Mieczyslaw Prezetiora, associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Cabrales was born May 25, 1931, in Durango, Mexico. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1970. Mr. Matheson was born Aug. 18, 1926, in Manitou, Okla. He married Wanda Jones on May 8, 1947, in Manitou. They lived in Perryton for 32 years before moving to Amarillo in 1988. He retired from Haliburton Co. after 40 years, working as a safety training engineer. Mr. Matheson enjoyed fishing, hunting and bird watching. He loved to travel. He was a devoted family man and company man. He was preceded in death by a sister, Nadine Brannon in 2003. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Debbie Ellis of Tulsa, Okla.; a son, Monte Matheson of Amarillo; and a granddaughter, Holly Yates of Tulsa. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Mr. Howell was born in Panhandle and had been a resident of Amarillo since 1947. He founded Howell Sand Co. in 1964. He served with the Army during World War II, and had served in Italy and Germany. He enjoyed war dancing at the singles club and raising cattle. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be remembered for his love of family. He went home to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Leon Howell and a sister, Gracie Laverne Howell. Mr. Norris was active in the Airstream Club, Western Cowpunchers Association, Panhandle Bluegrass and Old Time Music Association and Whirly-bird Square Dance Club. He also served as a Boy Scout leader, order of the arrow. He was a member of North Amarillo Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his wife on Dec. 15, 1991. Mr. Nobile was born Sept. 27, 1957, in Tulia, to Loyd and Genevieve Beckman Nobile. He graduated from Tulia High School. He married Velaunda Jobe in 1985 in Nazareth. Mr. Nobile was owner of Nobile Building Service. He loved his work and always had a smile on his face. He loved outdoor activities, fishing, boating, dirt bikes and camaraderie with friends. He was also a very good cook. He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Joan Frost; and a brother- in-law, Steve Crawford. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery in Follett. Mrs. Warren was born and raised in Follett and moved from Follett to Amarillo in 1955. She graduated from Follett High School in 1944 and attended McMurry College in Abilene. She married Roy Lynn Warren on May 22, 1970. She worked for the Amarillo Globe-News as a switchboard operator before retiring from Skaggs-Albertsons after 27 years. She was a member of Trinity Fellowship Church. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 23, 2003; her parents; six brothers; and a sister.
