Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rob Lindley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery by Wallace Funeral Home. Mrs. Harris was born Aug. 25, 1926, to Palmer and Carrie Appling in Childress. She graduated from Slaton High School in 1943 and attended Texas Tech University. She married Edward Lee Harris on Oct. 4, 1947, in Slaton. They lived in Hart until 1969, when they moved to Tulia. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Tulia. Survivors include her husband; a son, David Harris of Midland; a daughter, Jan Wilson and husband, Scott, of Houston; two granddaughters, Caroline Wilson and Lauren Wilson, both of Houston; two sisters, Mary Davis of Plainview and Elouise Jones of Lubbock; and three brothers, Pat Appling of Lubbock, Don Appling of Plainview and Jon Appling of Kerrville. They moved around with the military until making their last home in Phoenix City, Ala. She was a beauty operator and homemaker, and returned to Amarillo after her husband's death in 1999. She worked for Sears and Roebuck Co. as office manager from 1951 until she retired. She was a member of the women's division of Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, Business Professional Women's Club and Democratic Club. She was baptized at First Presbyterian Church. She was a sales representative working in real estate. D'Ann was a loving daughter and sister. She was preceded in death by her father in 2000. Sharon married Ben Bell on July 18, 1985, and they made their home in Vaughn, Mont. Sharon attended school in Nara Visa and Amistad. Sharon was a daughter, mother, a sister, an aunt and a friend. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Snyder; a brother, Robert Snyder; and a son, Arnes Moore. Survivors include her husband of Vaughn; her mother, Loretta Snyder of Amarillo, Texas; a daughter, Heather Wheeler of Amarillo; a son, Terry Don Stuart of Clayton; five grandchildren; two brothers, Gary Snyder of Amarillo and David Snyder of Lubbock, Texas; a sister, Charlotte Stull of Nara Visa; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Harrison was born Jan. 25, 1915, neal Sandoval, Ill., to Walter Scott and Annie Laurie Marshall. She married Jim Dee Harrison on Aug. 1, 1935. She was a loving mother and homemaker. They had resided in the Pampa and Alanreed area until her husband's death. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Virginia Brown and Betty Marshall; a brother, Carroll Marshall; a son, Robert Harrison; a daughter, Nancy Eargle; and a granddaughter, Kristi Eargle.
