Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in XIT Rodeo & Reunion Arena. Arrangements are by Horizon Funeral Home. Mr. Hayes was born Jan. 19, 1973, in Dalhart. He had a passion for his family, friends and horses and will be missed by all those close to him. Survivors include his wife, Heather of Weatherford; a son, Barkley Hayes of Weatherford; a daughter, Laramie Hayes of Weatherford; his parents, Bobby and Leslye Hayes of Dalhart; two sisters, Brena Perschbacher of Hayden, N.M., and Lacye Hayes of Dalhart; and his grandparents, Bill and Jackie Wardlaw, Darlene Thompson and Eula Lindsey, all of Dalhart. The family suggest memorials be to Billy Hayes Memorial Fund in care of Dalhart Federal Savings and Loan. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Shamrock Cemetery. Arrangements are by Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett. Mrs. Garrett was born April 22, 1913, in Mangum, Okla. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the antics of her great- great-grandchildren. Survivors include a son, Jackie Bearrow of Brownsville; a daughter, Patsy Scobee of Burkburnett; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-granchildren. The family suggest memorials to American Cancer Society in Wichita Falls. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in First Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. Norman Rushing of the church officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home. Mrs. Frisbie married Gene Frisbie on Aug. 4, 1950, then moved to Childress in 1951. She later owned and operated Frisbie Florist for several years. Survivors include two sons, Charles Frisbie of Midland and Dante Frisbie of Covington; two daughters, Leann Frisbie of New York and Elena Manley of Childress; a brother, Bobby Dake of Quanah; a sister, Shirley Walden of Quanah; and eight grandchildren. The family suggest memorials to be to First Baptist Church or Childress Elementary Library.
