Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Rector Funeral Home Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., with Rick Raymond officiating. Mr. Carney was born in Long Branch, N.J. He lived in Amarillo most of his life. He graduated from Tascosa High School in 1998 and had worked as a graphic designer. Billy was an excellent chef. He was a wonderful son and brother and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his parents, Joel and Suzanne Michael of Clayton, Del.; his father, Bill Carney of Amarillo; a sister, Crystal Carney of Walnut Port, Pa.; and his grandparents, Stanley and Dolores Przybyski of Lancaster, Pa., and John Carney of New York. He had worked as disc jockey for KDJW. Survivors include three sons, Johnathan Howe and Joey Howe, both of Amarillo, and Trevor Howe of San Antonio; a brother, Kenneth Howe of Houston; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brown Funeral Home Chapel of the Fountains with Leonard Forsythe of Bible Baptist Church in Borger officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Leppert was born Feb. 25, 1918, in Caddo County. She was a homemaker and a 45-year resident of Fritch. Survivors include her husband, Lyle; a daughter, Betty Patterson of Fritch; a son, Larry Kelsey of Amarillo; two sisters, Louise Vinson of Grove, Okla., and Alieen Driver of Oklahoma; two brothers, Allen Parks of Timpson and Joe Parks Jr. of Trinity; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Robertson Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Bryan Knowles, pastor of Community Fellowship Church, officiating. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery. Mr. Morrow was born in Groom on Feb. 13, 1961. He was a 1979 graduate of Post High School and had lived in Amarillo about 20 years. He was a computer technician at BSA and Northwest Texas hospitals in Amarillo. At the time of his death, he was employed by Hastings in the shipping and receiving department. He was a Methodist. Survivors include his father, John Tom Morrow and wife, Mary Louise, of Clarendon; his mother, Barbara Ford and husband, Earl, of Clarendon; a sister, Missy McKeever and husband, Carroll, of Burkburnett; a niece, Kyleigh of Burkburnett; a nephew, Tyler of Burkburnett; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Mrs. Withers was born July 19, 1923, in Decatur to Jesse Monroe and Annie Belle Young. She married Hugh Withers on May 25, 1946. Moore County had been her home for 58 years. She was a devoted homemaker and mother. Survivors include her husband; a son, Mike Withers of Amarillo; a daughter, Alyse Coleman of Eugene, Ore.; a sister, Marie Cawthan of Bend, Ore.; five grandchildren, Michael, Kanda Vazquez, Kindalee Cameron, Joel and Shambree; and three great-grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon and Asya. She was a member of the Baptist Church and a homemaker. Mr. Hinds was born Nov. 27, 1922, north of Guymon. He was a member of Morning Star United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Kim Hinds of Guymon and Bob Hinds of Claremore; two sisters, Myrtle Shields of Hough and Bernice Whittington of La Mirada, Calif.; a brother, Leo Hinds of Amarillo, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandsons.
