Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Clark Williams and the Rev. Donna Johnston officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery by Brooks Funeral Directors of Canyon. Mrs. Dillin was born in Omaha, Neb., on Dec. 3, 1936, to Domonic and Linnie Lukowski. When she was 6 years old, they moved to Maxwell, Neb., where they leased a farm and ranch operation. She graduated from Maxwell High School and then, in 1955, graduated from Central Business College in Denver. After completing the business course, she returned home and worked at the ASC office in North Platte, Neb. In 1957, she married Robert "Bob" Dillin in the Catholic church in North Platte. Later in 1957 they moved to the Hansen Ranch at Keystone, Neb., where she helped with the ranch life for the next 37 years. In this time, three children were born: Amy Sue, Barbara Lin and Clark Allen. She served as a 4-H Club leader, held office in the Extension Club and Library Club and was a member of the Altar Society in Ogallala, Neb. Besides being a ranch wife and cook, she worked at Holiday Inn, Lamberts Building Center and First National Bank in Ogallala. In 1994, Bob and Bonnie moved to Amarillo to semi-retire. She worked for a short period of time at Coulter Gardens, and then, in 1995, she worked for a pharmaceutical company that is now known as Plum Creek Pharmacy. She loved her work and co-workers and became a certified technician. She also held a certificate in Human and Vet Compounding and Sterilization for injection and served as a managing supervisor. She has been a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Amy Smith Hibner of Springer, N.M., and Barbara Lin Wagner of Williston, N.D.; one son, Clark Allen Dillin of Granbury; two sisters, Kathy Eiler of Reno, Nev., and Teddy Waugh of Paxton, Neb.; her mother, Linnie Herrmann of Tonganoxie, Kan.; a brother, Dennis Lukowski of Tonganoxie; and four grandchildren. She was a member of First Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Henry; and their daughter, DeLois Lyman. Mr. Dennis owned and operated Dennis Quick Auto Service since 1970. He was a veteran of Korea and loved his country. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Florence Dennis; and his brother, Billy C. Dennis. Survivors include his wife, Lou Alice; a son, James W. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. J.W. Hanson of Rose of Sharon Baptist Church in Odessa officiating. The Rev. Roger D. Battle, moderator of Orginal West Texas Baptist District Association and pastor of Highland Park Baptist Church in Fort Worth, will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St. Mr. Westmoreland was born Sept. 15, 1931, in Wheelock. He moved to Amarillo from Childress in 1948. In 1949, he united with Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church and served as a dedicated, faithful and loyal member until his death. He was employed at ASARCO Copper Refinery as a machine operator. He retired in 1994, after 30 years of employment. He was preceded in death by a brother; a sister; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Maxwell. Survivors include his wife, Ethel Doris; four daughters, Candis Westmoreland, Robin Maxwell and Raquel Harper, all of Amarillo, and Renelda Polk of Aurora, Colo.; three sons, Charles Westmoreland and Herman Thornton, both of Amarillo, and Calvin Ray Westmoreland of Arlington; his mother, Berthina Payne Westmoreland of Amarillo; six brothers; four sisters; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Osage St. Mrs. Fleming was born in Swisher County and graduated from Dumas High School in 1941. Private burial will be in East Mound Cemetery in Matador by Rix Funeral Directors. Mr. Brooks was born June 6, 1952, in Elk City, Okla., the son of the late Jack D. and LaWanda Brooks. Shad graduated from Brownfield High School in 1970 and earned his BA from Texas Tech University in 1974. He married Brigid Barton on Feb. 26, 1987, in Lubbock. Shad was co-owner of Contractors Choice Supply in Lubbock. Among his many activities, he was a member of Phi Delta Theta, a Master Mason, a Silver Spur Sponsor of Boys Ranch and a scholarship donor to the Red Raider Club. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Erin Stevens and husband, Donovan, and Lindsay Saunders and husband, Jamie, all of Houston; a son, Shilo Brooks of Lubbock; two granddaughters, Meagan and Anna Saunders, both of Houston; a brother, Shannon Brooks and wife, Tracie, of Amarillo; a nephew, Shane Brooks of Amarillo; a niece, Analisa Brooks of Amarillo; and a host of dear family and friends.
