John Wagoner, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Fahey was born Nov. 9, 1926, in Anselmo, Neb. He married Irene Dillman on May 23, 1953, in Scottsbluff, Neb. He was an Army veteran of World War II, and a Dumas resident since 1979. He was a charter member of Eagles Lodge No. 3956 and VFW Post No. 9022, and a long- time member of American Legion Post No. 224, all of Dumas. American Legion Post No. 224 will provide an honor guard at graveside. Mr. Fahey was preceded in death by his wife on April 5, 1999. Survivors include two daughters, Diana Layton and husband, Charlie, of Childress and Cindy Gage and husband, Steve, of Spring; a son, Bill Fahey and wife, Mary, of Aurora, Colo.; 10 grandchildren, Shannon, Brandon, Quenton, Lauron, Ashlee, Stephen, Tamie, Kim, Dalton, and Rhonda; and five great- grandchildren, Jeremy, Michael, McKinlee, Cole and Casey. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery with Coy Wylie, pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Mrs. Andrews came to Amarillo in 1910 by covered wagon from Oklahoma. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.B. "Blackie" Andrews in 1966; by a son, C.H. "Andy" Andrews in 1999; and by a daughter, Jaquetti Gore in 1970. Survivors include a son, Charles Andrews of Las Cruces, N.M.; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street. Mrs. Stanford was born March 24, 1920, in a log cabin in Perry, Mo., to Ada and Willie Graves. She married Dan Stanford on Nov. 4, 1944, in Amarillo. She was a homemaker and lived in Amarillo for most of her life. She was a member of Southeast Baptist Church. Mrs. Stanford was preceded in death by her husband in 1986, and by two infant sons, Robert Dan Stanford and David Clarence Stanford. Survivors include two daughters, Jeani Parker of Amarillo and Jan Huercca of Arlington; a brother, K.B. Graves of Ohio; a sister, Beulah Kuskulis of Denver; four grandhildren, Crystal Schuh of Colleyville, Chip Parker of Lubbock, Monday Morales and Zack Parker, both of Amarillo; and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Banks was born in Littlefield and had been a resident of Amarillo since 1966. She loved music, and enjoyed her grandchidren and Sunday night supper at her home. Survivors include her husband, John; a son, Rock Banks of Amarillo; two daughters, Angela Borden of Amarillo and Debi Gray of Pine Bluff, Ark.; her mother, Ruth Gray of Llano; a sister, Betty Anderson of Llano; a brother, Bill Gray of Llano; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in United Methodist Church of Hardesty with the Rev. Jack Cornell officiating. Burial will be in Hartville Cemetery of Hardesty by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home. Mr. Richards was born Oct. 25, 1909, and moved to Hardesty in 1987. He farmed in the Hardesty area the majority of his working life. Survivors include a son, Bob Richards of Guymon; and three daughters, Glowanda Richards Morris of Hardesty, Carole Richards Soper of Biloxi, Miss., and Vicki Richards Bratton of Hardesty. Mrs. Johnson was born Feb. 25, 1915, to Sweeney Pike and Emma Rhetta Hogue Simms in Purdy, Okla. She married J.D. Johnson Feb. 27, 1937, in Walters, Okla. Survivors include two sons, Mike Johnson of Clovis and Tom Johnson of Phoenix; two grandchildren, Tracy Ladd of Lubbock, Texas, and Jay Brian Johnson of Santa Fe. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. today in Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by McKoon Funeral Home of Newnan. Mr. Morrow was born in Groom, Texas, the son of Walter Wayne Morrow and Vivian Irene Veazey. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Morrow. Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Leslie Milinkovic; a granddaughter, Makenzie Brooks; and a sister, Judy McCrae.
