Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Lacy was born July 5, 1929, in Liberal, Kan. She married Ronald "Ron" Lacy on April 8, 1950, in Winfield, Kan. She worked as a registered nurse. Her hobbies were playing the piano and organ, and she enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sports activities. She was a member of Arden Road Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 9, 1999. Survivors include two daughters, Christi Bonilla and husband, Tommy, and Cindy McKee and husband, Gene, all of Amarillo; two sons, David Lacy and wife, Damaris, of Streetsboro, Ohio, and Doug Lacy of Hot Springs, Ark.; a brother, Gary Jones of Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Georgia St. Mr. Howard was born March 11, 1943, in Amarillo. He worked for the Amarillo Police Department for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. and Florine Howard and a sister, Shirley Ann Howard. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie; two sons, Kent Gardner of College Station and James Howard of Amarillo; three daughters, Kristen Carroll of San Antonio, Anita Howard of Richmond, Va., and Diana Carlson of Rogers, Ark.; a sister, Helen Walker of Amarillo; a brother, Don Howard of Amarillo; 12 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Vigil service was at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Groom. Mass will be at 10 a.m. today in the church with the Rev. Jose Palathara officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Groom by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Koetting was born in Groom to Henry and Sybilla Koetting on Nov. 3, 1946. He graduated from Groom High School in 1964 and attended East Texas State University. Mr. Koetting married Maria Garza in Vega on July 6, 1990. He was a farmer in Adrian for several years and enjoyed woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Marvin Koetting. Survivors include his wife; a sister, Caroline Longest of Amarillo; four brothers, Gene Koetting of Adrian, Leonard Koetting and John Koetting, both of Groom, and Herman Koetting of Panhandle; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Hatten was born and raised in Iowa. He served two terms in the Army. He was a metal fabricator for many years. He worked for General Dynamics in Fort Worth before moving to Amarillo 30 years ago to work for Bell Helicopter. Survivors include three sons, Raymond Hatten and Richard Crich, both of Amarillo, and Doug Crich of Boone, Colo.; two daughters, April Robinett of Sublette, Kan., and Vicki Nirschel of Happy; his mother, Kathryn Hatten of Malvern, Iowa; two brothers, Danny Hatten of Canyon and David Hatten of Lincoln, Neb.; a sister, Mary Sayers of Desoto, Kan.; 24 grandchildren; and a great-grandson. She married Manuel Romero on May 16, 1964, in Albuquerque, N.M. Mr. Sloan worked for Montgomery Ward store in Pampa for 20 years, retiring in 1983. He was a veteran of the Air Force, where he attained the rank of staff sargeant. Mrs. Stermer was born March 20, 1925, in Hardeman County. She married Osee Herbert Stermer on June 4, 1950. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church in Tulia with the Rev. Charles Davenport, pastor, and the Rev. Jim Fox, chaplain of Vista Care Hospice in Amarillo, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia by Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. Mr. McElroy was born Dec. 4, 1925, in Knox City, where he grew up and attended schools. He was a farmer and rancher. He served in the Army from 1944 to 1947. He moved to Tulia in 1952 and farmed. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Tulia. He married LaNora Fallwell on Aug. 17, 1957. She died June 12, 1977. He then married Ruby Galloway on June 22, 1979. He was preceded in death by his first wife; a stepson, Wayne Galloway; and a sister, Sally King. Survivors include his wife, Ruby McElroy of Tulia; a son, Wayne McElroy and wife, Sherrie, of Perryton; two daughters, Gay and husband, Roy, and Christy Keeter and husband, Harold, of Tulia; 10 grandchildren; a stepson, Joey Galloway of Tulia; four stepdaughters, Phyllis Beatty of Mesa, Ariz., Brenda Raymond of Tulia, Donna Galloway of Evanston, Ill., and Cindy Cruz of Fort Worth; two great-grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; nine stepgreat- grandchildren. Mr. McNeese was born Sept. 16, 1965, in Hereford. He was a carpenter and a Baptist. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Stratford Cemetery with the Rev. John Wagoner officiating. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church in Stratford by Boxwell Brothers at Stratford. Mr. Ross was born in Stratford and was lifetime resident. He had worked as a custodian and bus driver for the Stratford School District and delivered Meals-On-Wheels. After retirement, he loved to work in landscaping and enjoyed reporting the weather to KAMR for the nightly news. He also helped as the custodian and groundskeeper at the post office. Mr. Ross loved snow skiing, the Olympic sports, and most of all his cats. Mr. Ross was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church in Stratford. Survivors include a sister, Lorraine Mehner of Stratford; a brother, Gene Ross of Kansas; three nieces, Dolly Wilson and husband, Dexter, of Amarillo, Jean Anne Smith and husband, Ned, of Dallas and Bonnie Ross of Houston; and two nephews, Allan Ross and wife, Sallie, of Houston and Jeffery Ross of Oklahoma.
